I have never done lash extensions until today. I had always wanted to try them, and the price they have for a new customer is a pretty good deal. The experience was fairly straightforward. I signed in, cleaned my lashes, an assistant showed me the styles that the studio accommodates and I picked one and went to my appt with my technician. The process start to finish took around 2 hours and 20 minutes, but I was new and getting a full set. Sarah did my lashes and did a really good job. She is quiet but I am too so we just sorta existed in the same space lol. Laying on a table for two hours can get a bit uncomfortable but at least the refills are only an hour. I may have gone a couple mm shorter, but I'm not mad at them, I think they look gorgeous still. I got the classic in the sexy style. I will note that the studio will give you suggestions for hybrid, 3d and 6d lashes- these will ALL be more expensive and they don't say that when they are showing the lash styles which is where I think some of these other reviews are coming from with price confusions. Additionally to the service, I paid for a maintenance plan to get fills 2x a month and bought their spoolie and cleanser. The spoolie you could probably get cheaper, but the cleanser is a must. Jasmin did my lashes today. This was my very first time ever doing lash extensions. I asked for the "cute hybrid". In my opinion they like great, nice and full, the set looks even and Jasmine addressed all my questions and concerns during the whole thing. My eyes were sensitive to the fumes of the glue. But Jasmin did spay my face with mist and uses the fan to get some of that away from my face. I'm giving. It 4 stars cause I do feel like the paperwork and checking in process took to long which prolonged the appointment. read more

I'm not a big fan of this location. I actually switched locations due to the front desk staff and manager being rude. I am by no means a confrontational or rude person myself. I don't see the need to be rude to employees, because I am a better person than that and I don't like leaving reviews like these, but after many interactions with this location, I am fed up. And I know what it's like being the employee and dealing with customers, but their attitude is unnecessary. I tried to resolve a simple billing issue with the manager and she kept interrupting me while talking on the phone, which made the situation more frustrating and I felt like she wasn't hearing me. The front desk staff isn't friendly either. They are very quick to get you off the phone if you have any questions. I have never had an issue with the lash stylists though. read more

I paid over $120 for what looks like $20 lashes that I could have purchased. On top of that the price would have been much higher if i didnt sign up for a membership which requires another $59.99 to be automatically drafted from my account in 2 weeks for a refill. I sat on the phone with a girl for quite some time, talking about different possibilities. I stressed to her that I don't live in AZ, but I needed to get my lashes done ASAP and I want volume. The girl on the phone was extremely accommodating and very nice. When I arrived, my lash gal, named Natalia, took me in for our consult at which point I told her exactly what I wanted and I was looking for.... VOLUME! I even showed her a couple different photographs of the lashes I desired. I also told her that I wanted whisps throughout as well. Let me tell express that I was there for 1hr and a half and when she was done, I was expecting GLAMOROUS VOLUMIZING LASHES. My facial expression said it all and Natalia could tell I was not happy. She's like: "Well, I'm sure it's not what you wanted... but we're more of a 'natural studio', rather than the extreme Russian volume look"...UHM WHAT??? I paid $69.99 for a fill of 6D VOLUME GLAMOROUS LASHES!!! At the last minute (when paying) she tells me they charge another $25 for volume. Are you kidding me? If you're a more "natural" studio, how are you charging extra money for something you DONT even have? I got -(NEGATIVE)-6F NO volume lashes. With no whisps. What the heck am I paying for then? By the time I checked out, I spent $191.00. I was speechless. Yes, I did buy 3 items that they sold me- BECAUSE THEY SAID "IF YOU BUILD YOUR OWN KIT, ---EACH--- OF YOUR ITEMS WILL GET 20% OFF". Those items together cost a total of $55. I even asked her before I paid, what the items totals came out to individually, and she told me she couldn't tell until the transaction was processed and the receipt was printed. Uhm, sure? I get in my car and look at my receipt- the girl only discounted the 3 items @ 10% off instead of what they sold me on and had posted for 20% off. I was beyond myself that a business is ran like this and I knew going back in there and expressing my frustrations, wasn't conducive for anybody. I not only live in CO, I was in AZ-PRESCOTT-visiting and I traveled an hour and a half to go to this eyelash studio because of "how amazing they were" and they could produce what it was that I wanted. If I wanted thin, regular looking lashes, I could have went to Walmart and bought them for $6.99. Not traveled an hour and a half out of my way, wasted