I tried out this place the other day for the deluxe pedicure. It was the fastest, roughest pedicure I have ever had. It lasted maybe 30 minutes total, including the 10 minute massage that was included in the deluxe package. However, it wasn't 10 minutes. The lady set a timer and started it the moment she sat down with the 2 bags of wax to dip my feet in, not when she actually began the massage (which wasn't much more than rubbing lotion on my legs), which was several minutes later. The moment the timer went off she abruptly stopped. Everything she did from removing my old polish, trimming the cuticles, callus remover, painting my nails was done at warp speed, so much so that it was a rough pedicure. Literally less than 3 minutes after applying the polish she walked over, ripped the toe separators off and put my flip flops on and told me I could leave. My polish was not even close to dry! There were 2 other ladies in the middle of getting pedicures when I sat down; 1 finished just as I did and the other was still having her pedicure done when I left. The polish wasn't even all the way to my cuticles so it looked like it had been a week since I had them painted instead of a fresh polish. The salon was clean and pretty nice but there was a sign on the wall that said "Good Tip. Good Service." Huh, well considering the tip comes at the end, AFTER the service maybe they should remember that. Pedicures are an indulgence and meant to be relaxing. Instead I felt completely rushed, uncomfortable and that they didn't want my business. That's fine. I'll go back to to salon I normally go to that appreciates me and spends at the minimum an hour on my pedicure. read more

Amazingly AWFUL!! They advertise they specialize in solar nails yet my pink & white manicure is the worst. The white is uneven & two fingers are bleeding. The $50 pedicure wasn't worth $10! The water was an ice bath, the hot stones were cold & it was painfully obvious the technician had never taken a massage class. Unbelievable, I set an appt for 630 to get one nail fixed. I did not get to sit at table til 7 and then while she had me soak for 15 mins to get one gel nail off she tended to other people. I am now leaving so disappointed in the fact that the repair that was done left my nail lumpy. When trying to explain to Helen that it was lumpy and not good she told me that is the way it was suppose to be because I am the one that broke it. That it was my fault it read that way. I have never had any problems with my nails being lumpy. This is due to lack of filing. I was recommending this place to my friends but not now. Not ever! read more

I was on the fence about the number of stars to give because I've been going to this nail salon for over 4 years. John is WONDERFUL and is the only one I will allow to do my nails. I do get my pedicures done here occasionally and they are okay. RULE #1...see a licensed esthetician for all of your waxing needs. I was lazy one day and did not feel like going to my regular esthetician for my upper lip wax...I paid dearly for it. I told the lady my skin was extremely sensitive...I ended up with a burn around my lip and I was SO PISSED! I went in and all I got was an apology. The damage was done, but they did nothing to make it right. I'm nursing a scar because I let an untrained esthetician wax my lip. I'm partly to blame but my advice to this establishment...stick to manicures and pedicures. You've scared me for life:( The 4 stars go to my nail tech John. He knows his clients by name and he remembers what each person wants. I hate he's only there 3 days a week now but I adjust my schedule to get an appointment with him! ***** UPDATE: The owners made it right and took responsibility for the incident and took care of my out of pocket expenses. I went here on Monday I think it was last week and they did a decent job on my nails I'm not complaining too bad, however they left alot of room near my cuticles. I will need a fill a lot faster than normal. My main problem with this salon is I was quoted a price of $80 for a full set with the design I wanted and a pedicure bu the receptionist. She must have been misinformed or new to the job because I was charged $89 and the guy could not do the design that I wanted. Vinny(owner) told me that his wife could do it but she wasn't going to be back till Thursday. I didn't understand why I was being charged more than the quoted price or why if they couldn't give me the nail design that I was being charged for it!? so I simply got two gel colors on my nails and a basic pedicure and it was $89! originally I chose this place because of all the ranting and raving about great prices also because they to be capable of any design literally any design but they couldn't do what I wanted so I guess they can't do any design I imagine they have potential to do really good nails but I guess they just didn't give me their all overall I'm not satisfied and I probably would not go back there I was way over charged and couldnt even get what I wanted read more

The lady that worked on me did a great job. She was very detailed and took her time. The only thing that could have been improved was the pressure of the foot massage. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I messaged them around 5 to see if they could fit me in before close as a courtesy. When I arrived the receptionist/tech was nice and attentive. I only had to wait 10 to 15 minutes but I knew I would have to wait so I was fine with it. I was told by the same woman to sit at the station and someone would start on my nails. I don't know if the tech was in a hurry or he just didn't care. He was speeding through each step and when I asked to change or brought his attention to something I didn't like he nodded his head and kept going without fixing the problems. I asked him for medium polished coffin nails and got long somewhat polished not quite coffin nails. I say this to say don't be like me and let them pick who does your nails. The employees are nice but their products aren't. They do a really good job but their products don't last long. I got a gel manicure and paid $35+$3 tip and had to go back twice within the first 5 days because of severe chips in the manicure. After their "week guarantee" (1 dat after) I have 4 more chipped nails. This was a $40 week manicure. Previously I've gotten next-gen which lifter just as quickly. I have not been impressed. I only go because it's close to my house and they looked like they did a good job according to yelp. read more

I've got mixed feelings about this place. I went once and got just a manicure and it was great. The polish lasted and they did a great job cleaning up my cuticles. Second time, not so much. My mom and I went for mani/pedis. Our pedicures were fine. They did a nice job on those. The guy who did my manicure butchered my cuticles though. They were completely chopped up and painful the next day. If you go try to get the older man who works there. He did my first manicure. Prices were really good. The guy who helped to nails was playing phone and leave customer there for at least 5mins, and used the glove to collect the money when he was doing my nails. Not profession and all. Yikes... saw the yelp reviews, thought I'd give it a shot. I walked in and noticed the broken tv's, cracked screens, broken massage chairs... and all technicians on their phones. At this point I was sitting down and picked my color. People doing my nails were nice, but the experience not so much. I timed my massage, even though it said "15 minutes" it was only 6 minutes... then when the water drained, it smelt like sulfur (nasty drains). When the guy was done doing my nails, I asked for lotion, and a lady snapped at me and said "you can get it when your done." On top of that, the polish they used on my toes was clumpy and even though I wanted something different he kept going. So now my toes have ripples in the polish. Place was dirty.... used the same scrub brush on multiple people while I was there. Giving 2 stars bc my nails weren't bad. But for the same price, up the road, your experience could be 10000% better. Will not return, but had to share... again, YIKES read more

I just recently moved here and needed to find a place to get my nails done ASAP! This place is conveniently located by my job so I thought I would give it a whirl on my lunch break. The place was clean and I was the only customer so I thought I would have no problems getting out of there within a hour. Sike! It took an hour in a half to get my nails done! I always get shellac, and they did have more colors then I have ever seen before but it shouldn't take forever to get your nails done. The lady who did my nails was a perfectionist (which I appreciate) but also kind of rude. The only reason I didn't rate them higher is because of how long it takes and how expensive it was. I was shocked when it was $30 just for a shellac manicure! On the plus side my nails have lasted 3 weeks but idk if I'll be returning anytime soon. Momma on a budget lol read more
