Do not sign up for this you will not be able to cancel or get thru to anyone. Why the girls are nice, the customer service to even set up an apt is impossible. I tried to cancel the service over the phone and left multiple messages and never got a call back to cancel. Guess what got charged again and while they did refund me for this months I am stuck with the others. I have multiple credits sitting at the darn studio and A cant get an appoint or B they wont refund and all I am told is I have a yr to use them. You are better off finding a place that is not month to month like this. With lashes all the rage you can get better service elsewhere. Plus, I have a friend that does lashes in Houston that lasted me a month! Amazing lash 2 weeks at most. Last time I went in they lasted 3 days. I am not paying for something that the staff due to high turn over cant do properly to last at least 2 weeks. Oh and non of these girls are licensed. Just a heads up. Like others have said how good your lashes come out depends on your TECH who was trained for a few hours by the pro that cost triple who again is not a licensed beautician. I came in to get a full eyelash extensions set that I had done by Christine. This was my first time having eyelash extensions done before. She was simply amazing, I had no clue what I wanted and had her judge and help make a decision on what set was best for me as far as look and as well as because I wear contacts and glasses and didn't want anything to irritate my eyes. I got the natural look in the medium thickness. Christine was extremely professional, going over and beyond to make sure that I was always comfortable, and accommodated to my watery eyes and even offered a blanket due to it gets a little cold in the room. Her work room was very clean and sanitized. She was easy to talk to and explained the process of application of the eyelashes during and was very helpful explaining the after care process. I'm going to be honest it was my first time getting eyelash extensions so I was a little nervous. When I arrived, the staff was amazingly nice and provided all the information needed. I had so many questions and they were more than happy to assist. I can say after meeting the staff I was so much more comfortable with moving forward. I was even more impressed with the results. Before I left the manger took the time to introduce herself and asked how I liked my lashes and also asked how I felt. She knew I was a little nervous so I thought it was really nice of her to follow up with me. My entire experience was great. Lina was my esthetician at the Sonterra Amazing Lash Studio. It was my first time receiving brow tint/lamination and she did an AMAZING job walking me through the entire process!! Before anything, Lina made sure I was relaxed and comfortable upon starting. She then proceeded to answer all questions I had about the procedure. As she went through each step, she explained in great detail what was being done and if I was happy with what I was seeing. I was very close to cancelling my membership, but changed my mind in no small part to the EXCEPTIONAL customer service provided to me by Catie. She took the time to listen and helped recommend a stylist that would give me exactly what I was looking for! The is my second time getting my lashes done, and the first girl who did them was okay. But This time I was out with Carol for my refill and instantly I felt comfortable and relaxed. She is big on giving tips and tricks on how to take care of your lashes and goes out of her way to take her time. My lashes honestly look better the second time around instead of when I first got them I even received more compliments this go around! This specific studio exceeded my expectations when it came to how professional my stylist treated me but also how she recommend the best look for me. I'm visiting from out of state, I knew since it was Christmas time lash services would be booked out. I made an appointment months ago at an unrelated lash salon, went in and they refused to do my foreign fill, even though that's what I booked for. I was very upset since Christmas was a couple days away. I happened to be driving by and saw Amazing Lash Studio and figured I'd try my luck. Hailey was able to get me in immediately! I had the most wonderful experience at this studio. I received my first full set of lashes for the very first time. I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect. It was my first time getting lashes and my consultant was amazing! She talked to me about the process before and during my lash application. She was very professional. My lashes looked amazing! I got a natural look with length (because I'm a stay at home mom and didn't need a dramatic look) but I LOVED THEM! It's been about 3 weeks and I still have them on and they still look great. I have finally found a lash application that doesn't burn, irritate, and last for 4-5 weeks. I have had my lashes done at 4-5 different places, but this place is the best! I love this place! I've tried a handful of other places and was never completely satisfied. They either kept falling off or weren't thick enough or when I would get them removed, the ladies would pull off my real lashes with them. I also love how easy the monthly membership is too!
