There's limited indoor seating at the front and a larger seating space out back including an outdoor patio space that has tables with umbrellas. We sat out back indoors. The flies were bad but it's that time of year. There's a board game shelf, water station and lots of posters advertising fun weekly activities. I loved how kid/baby friendly the place was. They had high chairs and a changing table in one of the restrooms plus they offer kids eat free deals on Thursdays. We lucked out and came here when it was relatively slow. While drive through got their orders filled in a timely manner, we waited over twenty minutes for our food. Nothing we ordered was special - it was directly off the regular menu. We used the self-service kiosk because no one was at the front counter, despite counting over 8 employees in drive through and the kitchen. Once it was ready we had to wait again for someone to come back to the counter to give us cups to get our drinks. I fully understand that fast food restaurants are judged on drive through service times, but I didn't expect that other customers were no longer allowed to expect reasonable service.
