Instead of addressing the concern, I was told it wasn't a hair and that it came from a banana. Bananas don't have hairs like that. The refusal to acknowledge or resolve the issue was disappointing. The refusal to make good on the mistake was fueled by the fact that I wasn't being receptive to the young man's advances and tacky attempts to flirt with me. This can be confirmed because right after being denied the confused young man followed me outside(as I'm writing this review and tried to use the incident as an icebreaker to get to speak to me on a more personal and intimate basis -- didn't work and young man was told to step away from me immediately. Mistakes can happen, but how they're handled matters. I won't be returning.
