I needed to get an overall checkup and clean up before my wedding. I decided to take advantage of some days in Dallas while visiting my aunt and went to Amazing Dental. I really liked the professionalism of all the staff. On my previous experience for teeth cleaning I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Budhani's office is awesome. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile, fresh keurig coffee, and cold water bottles. I really liked this dentist. I called last minute and they didn't give me a hard time. Took me in a few hrs after calling to go into my appointment. Super easy, when in got everything I needed done and when out without any problems. The cool thing about this place. They give u the remote and as you wait you can watch your favorite tv show so the process seems super fast. They also give u a small bag with a toothbrush, paste, and dental floss. Love. Dr Budhani takes pride in his craft! Everyone was thorough, kind, and no lectures! They took extra care to be sure I was comfortable and understood the treatment plan. I had minimal discomfort on a complicated root canal. They provided sterilized headphones so I could listen to music on my phone instead of the drill. We took lots of breaks and they were not shy with anasthesia! They were on point with verifying my insurance so I knew exactly what was covered and what my cost would be. Went in for a cleaning and it was not performed(they did not explain why), instead I left with a treatment plan for "suggested services." I get cleanings every six months, and had just had a dentist visit where the dentist told me my teeth are in tip top shape, so much so that there was nothing to even clean. At Amazing Dental, I paid for my daughter to have a flouride treatment because the receptionist told me the insurance would not cover anyone 18 and over. The receptionist had a printout from the insurance company of my benefits so I believed this to be correct. A few weeks later, I logged into my benefits online and saw that my insurance covers flouride treatments for an 18-year-old. I am still getting notices for services paid by the insurance to this dentist that I am still trying to figure out for what if we only got an exam, and one cleaning. read more

If you are looking for the best dentist in Arlington, Texas, I would recommend Amazing Dental. I never thought about using a company with Amazing in the name until I had an emergency dental need. I had a cap pop off one of my teeth and my dentist was out of town. They recommended me to another dentist taking their calls and it was going to be a week before I could get in. I had waited too long to start trying to get this fixed and had a funeral to attend the next day. There are lots of dentists in Arlington so I am trying to figure out where to start. I've been a patient for two years, and I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Budhani and his staff at Amazing Dental! He is super nice and takes the time to get to know his patients, which is something that I have not experienced with other dentists. His staff is very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Going to the dentist can be quite intimidating and scary at times, but Dr. Budhani constantly makes sure that I am comfortable during all procedures. I really like how he explains what he will be doing in terms I can understand, and he encourages me to voice any concerns or questions that I have. I have never once felt rushed or that Dr. Budhani was doing a less than a superb job on the many procedures I've had done there. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. A few Fridays ago my crown unexpectedly came off, but Dr. Budhani PERSONALLY called me the next Saturday morning and set me up an appointment as soon as possible the following Monday. That really showed that he is concerned about the well-being of his patients, and it meant a lot that he would call me on his day off to address my issue. It is awesome to have a dentist who goes out of his way to help his patients without making them feel like a burden. He is down-to-earth, yet very professional. Dr. Budhani and his staff took excellent care of me during my first appointment. Everyone was very welcome and friendly. I feel like some of the dentists I've had in the past have been kind of pushy towards me getting certain procedures that would ultimately result in more income for them. That was NOT the case with Dr. Budhani. He explained the situation and told me that nothing was urgent and pretty much all of my treatments were optional. This place is fantastic for my toddler. She loves to hit the seat buttons and ride it like a ride at Six Flags and they don't mind at all. I thought thought Amazing Dental was truly an "Amazing Dental" experience! They have a very high tech office, along with a friendly staff to greet you and make you feel comfortable. There is a TV in front of dental chair as well as a massaging dental chair all topped off with a wonderful dentist who made me feel very comfortable. They also do emergency dental work there which is hard to find. This is one of the best dentist's I have been to. For someone to say that they actually enjoyed going to the dentist says a lot. Oh my gosh let me be the first to say that Dr.Budhani is one the best dentist around town for me. I have had braces for almost two years now and after they finally came off I had to have dental implants to finish off the process. At first I was a little skeptical about the procedure but as soon as I met the Dr he made me feel so much more comfortable and I was very happy with the results after the whole thing was over. The office was nice, clean, and comforting and the staff reassured me that he was one the best emergency practical dentist around! They were also very nice and friendly people who made everything a lot easier. I was so happy to find a dentist who I can trust and not take all my money either. I visited Amazing Dental recently because a lower molar I had a filling done on a few years ago had broken and the tooth was hurting me. I checked on Yelp and this place had pretty good reviews so I decided to give them a call. I was surprised that they were able to get me in the next day. Krista was really nice and verified my insurance info before I came in and my wait was less than 10 minutes. The office is beautiful! I felt like I was in a really calm and peaceful environment. Dr. Budhani was super nice and very informative. He was able to pull up my X-Ray on a large screen monitor along with pictures of the broken tooth. He didn't seem rushed and took his time in explaining what everything was on the X-Ray and showed me how the fracture was deep into the nerve of the tooth. Long story short, I needed a root canal. Krista brought a printout showing what my insurance would pay and what my responsibility was (very thorough ...this has not been my experience in the past at other dental offices). I was a little anxious, but Dr. Budhani and his assistant were very patient and took their time. I barely felt the pinch when I was numbed up and the procedure went by quicker than I thought I would. Even though I wasn't hurting, Dr. Budhani kept pausing and asking me if I was comfortable every few minutes. He genuinely cares for his patients' comfort. It was my first dentist visit in years and it was a great experience! I filled out the paperwork online and came in the same day I called for an appointment. Dr. Budhani actually wasn't present this day but I still had a great dentist! I had x-rays, a dental cleaning and needed some fillings. The whole time they went through the x-rays and explained thoroughly the condition of my teeth in each x-ray. They were upfront about the costs of each procedure and worked with my insurance plan to see what it covered. The entire time I felt super comfortable and everyone was friendly. I live in Anchorage, Alaska and decided to get some dental work done while visiting my brother inArlington. I did some research and and made an appointment to get a consultation done at Amazing Dental. Dr Budhani is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. I have a fear of going to the dentist since I was young, I get nervous and my blood pressure goes way up. Sometimes I even get nauseous. Dr Budhani put me at ease the first time I met him and I slowly started to relax and feel comfortable with him and his office staff. He went over all the details and answered any questions I had over what i was getting done. I never felt like I was just a number at his office. The entire staff is friendly and try their best to assist you in any way they can. After a few months of flying back and forth from Anchorage to Dallas the major work was completed and guess what .... I'm still flying back and forth to have Dr Budhani as my regular dentist.
