I became a member in late January 2016. I'm so glad that I did. I usually have Shannon for my lashes but have seen a couple other girls depending on my schedule to get in the studio. I've called last minute and been fit in for a fill and I've scheduled appointments weeks in advance. No trouble with either way. The studio is always clean and staff is friendly. I get so many compliments/comments about my lashes on a regular basis! They are easy to maintain and I haven't used hardly any mascara since having the lashes applied. So today I was supposed to be scheduled at 10 o'clock. I made time in my busy schedule and I got there and the front Desk secretary was shoe short rude and really could care less that my appointment was scheduled wrong. If I would've shown up at the wrong time I would've been charged. I will definitely be getting rid of my Subscription. I had put my subscription on hold as the quality and technique of the ladies doing the Lashes has not been of the best standard. Have gone here for around 3 years, but not sure what the heck is going on but the place has fallen apart, literally and figuratively. In 5 days, I have had 3 appts all which have been cancel my them. All have within less than 24 hours and I was not offered anything to accommodate my inconvenience, yet I'm a charged $59 any time I cancel less than 24 hours for any reason. I had an appointment last Saturday at 12:00. I was in my sister-in-law wedding that evening, also in charge of decorating wedding and reception, had 12 family members staying at my home and i have 4 small children, 2 of which are special needs. So no, I did not get the message left Friday late afternoon that they needed to reschedule because the stylist had quit on the previous Tuesday. Especially because I had gotten a confirmation text at 10am confirming my appt. They rescheduled me for early Tuesday morning, I get a call Monday afternoon saying they have a leak and will need to reschedule me. They schedule me for Wednesday, so I move some appts around so I can come. I received a confirmation text, and haul ass to get to studio because I had squeezed it in between 2 other appts and arrive only to have the studio be closed. Check my voice mail, there is a message from an known number, which turned out was Amazing Lash studio in Arcadia saying they would like to schedule me for an appt there, 45 minutes away. So Beware, you my sign a contract, get charge anytime you cancel 24 hours for any reasons, and then have to pay in order to be release from your contract. read more

Let's start with first impressions, I walk in and there are 2 employees standing off to the side of the waiting room talking. Both look at me and neither one greats me. As I'm standing at the receptionist desk waiting to check in they decide to come up, still no greeting. They ask my name and say they don't have an appointment for me. I explained that I booked it online and the employee said it was booked wrong so they filled my appointment with another client. I asked how was it booked incorrectly when I received a confirmation email in regards to my appointment, I even showed her the confirmation and she said oh well we are booked now today. I've been in customer service for 20 years and this was far below standards for any company. I will 100% not recommend this location to anyone!! read more

My experience at this location was terrible. The actual lash tech was sweet and did her best. The products are not good. My lashes wouldn't even stay on a whole week. I had to go back three weeks in a row with no success AND I got charged each separate time. A good business would stand by their product and service. I called to cancel any future appointments and asked to cancel my membership. The manager Shonay kept making excuses to justify keeping my money. They charged my card anyway. Update: After my "redo" appointment with Paris, a gal who has been doing lashes for well over a year, I can now say that I am fully satisfied with my lashes. Let me tell you that these were applied on Monday afternoon, today is Saturday. The amazing part is that these have stayed on through 3 days and nights of swimming in the ocean! And yes, I was getting beat numerous times, in the face by large waves. I thought for sure I would return from the ocean to find 1/2 of them gone, after all, I was abusing them, but I am thrilled. I LOVE Desiree and i am completely in love with my lashes. i get the 6d volumes and they always turn out so amazing and full. i have been to plenty of locations from here to colorado and this is by far my favorite. the girl up front are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This location has turned into a joke! There new "manager" is a joke. I will never step foot into another amazing lash ever again. I tried to give them a second chance for a walk in refill a week ago and when I walked in the salon was covered in 3 inches of water and the manager was no where to be seen . I asked the receptionist if she called the manager or anything and I was told they are continuing business as usually, they had no wet floor signs of any kind and had salon blankets that clients use to keep warm sopping up water on the floor , it smelled like mildew everywhere!All the employees looked near tears as they are expected to work in unsanitary and unsafe conditions. I've been coming here for 6 months.. somehow the eyelash Gods smiled down on me and my first appointment was with Desiree B. I loved them and she was awesome. I've had 2 other gals and while they did a good job, I definitely noticed a difference in how my lashes looked and how long they lasted. I didn't do anything different in terms of moisturizer or more pool time or anything. Desiree is a master lasher and I didn't want to pay an extra $10 so that's why I went with some of the others. Well I decided if I'm going to spend money on this I need to love it so I went back with Desiree B. I could tell from the moment I sat up it was different and WAY better. Don't go here! I went once and liked them initially. Thought they were a little sparse and on one eye they weren't spaced right but livable. Liked them enough to sign up for the membership. Now I need to figure out how to get out of it. Within a week they all feel out despite meticulous care. Not only did they fall out, they took my own lashes with them. When I went in for a fill Lana was my lash girl and she informed me of the situation and worked me into her schedule and did a removal and full set! The quality, service, and application was good. However, the tech handled my eyes without wearing gloves. She might have washed her hands prior, but I wouldn't know. She did not wear gloves during the application. I didn't recall until a few days later because I got pink eye. Definitely would recommend that you book before your tech has lunch. Terrible experience. I was double charged and did not get what I asked for. The girl who did my lashes was very sweet don't get me wrong, I asked for a certain length lash and she didn't do them that way but as soon as she finished she advised that if I wanted them the way I asked then I can just get them like that next time. Meaning I need to pay again and be forced to come back for a diff session to get what I originally asked for. The charged me double and then when I called the next day the immediately saw and recognized the error but will not reversed it and still have not reversed it. It's been three weeks of me calling and being lied to. Still don't have the money back that they stole from me. A very HONEST review: They offer you $10 off your service if you give them a positive YELP review but I purposely waited so I could give an honest review. I tried Amazing Lash Studio for about 3 months. I had a terrible time keeping their lashes on. I've had lashes for years and it's never been an issue. I heard that was a common problem so they switched to a different glue. I still couldn't keep them on. I would say an average of 10 lashes a day would just fall off. Also, their lash stylists are all new. They just went through their 80 hour course when they opened the salon. They also do one eye at a time therefore they were never even. An experienced stylist goes back and forth between each eye so there are the same amount of lashes on both eyes. So I give them 1 star for the lashes. However, I would give them 5 stars for their costumer service. They tried to work with me to keep me as a client and were very friendly but with the amount of lashes I was losing and the expense I cancelled my membership. read more

