This dental center has helped me out massively with my underbite correction as well as crowding and has brought me lasting results in an reasonable time, price and lasting results. The front desk is very efficient and won't keep you waiting long to make payments or to see the orthodontist or hygienist. When the employees greet you they are very respectful and make sure to take your time making sure that you aren't discomforted by any procedure that is done and explain to you what's going on so you aren't clueless by what's being done. Dr.Yusupov is amazing, and a very patient dentist who will address all your concerns with a positive attitude and tells you every option available without being pushy for the more expensive option. I had went to another dentist near Forest Hills 71st continental avenue and all they wanted to do was take out all 4 teeth to correct it and didn't seem to take their time and strategize as Dr.Yusopov did. Also, Dr.Yusopov was very understanding and had sympathy when lost my retainer, and didn't charge me the full price knowing that it's expensive. I completed my Invisalign routine a few months ago and I'm sooooo happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yusupov to everyone. Before starting the treatment, I read tons of reviews, visited a few orthodontists in Manhattan (Midtown and Upper East Side), trying to find a place closer to my office/home. But they basically provide you with the same service for a 25-35% higher cost. I understand it's Manhattan, definitely over-priced but not worth over-paying. The commute to Dr. Yusupov's office wasn't the best part (it usually took me about 30 min to get to his office in Queens from Midtown), but the service was impeccable and the price was good. Dr. Yusupov is a great professional, he was always friendly and happy to answer to all my questions. No hidden/unexpected costs for the treatment, everything was transparent. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and nice. Overall, it was a great experience, everything went smooth and I'm very happy with my smile now. If you consider starting your Invisalign treatment, remember the result is your responsibility as well, you have to wear the aligners and follow all recommendations during/after the treatment. I don't normally write reviews but I have to write this in order to protect as many people as possible. People need to STAY AWAY from places like this. Dr. Yusupov and his staff will quote prices before applying braces (or other appliances). Then they try to rush to put on braces whether the braces are necessary or NOT. Then after applying braces they begin to suddenly tell you about MANY additional costs and begin to address patients with aggression. They begin their bullying, and harassing patients in order to intimidate the patients into spending thousands of dollars out of pocket.. Even if you have excellent orthodontal coverage from your insurance they will insist that you pay thousands in additional fees that they will not tell you about initially.These people are not interested in what is best for patients. They are con artists taking advantage of and manipulating people for money. Protect yourself, do your homework, stay away from Dr. Yusupov and other places like this. read more

I was 35 when I finally got my teeth straightened and I'm lucky it was done by Dr. Yusupov. The first time he saw me he said "You should have done it a long time ago!". Upon his recommendation I wore traditional braces for a year and a half and the progress was exactly as he predicted. He told me in 3 months I will start seeing changes, in 6 months my teeth will straighten and in 1.5 years the braces will be removed (although each case is different). Dr. Yusupov is very knowledgeable, friendly, he talks to you, jokes, and makes you feel very comfortable. The office staff is also very polite and professional. I recommend him to everyone. Dr. Azariy Yusupov and his staff are excellent. I was notified by my dentist that I needed braces or invisaligns and he had recommend me to this place. Within minutes of walking in I was greeted with smiles from the staff. They were all very friendly and welcoming. Since I decided to get braces as a working professional in my 20's, I was hesitant to get the traditional braces because of their looks. The staff is friendly. Usually very short wait times. I like that they have later hours, so it works for my schedule. I am doing an 18 month plan with braces. I'm at 9 months, and see a drastic difference in how straight my teeth are. I like that they take before photos for comparison. The doctor answers any questions I have.
