Moreover, your behind-the-back comments about fellow interns were troubling. It was clear that you often spoke negatively about other team members, sometimes even mentioning your plans to "let them go" from the unpaid internship program. Such behavior fosters a toxic work environment and undermines any sense of respect or trust within the team. Lastly, given the substantial time commitment--often upwards of 25 hours per week--without compensation, I find it reasonable to expect at least minimal reimbursement for transportation. This would have been a small gesture that could have shown some recognition of the interns' time and effort.
