Took the Avant in for Transmission and Diff service. Had not been done in a long while after…read morecross country drive, and was throwing a code for the transmission temp sensor. I was able to schedule and they got me in within a few days. (They are a busy Shop) They were able to flush fluid, replace filter, service front and rear diff's and found a rubber seal was bad that they had replaced no charge. Since having the girl back, She shift perfect, buttery smooth, transmission code went away which was most likely to oil being abit low, dirty or bad sensors but they found sensor was good. Car is running like a champ and will use them again on my other vehicles if i can not do it myself. Thank You Paul and Team.. Nevermind the 1 negative comment. Greg at New Bridge performed an oil change. I went home and did not drive my car again until I went…read moreto work. After arriving to work, I received a call from my landlord stating there was a large oil leak on the property (see attached picture). I checked the ground near my car at work and noticed my car was still leaking a significant amount of oil. I called New Bridge and spoke to the owner Chris who was extremely rude. He did not offer to come to my location to fix the situation, and he showed callous disregard for a customer's vehicle potentially breaking down mid-commute due to his negligent and shoddy oil change. My car's oil was so low that I needed to have someone purchase and bring oil to me to replenish it for the drive home! I had another issue in the past with Chris offering to lower the price of a brake repair if I paid in cash. I later found out this is ILLEGAL and I also learned from calling another mechanic that Chris had actually charged me $50 MORE even though I had paid in cash. I let it go but it is now evident from the subsequent issue with the oil change that New Bridge is super shady. New Bridge's owner Chris is a crook - he is unethical, has zero regard for customer safety, overcharges, and does horrible work. If you have to go to New Bridge, please take extreme caution by shopping around for prices and checking that his work has been completed correctly.

These negative reviews seem a little sketchy and have never been my experience, nor my husband's with either of our cars or shop owners. Just last month, I noticed my brake pad was stiff on my '20 truck. I immediately called the dealer since my car had recently been serviced there, but was told it would be days before they could see me. Since I was recently out the warranty period, I called Joe and he explained it could be any number of things and that I'd need to leave the car for at least the day. Brake issues can be very unsettling, so I immediately took it over. Later that day, Joe called and explained that after thoroughly checking the vehicle, driving it, and checking again, the issue was the battery. He went on to explain that with newer cars, certain systems can be affected by low battery voltage. Once he said that, I mentioned alerts I had been receiving on my vehicle app, and it all started making sense. I appreciated his explanation of how things worked inside the car, and what led him to believe this could be the issue. Three weeks later, no issues -- and surprisingly, the dealer did call me back (and I explained what had happened). They confirmed that it sounded like a battery issue. Thanks to Joe and his team.
