Called to make an appointment and it was not honored. Due to short staff the salon is overbooked and unkept. Quality of products are not good and the lack of sanitary equipment is below standard for a professional business. The business is dusty, cluttered and not sanitary. Plenty of parking and right across a Starbucks, which I loved! I would not go back tho. read more

Have been trying to look for a new nail shop because the one I have been going to since High School hasnt been doing their job right lately. Tried this place and im not nearly impressed. First of all the lady giving me my pedicure cut my toe using on of the tools to where I started bleeding. Second the lady who did my full set did not cut my nails nor get into my fingernails to clean them instead she just put the fake nails on. Third I wanted matching colors for my manicure and pedicure and I got two different pinks not even close to color. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

I came here with my sister to get a pedicure at the same time and we asked how long it would be to get us in. The lady told us " 5 minutes." More like 30 minutes and at that only took one of us. I had to wait an additional 35 minutes by the time she asked me to sit down. It wasn't a chair by my sister, and my sister was almost done with her pedicure. Unfortunately, my sister and me rode together so it was not an option for her to wait for me additionally after! The whole time the shop had some vietnamese sitcom on, and they were more interested in focusing their attention towards the tv than realizing customers were waiting for that "5 minute" wait time. I am more shocked that the lady did not even apologize for anything. Maybe she should learn how long to quote people on truthful wait times. Not to mention the building itself is not properly insulated at all, and the chemicals are extremely strong. Their is no clean air in here and it feels like a small crowded room ull of acrylic powder smell and chemical. I will not be returning here, nor my sister! This place sucks I would rather support nail salons who are customer friendly. I highly suggest not supporting this place. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Wife went in for nails and Father in law went in for a pedicure. Wife came out with nails looking awful... each nail was shaped differently and crooked. Father in law couldn't even walk properly after his pedicure because she went too rough left his feet with blood and rash and in pain as if they used sand paper. Terrible customer service too. In law had to go to hospital the next day because his feet were in pain and was told he had a foot infection. In law went back to get his money back but was kicked out by one of the employees so the other customers wouldn't hear. They didn't even give a full refund. Stay away from this place. read more

I recently went in for an ombre ull acrylic set, which was done by a guy, and I didn't catch his name. The wait was around 10 minutes and I went near closing time. The service was great although the appearance could have been better. The ombré that had been done came out less blended that I thought, and the next ombré color was not the same than the color I had shown him. Although, I could tell this was probably his first time doing ombré, due to the repeated visit by female workers giving him advice. Overall I payed $42 and was done in a little over an hour. I am definitely coming back, perhaps asking for a less detailed job. Although I should have been given a good end look regardless of the request. I give 3 stars. read more

I was there getting my nails done and my 4 year old nephew was with me and was playing with one of the daughters of the employees and they both grabbed a tube from one of the hose for the pedicure and the employee grabbed my nephews arm rough and told him to stop. She didn't say anything to the employees daughter just my nephew. I understand that it was not okay for my nephew to touch it but it wasn't okay how she grabbed him rough. read more

Not only did I have to wait for my pedi. I finally sat in a chair to put my feet in cold water. The tech cut my toenails with cuticle scissors. The message was quite painfully because she pulled my legs and it definitely hurt. The massaging chair was finally turned on for me and it felt like someone was inside of it punching my back. My back is still sore from it. This was my first and definitely be my last visit to this salon!!! read more

Asked for coffin and got square .... and got the thickest full set of nails I've EVER gotten (I've had acrylics since high school) , it looks like a huge glob of gel on my nails. Then during my pedicure I got cut really bad by a tool for cuticle cutting after she dropped it on the floor twice. Pretty new nail shop that I stumbled across. My first time there was a walk-in and Lynn did my nails. I needed a fill. I am VERY PARTICULAR about my nails. Lynn was very attentive as I was telling her what I wanted. I got simple nails, just a solid color. I was very surprised and very pleased with my nails, the shape was on point and loved the way she polished my nails. No nail polish on the skin or cuticles and I didn't have to give her pointers. She did a really good job. Price is right too! Just finished my third visit there and loving it more and more. This last visit she did a combination of some little gems, ombre, and different colors on each nail. I really appreciate her patience.