They fall off within days and then they keep having you come back for fill after fill so they take your money. Never ever get a membership they keep your funds and do not refund. Worst place do not go! I expressed that I am allergic to adhesives and needed sensitive glue I was told that you should have an issue with our glue. Had the eyelashes put on and eyes swollen shut. Went the next day to remove which was extremely painful burn beware. Swollen eyes for an entire week after. Asked for a refund they said they do not give refunds. What kind of customer service is that. It was a service that did not work out due to there products. Went here yesterday to get some eyelashes done for the first time. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile. So being my first time I had a lot of questions to ask but the receptionist was super friendly and was eager to answer all my questions. She was super sweet. The specialist who did my lashes was Veronica and she did an amazing job. She took her time and she was also very kind. I had also told her that I love big fluffy lashes and that is exactly what I got. As soon as I walked back out to the lobby I had other guests walk up to me and wanting to see my lashes. Everyone of them loved them. Overall my experience was awesome. Im so glad that I have found a place to do my lashes just the way I wanted them. If I could give zero stars I would. First I made and appointment and they called me back to cancel because the girl was sick. (Understandable) Then I finally booked a time that worked for me and I had scheduled for a fill. They then turned me away and said they couldn't take me because I needed more than a full set and said they didn't have any time that day to do it. Who does that to a brand new client? I usually use this to write how good of experiences I have but I'm just astonished that they would do this to a new client. I work in the beauty industry and I would never turn someone away when they are new I would try and give them the best service possible so that I could get their repeat business. An update after my last fill and scheduling for another fill. I went ahead and signed up for the membership and slightly regretting it. Large clumps of my lashes fell out within one week of having my fill. Unfortunately, I was on vacation so I couldn't go in right away to show them. No biggie. Issue now is attempting to schedule a fill and they have extremely limited availability so it seems like I'll have to go another week without having them fixed and I'm sure they would attempt to make it a full set at that point. I'll be cancelling my membership because for me, it's not worth it having to go every 1-2 weeks and the hassle of trying to get an appointment. They do look great and if it's worth it to someone, I recommend them going there. read more

I came in to get a Full set of lashes put on I came out with about a few lashes on each eye. In excruciating pain, I'll never come back here again, I got an eye infection woke up the next morning with my eyes shut together couldn't even see. Don't get me wrong there super nice and caring, but there job quality isn't there or the product it's self. It's been five days since I've gone and most of my lashes fell out already! First girl I had didn't know what she was doing at all to be honest seem like she's new to it. Oh and it's so ridiculous they make you sit there for two hours because that's how long their full sets take, two hours!!!!! I had to call back after getting home and everyone talking shit how bad they looked. I ended up going in there again and the second girl I got did an amazing job they looked just how I wanted them!
