I was a little nervous on my first appointment because I would be changing lash artists and didn't know what to expect. When I called to ask about a fill, the lady who answered the phone was really knowledgeable and helped manage my expectations and brought my stress levels down. I had my first appointment with Britney and she immediately impressed me with her professionalism and knowledge. I went from super nervous to super confident within a five minute conversation. The other thing I love about Britney is that she doesn't insist on talking during the service. I am a really talkative person but I love getting my lashes done with her because she just lets me BE. I had eyelash extensions placed and followed the directions exactly by the second day I lost so many lashes you could barely tell I had anything done. I went back and the manager gave the girl an hour to place as many as she could. I left feeling much better but within a day or so they started to fall off again. I went for a consult somewhere else to see if my expectations were to high or if perhaps my eyelashes were not strong enough to hold. I ended up getting my lashes redone by another place and I love them!!! So if you are not satisfied, I recommend giving it another try...somewhere else! read more

I like my lashes but I don't love them. I'm not sure if I just didn't communicate well with what I wanted or if the lash tech didn't understand what I wanted. I usually get my lashes done at a school for $40 and getting my lashes done here was pretty much the same thing except here I paid $109. Not to mention I just got them done Saturday afternoon/ evening, it is now Monday morning, and there is a significant gap between my lash extensions and my lash line. The lash tech was absolutely lovely, nice, and welcoming but I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Lash I came to amazing lash studio and I was not happy at all. It was my first time getting lashes and I was so happy when the lash tech finished with me. She explained the after care for the lashes so I made sure to follow them but when I woke up in the morning I was missing a lot of the lashes and I knew it was not normal especially since I paid 115. I waited for a week and when I went back to get them done I had to pay again. Then another week goes by and my membership was charged two times and when I called to tell them one of the girls up front told me I had to go in and prove that I was charged twice. So when I go in I show them on my bank app where I had been charged twice and the manager searched me up and on her end it said I was only charged once but the way she was acting made me seem like I was at fault for what was happening. So I then remembered when I was first signing up for the membership the girl up front kept saying my account was not going through and she had to make a whole new one. So I asked the manger to see if there was two accounts made and when she searched me again it popped out that I did have two accounts and she gave me my money back so. I then reschedule as I'm there to get a fill and when that day comes the lady was taking longer then usual and the beds are so uncomfortable. When she finishes my lashes don't look that full and she says I would have to come back for another 30 min service so she can finish and I also had to pay extra because I got a longer lash. I go home and two hours later my lashes where half off. So at that point I was just so irritated and I called to cancel my membership and I've never been back and I'm never planning on going back. I'm not the only one who had this experience of the glue not working for them here at amazing lash studio my sister also came with me and her lashes never lasted on her and I've had friend, coworkers, and cousins tell me the same thing. I now found a lash tech who does amazing and her lashes last me 3 weeks and they still look fuller than amazing lash studios results after 3 days. I hope this helps a lot of you. read more

I have had 3 visits at this location and have been with Rosa each time. She is a lash expert to say the least. She's clearly a perfectionist and gives me all the tips to keep my lashes lasting very long. I've not been in 3 weeks and the only reason I'm making an appointment soon is because I'll be out of town for 2 weeks and I don't want to go to anyone else but Rosa. The studio is clean, front desk gals are awesome and cheery and well educated in product. I don't feel like I'm being oversold at all, just educated and the decision is completely up to me to buy product with no pressure. Kudos to the Norterra location. I had my lashes done here as a Christmas gift and was not extremely happy with them but everyone said try it again (with many opinions how). We booked another appt and the morning of, I get a message from them saying " Just wanted you to be aware that your full set will be $250, an extra $65 for the 60's and $30 for the stylist, let us know if you still want the appt". That is $345 for a set of lashes that will not even make it a month. Every single person that I've told is amazed by this, so I guess it is appropriate that they call themselves Amazing Lash Studio. This was my first time ever having lash extensions, and I was nervous and unsure what to expect. Nicole, my technician, was absolutely amazing! She's very knowledgeable, kind, and thoroughly explains any question that you may have during the process and after. Be prepared to spend at least 1-2 hours your first set, but the end result is SO worth it! I almost fell asleep a couple times, it was so relaxing. I am so happy with my lashes and just want to say Thank You to Amazing Lash Studio, and cant wait to come back for my fill. I live about 30 minutes away from this studio, but will make the drive for my fills because the staff (and Nicole!) are wonderful. read more

I went to Amazing Lash yesterday to get a fill, I am from out of town and I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley! After a lengthy consolation with her she suggested that I remove my lashes due to the fact that she felt she could not do a good job with the condition of my full set from back East...While that was not what I wanted to hear we both came to the agreement that it was what was needed to be done to keep the integrity of my natural lash... I have been going to Amazing lash studio at Norterra consistently every two weeks for about three months now. They give the best eyelash service and professionalism - which I appreciate because it is an expensive luxury. One week, I did not receive such a stellar service, so I called in and asked for my eyelashes to be redone. The front desk was very accommodating and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all! They offered a prompt redo. I will continue to only go to amazing Lash studio. I especially like the stylist Cortney because she is super sweet and really great at what she does! But everyone in the studio in general are superb. Make sure you get the monthly package to save lots of $$$. read more

