We asked how much a cleaning would be for her and they informed us it would be around $65. This would include cleaning her ears as well as as the hearing aids. We thought that was fair, given we are in California lol After taking her hearing aids out and checking both her ears and the aids, they discovered neither one really needed to be cleaned. The gentleman who is helping us explain to my mom one area that she could brush free of some dust, and after learning that she didn't have a brush... He went and got her a couple for free. I chose the Kirkland Signature model. I was never able to get these hearing aids to work properly. Each time I took them back to Costco, the technician would start to diagnose the problem, then would say.."well, I've spent 45 minutes and they're not quite adjusted, but if you come back in two weeks, we'll try again..." this went on for four months.
