At the 10 minute mark, the individual that took my order came back and asked "Did you order the bowl or the sandwich?" to which I was surprised but stated the sandwich. All that was in the sandwich was the egg and cheese. At that point, already running late for work because of the wait and the demeanor of the individual taking my order being less approachable than I would expect, I decided it wasn't worth requesting and waiting for them to correct my order. I think their staff may require additional training, possibly a better POS. However, the coffee was great and I see the potential there. Just avoid the drive thru.
