Service was friendly and the food tasted great with very reasonable prices for the area (which is crazy overpriced in most things). High recommend for great comfort food! Nice to have outdoor seating options too.

The food is a little above average. The service was very kind and fast. And they have an outdoor seating area and person to check you in so we did a pick up and go and it was very fast. The pizza really needs more sauce that took it down a star plus it was super greasy, but other than that it was edible.

Came here for the casual dining. The nachos were just missing something, like beans maybe. One taco was 2 smaller corn tortillas put together bc one wouldn't be big enough to fit the ingredients in. I liked the outdoor seating.

Food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the miso caesar--it was a nice flair on a classic caesar salad and very well done. Service was pleasant. The drinks looked delicious and vibes were also good--great views of the rosemary square.

First time here. Came with a group of 6 for a late dinner. The entire meal was excellent. Got great service the entire time. The menu has lots of nice choices, the drinks are generous, and the portions were all good. Started with the Smoked Tuna Dip. A couple of us got salads, mine with the catch of the day, a burger, crab roll, and Quesadilla. Everyone was happy with their choices. Like most places in Rosemary Beach, it was pricey. But it was a very good meal and we would come again.

Very lively atmosphere and delicious food! We sat at the bar and the servers were very friendly. We arrived for lunch on a Sunday without a reservation and we were seated within 20 mins. It's a small place so the wait might be longer during peak times.

Cowgirl Kitchen is the perfect breakfast spot for 2-4 people, although there was a family there with small kids when we arrived around 9:45am, if you want the option to sit anywhere including the bar which is where we sat don't come with a big group, it's not set up for that and trying to do that would probably just make you unhappy. However the food was fresh and delicious and not bad on the pocket book! We had a Bloody (which is like $10 cheaper if you come between 8-9am) but tasted great! And we 3 ordered the scramble bowls - 1 bacon, 1 carne asada and 1 chorizo; we think the chorizo then bacon then carne asada is the order of flavor goodness! Their sourdough toast along side with fresh sliced avocado was perfect! Staff (not just the waiter that wasn't even ours and bar tender) was friendly and attentive and service was perfect!

Lively place. It's early Friday and we wanted something to eat. I had the taco salad and my hubby had the turkey BLT with tater tots. Both were very good. Friendly staff, busy efficient, everyone seems to help each other out. It's small inside with a bar for wine and beer but has seating outside. We'll be back to try other menu items.

After experiencing some confusion using the website when trying to make a to go order, I called Cowgirl kitchen. I spoke with Anderson, who I believe is one of the new owners of this establishment. He was incredible. To get past confusion, he personally sent me photos of the menu and took my order over the phone. This seems to be the better option as the website is a bit confusing and apparently orders often get mixed up with the other location (which has different ownership). He was incredibly kind and I really appreciate the great service. I got food for four people plus the trio appetizer. It was yummy! I recommend this spot

We ordered tacos , burger , and a few appetizers . Everything was good , hot and tasty ! We had picky teenagers with us and they all ate and enjoyed ! If you have a big party you might have to plan ahead because it's a small place . We had to wait for 2 tables to open up for a bit but the food is amazing and we will definitely be back .

Everything was so lovely! We went right at lunch time and were immediately seated at the bar! The bartender was so lovely and attentive. The food (pictured below) was so good and came out at a timely manner. We went right at lunchtime on a Saturday and college football was on, so it was as noisy as can be expected, but totally manageable.

Great location, comfortable, and good food! What else could you want?…read more We stopped in for a brunch and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Our server was outstanding throughout the meal and the entire team was on top of all aspects of service. We had the Shrimp and Grits, Grouper Sandwich, Steak Frites, Biscuits and Gravy, Peach French Toast, and Ceviche. All of the items were very well prepared and served nice and hot. This is an outstanding spot and absolutely one of the best in the area. You should stop reading and stop in!