my time and spent $200 for something that was FALSELY advertised and promised. My best friend was beside herself when I got back from this appointment. We are both extremely displeased and shook that a place of business acted like this. She had an appointment in a few days, that she is no longer attending. You just lost 2 very good customers who would have brought you, not only their business 2x a month, but the potentiality of us promoting your business to our friends. And globally as well, because if I had had a great experience with your studio, I would have transferred to the Denver studio. I honestly have no idea how they are in business. Not happy with shady billing procedures. Watch your bank statements. I was billed again just days after I paid in studio for my fill. When I asked the gal at the counter, Maddie, about it, she acted like she didnt understand me until I finally pressed her and she said that I didn't have to worry, I would have a credit to use at the studio later. I don't want to have credit to use later after I just paid the monthly fee for the fill. Then she insisted there was nothing she could about removing the charge, so I will be contacting my bank. Not a good idea to get greedy with loyal clients. Also, I don't want to patronize a business that has helpless employees. This is a mixed review. I really do like this place. HOWEVER.....last night I called and spoke with Maddie. Explained to her that for some reason my results of this last appointment(2 weeks ago) were not as successful as the last 3 times. She was rude! Did not give me a possible explanation as to why or what could be going on ( I am new to this so I really was just calling to get some answers.) I was then told I had to book for a full refill even though it had only been 2 weeks. I had been going 3 to 4 weeks successfully. I have been a member to Amazing Lash for almost a year and this is definitely the worst Amazing Lash Studio I have ever been to, I have been here twice and have had an awful experience. I got a chemical burn in my eyes not once BUT TWICE here at this location. The staff was dismissive about it and insisted that this is something that happens regularly and that has never been the case at the previous studio I have been going to consistently in Lake Pleasant. Also the woman at the front desk was very rude and passive aggressive when it came to me continuing out with me tipping and paying for my services. I also went into my appointment and verbally clarified and confirmed with my technician that I would be doing a classic refill, and was charged for 6D hybdrid lashes after my session. Very unprofessionally handled; I also after the first chemical burn called to ask about the ingredients in the lash glue to see if I had developed an allergy and because my ophthalmologist was asking me and a receptionist took my email down and said she would email me with the ingredients considering the BURN that was in my eye from my eyelash extensions and NEVER received an email or a follow up. I will now most DEFINITELY be driving an extra 30 minutes to go to Lake Pleasant to receive safe and respectful service. AWFUL location, and I wish I never gave them a second chance. I was new to lash extensions and Jasmine walked me through the whole process. First, we picked what length and style would best suit my lifestyle. I am very annoyed as I used to have a membership with them and when I switched from lash extensions to lash lifts I was getting charged the membership monthly rate and then additional $13 when I checked out. But after discussing it several times with them they realized their computer was just mistakenly adding the non-member tinted price to it. So I tried to move on from that. I decided to cancel my membership due to the cost savings not being great enough for my lash lifts so I decided I would come in as needed. I still had one service left on my membership when I canceled and they told me I would be able to use it within 6 months. I called to schedule an appointment 2 months later and they said they had nothing on my account and that the manager would have to check. I told them I wanted an appointment the next day but only if I had the credit still. She scheduled me for the next morning assuring me the manager would reach out before then. I showed up to my appointment and the manager had not reached out and was not in so therefore I did not receive my service and was waiting around for the manager to get in to look over this when I was just going to call in to schedule after hearing from her originally. Such a waste of my time and genuinely poor customer service. They treated me great when everything went smooth but as soon as they made a mistake they just looked at me like they didn't know what to do and did not even offer good customer service for the inconvenience. I will say that their lash quality seems very nice! normally when I get my lashes done the lash itself kind of pokes my eyelid and bothers it a little bit when I shut my lids very tightly but this place did not do that. I do feel that the glue they use is designed for you to have to come back sooner because I lose a lot very quickly. I do really try to be very gentle on