Horrible ..... I went in for a mani and pedi and came out only with a clear polish mani. It was the sloppiest paint job ever . I had to ask twice to take it off and she keep telling me not to worry about that she will fix it . What !? If you do something you do it right from the beginning ! There were spots on my nail without polish and she keep saying don't worry about it once I add the other layer you can't see it . If i could give this place zero stars I would!! I've never had such a terrible experience on my life. I was helped by 3 different people who ALL MANHANDLED ME. I literally left this establishment CRYING. I had to return with my dad because of how upset I was just for them to give me back $15 of my $110 payment. I will never in my life even look at this place again. My toe was dug into so bad I thought it would bleed (still hurts as I'm typing this ) not to mention when I asked the guy doing my nails to fix something I didn't like he caught an attitude and snatched my hand to fix it. I think this is the best place around. I even have my husband going for pedicures and THAT, in itself, is an accomplishment. He has been taking care of his ingrown toenails for years. I got a deluxe pedicure, the guy was rough and didn't pay much attention to detail I should have just gotten a regular pedicure... not only that put he didn't apply enough coats of polish on my toes so it doesn't even look like I have a color on them. First trip was awesome nails stayed on for 4 weeks, but when I went the second time had to go back 2 days later nails peeling. Went back and they fixed the nails and same problem. Went back again and they took the gel powder off and then put another color powder on looked great but then the clear coat pealed off, so guess what went back again. I told them I promise this was the last time. They fixed the nails again. They are good about fixing the nails, but not everyone has time to keep going back to have your nails fixed. So when I said to them it was my last time it was. I work in an office and do not have long nails so I type with my fingers not the nails. read more

Up until today I had great experiences but today there were only two people working and I went with a friend and then another lady came in right after. The man did all three of our pedicures at the same time went between the three of us without either changing gloves or the washing hands between us. I am so surprised I didn't say anything.