We started with the soup of the day (seafood chowder), which was good. Then we ordered the steak frites and a burger, and the food took a long time to come out, the server came by to say she'd check on it, but it still took much longer than expected. When the steak finally arrived, I had ordered it medium but it came out medium well to well done, pretty overcooked, and the fries that came with it were also a bit burnt. The server was attentive and offered us a discount for the delay, and when I mentioned the steak, she got the manager involved. He came over, apologized, said he'd let the chef know, and ended up comping that dish entirely, it was clear they cared about making it right. My husband's burger was good. We had wanted to try the carrot cake for dessert, but after everything, we just lost the appetite for it. The service was friendly and they tried to make up for the mistake, but between the long wait and the overcooked steak, it wasn't the first impression we were hoping for. Hopefully just an off day.

First visit and we'll definitely be back…read more This was our first time at Shades Bar & Grill, and it was a great experience. We went with a group of seven and everything from the atmosphere to the food made it a really fun night out. The location and vibe are fantastic -- lively but relaxed, the kind of place where you can easily settle in with friends and enjoy a good meal. We started with appetizers for the table: calamari, onion rings, and volcano shrimp. All three disappeared quickly. The calamari was really good and normally comes served over jalapeños, but since I don't eat them the kitchen kindly put them on the side for us. The onion rings were fantastic, and the volcano shrimp had a little heat (which the spice lovers at the table really liked). For dinner I had the hibachi steak over fried rice with yum-yum sauce, cooked medium. It was excellent -- tender, flavorful, and a generous portion. Others in our group ordered the same dish and loved it as well. The chicken nachos were huge (normally an appetizer but easily a full meal) with really tasty queso that had a bit of spice. The burger and flatbreads at the table also got great reviews. We also tried the chocolate dessert bomb at the end (not sure of the exact name), and it was fantastic -- chocolate mousse and cake inside a chocolate shell with whipped cream. Definitely worth sharing. The drinks were great, the service was friendly, and the whole place had a welcoming feel. One thing we really appreciated as well: they offer a military discount, which was a nice touch. We're locals and this was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last. Highly recommend if you're in the Panama City Beach / 30A area.

The service is always quick, and the waiters are always very informed of what the dishes are if you have any questions. They have a very good mixed drink selection, if you're looking for alcohol, and their beers are priced decently for the area you're in. We went to George's most recently on a night when it was a bit chilly out, but they had heaters going and you could sit outside to enjoy the fresh air while eating dinner. Everything on their menu that we've ever tried has been five-star, elite food. The quality of the food is worth the price. We got dessert this most recent time which was also amazing. I believe their menu changes depending on the season so I would highly recommend visiting multiple times on any trip. You take to 30A. Extra note - it is a kid-friendly setup, if you have young ones that you would like to take. There are some areas in 30A where it's a bit too fancy or uncomfortable to take kids, but this is a good spot for a family.

Ended up waiting about an hour on the sidewalk in the humid heat. Thankfully the food was good!

We had a party of ten, and although they were able to seat us right away, we did have to split up. One of the staff members kindly let us know they would try to bring us together once space opened up, and I really appreciated their effort to accommodate our group. The food was outstanding across the board--the French toast, eggs, bacon, and of course, those amazing grits. Johnny, our waiter, was clearly busy but still managed to take great care of us. This location is known for its cookies, while another nearby spot is famous for its donuts (which we were hoping to find during this visit). Overall, I highly recommend this place for breakfast!

Meh. I just had an…read moreok take out experience at the Perfect Pig. Maybe dining-in would have been better. I thought the portions were small, especially for a $33 Shrimp and Grits. Again, maybe portions are bigger for dine-in. Taste-wise it was good. My wife's Lemon Shrimp Scampi was okay and the shrimp portion was a little more generous than my dish. The kids butter pasta was big. I was hoping they used a different type of pasta, but it seems like it's linguine all around The real disappointment came from the fried green tomatoes. I think they were undercooked and I could still taste some raw flour, which made it almost inedible. The ambiance of the restaurant seemed nice though, so maybe I would give it another shot in person.