my lashes the first week so that I don't lose a ton but I did still end up losing quite a lot! it's been a week and two days and I honestly need a fill pretty badly. The price is higher than I was expecting as well but again I can tell the quality is high and I do like the atmosphere and how clean it is and professionalism of the staff as well! if you need lashes for a quick weekend or an event of some kind this is the perfect place but I would feel like maintenance could be quite expensive for a regular basis kind of thing read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I've been getting my lashes done for over two years with every appointment being with an amazing Lash studio location. I have had several issues with this specific location, to include several redos because of lashes falling out or big gaps, appointments being canceled within a couple hours and one time even showing up for my appointment to find out the stylist went home. I scheduled an appointment last Thursday for Friday morning and unfortunately my son got sick that evening so I was unable to attend The appointment, I called to leave a voicemail at 7 AM before they opened. When I spoke with a representative later that day they let me know they were charging me for the full appointment because it was considered a no call no show...And that I had done this before. I am a business owner and have never done a no call no show! She continued to tell me they have a record of every single appointment and this was not the first time I have done this. I am contacting corporate headquarters to try to get my refund however in the meantime I would highly recommend desert ridge location or The lake pleasant location as they seem to have better customer service and lashes that actually last! You would think with 6D lashes that last 2 to 3 weeks at $140 would get you better customer service and lashes that do not need be retouched uevery couple times you go! Update... Lashes don't last at all i had to get a whole new set because my fill before was done so bad the lash tech had to get another tech to un attach all my lashes from being glued shut. Then when i go back i didn't have enough to get a proper fill so i had to pay extra on top of me already being on a plan it's now two weeks after my new set and all of my lashes are off smh what a waste of time it started off good until they decide to let amateurs do them and charge extra for the stylist that they should be offering expensive service to be playing in peoples face. The eyelashes last really well, and look gorgeous. I get compliments all the time. The products they have to maintain and wash the eyelashes are also very good. Absolutely awful. I've been hesitant on getting extensions because i wear falsies every day and decided to give it a try. I called to see if there were any open appointments that day and the girl told me that there was one at 2 (it was 1:15 by then and i was a new so i had to come at 1:45) OVER THE PHONE, i told the girl that i am allergic to latex and she told me it wasn't a problem. Once i drive 30 minutes to the studio, the girl informs me that i cannot get my lashes done because i was allergic to latex. I told them BEFORE I GOT THERE THAT I WAS!!! It was bs, and i know that for a fact because i know a girl that works for amazing lash (but wasn't working that day) and she told me, that they do not use anything that has latex. I've had wonderful service and customer service at the Desert Ridge location, however, I have referred a couple of friends to the Norterra location. They've had nothing but poor customer service interactions with the personnel and management; negative to the point that they questioned why I would send them there. Even though my lashes came out beautifully, I'm not happy with their front desk girl. When I was making my payment she told me how I could save money by signing up for a membership. I first said no thanks but she insisted it was a good deal because I can cancel at any time and will not be charged. I said really? Okay yeah that does sound like a good deal. I signed up and realized 2 weeks later I just can't afford a membership at this time. I'm a new mommy and work only part time. So I called to cancel and the woman who answered said just email them to say I want to cancel. Long story short, they cancel my membership but charge me a cancellation fee. I was so upset I emailed them back and they said that all last studios are independently owned and have their own cancellation policy. I told her the ONLY reason I signed up was because there was no cancellation policy! I would have never signed up. The first time I went it was a great experience, I loved my lashes so much I signed up for their membership. I went in for my very first fill and my lashes weren't quite as full leaving and in the next few days they kept falling out. After a few days later I called and wanted to let them know what I was experiencing. The girl asked me about after care to which I was clueless about because no one explained the care when I got my first fill. She said I could pay another $35 for more. From there I cancelled my service. I feel as if they messed up and that I shouldn't have to pay.