I just completed my third appointment at Amazing Lash Studio - Norterra, all with the same stylist, Victoria. I am over the moon with her attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to the service and end-product she provides to her clients. Up until a little over a month ago, had never had eyelash extensions before, and ALS - Norterra was recommended by a friend. I was extremely nervous, but the front end staff was and has always been so welcoming. They have always answered all of my questions and provided a positive atmosphere. I have the most gorgeous 6D lash extensions anyone has ever seen. I receive multiple compliments *a day* and am so happy with my decision to work with this location, stylist and staff. The location is fantastic, and everything is clean. I recently have added on lip and brow waxing, and the difference between having this service done here, versus an add-on service at a nail salon is night-and-day. I'm super disappointed in my experience here. My sister and I came to get lashes for her wedding in a couple days. I was told different prices over the phone then what I was ultimately charged. Which was an arm and a leg. My stylist did not explain to me that the "natural" distribution of lashes also means the lash is more fine. I went with the volume look which I was told was a $30 up charge over the phone, it was actually a $65 upcharge, and because the lashes are so fine, it really doesn't look different than if I just put mascara on my normal lashes. My sister's lashes look absolutely beautiful. She got a normal set of the "gorgeous" distribution. I wish my stylist would have explained the difference in the thickness of lashes and different options and give me a heads up that "volume" is a $65 upcharge as I certainly would not have gotten them knowing that. Lastly, over the phone I was told my sister had a "master stylist" which would be a $20 upcharge, we were actually charged $30. Just be aware, the prices are deceiving and they won't be open about what you're actually going to spend. Ultimately my "volume" lashes look fine but not spectacular by any means, barely different than my normal lashes with mascara. My sister looks great though and her price was almost what they quoted her, so her experience was better. read more

This place came recommended and I was terribly disappointed. My daughter saved her own money to get lashes for her senior prom...she was so excited. The lashes looked very nice the first night. She followed all of the directions...didnt get them wet, etc. The very next morning some of the lashes on her right eye fell out. As the day went on more and more fell out....only the right eye. She called to see if they would fix them, as it had been less than 24 hours. They said only if she paid for an entire set of new lashes!!!! What?!?!?! Horrible customer service and questionable quality. They won't even stand by their work for a day. read more

I have gone here a few times now, and every time I schedule my appointment with Jasmine only. She does a great job on my lashes. I don't like the heavy lash look, and she is able to keep them looking natural yet full. I've never had any issues after regarding irritation or concerns with my eyes as others have previously posted. Jasmine is attentive to detail and works to do what YOU as the customer wants. After getting my lashes done for some months my rating went down. I'd rather pay less and use falsies and get a different look whenever I want, than to pay so much and not get the results I was looking for. Just a warning... If you do decide to try it, get a technician that will care more about the health of your natural lashes than how glamorous your paid for ones appear. On my last re-fill the gal told me that the weight of lash they had previously put on me (twice)was too heavy for my natural lashes, hence causing them to tangle and turn which ruined my natural lashes. She suggested buying more of their products (mmhmm) to fix them and not getting any more lash extensions for awhile until they recover. I decided I would not be going back, cancelling my membership, and going forward not paying to ruin the beautiful natural lashes I had before I got the extensions. P.S the ending condition of my lashes was not due to lack of maintenance, as I took care of them more meticulously than the hair on my head lol read more

Worst service ever - I was in the room at 5.07 after signing paperwork at the front desk. The girl told me they close at 7 and because she was a new stylist she will not have enough time to get me a full set even though that is what I liked because I was late . Told her my appointment was at 5 and was already done with the paperwork. This is the second time I had bad customer service with this brand. Hannah is amazing! She does a great job with my 6D volume lashes. I have gone to other lash studios and they use too much glue and it clumps, when I have lashes she's the entire lash comes off. I used to get lashes all the time, took a break and was referred to Lash by a friend. The front desk was super friendly, helpful, even booking my first appointment was easy with no problems. The place was clean, the technician listened, helped me pick the best shape and overall provided a positive experience. When she was done I asked her to make a few adjustments, she did with no problem however I still wasn't fully satisfied with my right eye. I felt that she spent more time on one eye which made her rush the other. I didn't say anything at that time (wish I would have now) but paid for the lashes $79.99, tipped $20 but held off on the membership only because I wanted to see how long they'd last. With my last experience I got a fill every two and half to the weeks.. Fast forward not even a week.. my right eye looks nothing like my left (left still looks great) so I call explain my experience. They are super understanding, accommodating and the technician fixes my right eye.. Here's my problem, I'm not even a week in and have now spent another $45.00 to fix their mistake ($10 was tip) because I didn't call soon enough. The girl at the front said in order for them to negotiate or offer a discount I needed to call sooner 2-5 days which was a huge disappointment. read more

When I initially got my lashes done I thought they looked amazing! But in less than an hour one had already fallen off and now about a week and a half later my lashes are falling out like crazy. I'd like to mention that I know natural lashes go through a cycle and fall out naturally but I have experienced eyelashes falling out significantly faster than normal. They weren't glued on very well either and the tech seemed confused when I told her I didn't want full volume. I was supposed to reschedule but I'd rather have my money back. read more

This was a bad experience, the place was clean that was the only good thing I could say about it, I have had my eyelashes for over 10 years, I thought I would save money and have a new experience, Big mistake my first tech didn't seem to know what she was doing my eyelashes had places where there was no extensions and she took 2 1/2 hours, I expressed my frustrations when asked, The response was I will schedule you in two weeks for a fill-in, I talked to the owner she gave me another tech to try to make me happy, it was a little better still not even close to the experience I have had all these years with my eyelashes I would not recommend this place, I will never be going back, in my opinion I was not handled with care and consideration from anyone including the owner it was more like she wanted to do what she could do and get rid of me as fast as she could.
