I knew it would be pricey for full grey blending but it is great! Love it! Salon is clean, prices are better than anywhere I have been in McKinney. Rubi was a sweetheart considering I was a few minutes behind from being a little lost in the area (new resident!). She immediately greeted me with a smile and offered a beverage prior to our appointment, was a doll/extremely personable throughout, and was patient as I shared with her on which color I felt would work best for my touch up. Communicated via text for over week responding to endless directions on the required $50 deposit via Venmo which I processed. Submitted photos as requested of current style and expectations. Completed the pre-arrival form. All this only to be asked to move my appointment to 3 other slots that don't work for people who work normal office hours. Salon cancelled my appointment, then says they can't Venmo me back my $50 deposit as only the owner has the account. Directed to call salon to process a credit card refund. Don't we all love the risk of giving businesses our credit card details over the phone? All this effort to have zero services executed. What a joke. Stay away.

What I went in with and what I was left with were two completely different things, and the damage has required significant time, money, and effort to try to correct. What has been even more upsetting is seeing other people come forward with similar concerns about damage to their hair. I brought my concerns to the salon owner, Natalie, hoping she would take the situation seriously and work toward a reasonable resolution. Instead, in my experience, there has been a complete lack of accountability for what happened. I have felt dismissed rather than supported as a paying client whose hair was damaged by a service performed at her salon. I understand that not every service turns out perfectly, but there is a major difference between an imperfect result and significant hair damage. Mistakes can happen--the way a business responds afterward says a lot. I wish Natalie had acknowledged what happened, taken responsibility for the salon's role, and made a genuine effort to resolve the situation. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this salon to do their research, ask detailed questions about the health and integrity of their hair before allowing chemical services, and document their hair before and after their appointment. I had a lovely little mimosa, which was a nice surprise, and it was super tasty! My hairdresser was Camille. Camille is super friendly, a fun conversationalist, an extremely talented hairdresser, and overall a wonderful person! I am so happy I decided to give her a try when I needed a new stylist. Camille did my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and to top it off, she gives a killer head massage after washing your hair. Sooooo relaxing and lovely, and not the super short little head rub that leaves you wanting more. On top of giving me perfect highlights, Camille gave me a haircut that kept the length like I wanted, but framed my face a bit and got rid of my split ends. I'm extremely pleased with how the haircut turned out! I am just so satisfied with my hair. I walked into the salon in a cranky, PMSey mood, and left on cloud nine with a smile on my face. She has a new regular customer in me! One thing I noticed was that every one of their customers who came in while I was there absolutely adored the ladies here. It was super easy to book an appointment on the website (I did so about a week in advance). When I arrived, Moi made sure to understand what I was looking for so that she could deliver perfectly, and she was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I asked for face framing layers along with a healthy trim to remove dead ends -- not only did she not cut off too much hair, but she also checked with me throughout to ensure that I liked the length.
