As a Vietnam Veteran I am very disappointed in this provider who I've been using since 2018. Since I'm on VA Disability for my hearing I requested a letter from this provider substantiating my ongoing disability for the VA. My request has been flatly denied by the provider assuming I'm being treated by another provider. Twice I've purchased hearing aids from Amazing Hearing for around $4000 each time. The care was good, and the office ran efficiently. I will find another provider at this time for any further needs and recommend that others seek care from another provider, where prices are certainly more affordable! read more

Had 'lost/misplaced' one of my hearing aids while changing the batteries while in my car. Frantic. Called & spoke with David who was incredibly helpful, even offering to help look for it, if I drove over to the office. In the meantime he researched how quickly I could get a replacement, the cost and what I could use in the meantime. By the time I got to their office I had given up hope but David patiently went through my car (in the pouring rain!) and miraculously found it wedged between the seat & console. I found this place kind of by accident and out of necessity. My father's hearing aid had stopped working. I wandered in and the audiologist stopped what she was doing and repaired his hearing aid and then invited me back to have it adjusted to him. She found multiple ways to Increase his ability to hear, she was gentle and caring and has state of the art equipment. I have a severe hearing loss and have been wearing hearing aids since age seven. Ann was able to fit me with hearing aids which did not require ear molds which fitted my entire ear, which is a first. The receiver was on top of my ear. I was plagued with irritations and pain in my ears and Ann came up with these new hearing aids. I am very happy with these hearing aids and never thought that I could wear hearing aids like this. She is also very up to speed with all the technical aspects of hearing aids and provides detail instructions on maintaining them along with the different setting on my aids. I highly recommend Ann. I never knew there was such a difference between hearing aids and the importance of finding just the right one for your own personal hearing loss. Ann goes over and beyond to do just that. My old hearing aids only amplified the noise and made it very frustrating to be in social gatherings. Amazing Hearing and Ann are the best. I have the dubious distinction over the years of trying six or seven different aids and companies. By the time I saw Ann, about a year ago, I had those aids for about five years. I was at the point of having to tell my wife that I couldn't go out for meals with friends because I just couldn't hear the conversation in those environments. Ann tested my hearing and determined that the aids I had were set up incorrectly for my then current hearing. She suggested I trial the new WideEx aids which had a much faster processor. The initial communication over the phone was great. The visit was fantastic! I was a little nervous at first, but the front staff was very hospitable, and the tech who did the mold of my ears was delicate and skilled. The second visit to pick up my headphones was easy, they showed me exactly how to take them in and out of my ears, and we practiced a few times to make sure they fit correctly and that I understood how to get the most out of them. I got my hearing aids from the VA. The closest VA audiologists are in Santa Ana. I went to Amazing Hearing for an adjustment because a friend recommended them. The staff was extremely helpful and Ann told me that I could apply with the VA to have her designated as my community service provider and the VA would pay for her services. Ann and her staff take a personal interest in providing me with accurate adjustments and comfortable fit. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. read more

They were very accommodating and fit me in on short notice, checked my ears for excess wax and let me hear the latest models, so I could pick my new in ear monitors. With lots of experience, friendly staff, and closeness to ultimate ears Headquarters. It's hard to imagine a better place to get this process done. Went in to take some ear impressions and had the pleasure of meeting Ann who is the dedicated audiologist there. She was very friendly and informative as she explained the process one by one and even removed my never-seen ear wax with her magic tools. Squirting water and hydrogen peroxide into my ears felt a bit weird but cool at the same time as it was an unexplored feeling. Not to mention putting in silicone for the mold was quite interesting as well. On am emergency basis, my ENT required an audiology test before seeing me. After pleading with about seven local audiologists to squeeze me in for testing (they all said "sorry, no."), Amazing Hearing was the only one who called me back to say the audiologist, Ann Mundell-Noel, understood the urgency of my sudden problem and would see me. I brought my non-working hearing aid to this store. Instead of sending the machine out to be repaired, Ann (the audiologist), diagnosed the hearing aid as needing a new speaker filter. She had them in stock and showed me how to replace. She also showed me how to clean and dry out the machine during the night.
