Great service! I got 4 tires and 4 rims refinished. I originally asked for two and the next day when I decided to do all 4 tires I decided to refinish the other two. The first two where already sent out so I would have had to wait a few more days to get the other two refinished. When I picked up the car they actually had all 4 rims refinished and they looked fantastic!! My mother in law has been going here for years and highly recommended them. I am really disappointed with quality of work that was done on my car. I usually do not write bad reviews for businesses, but this place wasted my time, and money. My first visit consisted of just bolting on a new set of wheels that were already balanced and mounted from the company I bought it from, and a wheel alignment. I paid $140, cool. I drive on the wheels for about a week, and they are wobbly and vibrating at higher speeds. I come back to the place and explain the issue, they are packed, so I come back the following week. During this grace period, I found out that my rear wheels are put on the wrong side. I mean, it's not that difficult to bolt on wheels at a tire shop right? So, I went back the following week explain the situation, and if they can check if the wheels are properly balanced while they fixed THEIR MISTAKE of putting my wheels on incorrectly. Owner looks at me like I have three heads and says "I can take a look at it". He comes back and tells me the wheels are already balanced (they never took all my wheels off to check). He tells me I'm good to go, and never apologizes for the mistake they made. Of course, I put my trust in them again, and I drive off to Jersey. My car starts vibrating worse than before. When I finally got to my destination, I see that one of my wheels has completely no weights on them. They completely disregarded my request of making sure my wheels were balanced, and just brushed me off probably because they think I'm a clueless female. Meanwhile, when he asked for the model of my car, he had no idea that it even existed. Now I have to spend more money elsewhere to fix this issue that should have been fixed. I recommend you do not bring luxury cars to this place. They don't do quality work, and overlook important details that can damage parts of your car in the long run. read more

Came in here based on a referral from my bro-in-law. Recently returned to NYC area from down south, and had replaced front tires just prior to moving back. Was told by a well meaning friend my newly installed "performance tires" would become hard rubber hockey pucks in the cold weather. After yesterday's snow storm, I was determined to get better tires, as I'm on the road a lot for work. Walked in here and told the owner the deal - I was expecting to have to replace all four tires. He took a look and informed me my front tires were in fact all weather, and were good tires in good condition. The size is what made them "high performance". We agreed to just replace the back. Bottom line/ I was at "guys" mercy, was clearly a non educated consumer-and he did the right thing. Could have sold me 4 tires but only sold me two. Naturally, he just earned a loyal new customer. Bought my tire from tirerack.com and looked up where I can get it installed and even showed the prices. When I got there I got charged $50 to install a tire and fix the flat. Other places charge $20-$30. Had no choice but to pay it as I was in a hurry. Never going back read more

Caught a bolt in my front tire, me not being even being remotely mechanically inclined had a friend plug it for me and which time he advised me my tires are burst. So off I go to Guys tire and thankfully I made out good. Great customer service, explaining options and reasons why my previous tires failed so soon. It was a great customer experience. When I asked the manager where my car was he had a panicked look on his face and walked outside to call the kid who took my car. I got a inspection in the summer and they forgot to put my sticker on. They didn't put my name or my car in the system so they don't remember what I'm talking about. They total forgot what they did and will not help me fix there mistake. read more

I had a nail in my tire, went to the dealership and they said they could not patch it. They also said I needed two new tires because another tire was missing a chunk of rubber. Dealership wanted $460 for two new tires and alignment. I came here to Guys Tires and asked them if the nail could be taken out and patched and if not I'll just buy 4 new tires. They checked out the car and said they found two nails in two tires and they could patch it. They could of told me no they couldn't patch it just so I could pay for new tires but they were honest and told me they could fix it. Just because of their honestly I paid for all new tires and alignment. Prices were way cheaper than the dealer. I got 4 brand new tires for the price of 2 at the dealership. Also they had the best customer service I've ever encountered. Both times I've come here the guys would run to the door to help open it for me so I could get the stroller in. When it was time to leave the guy walked me to my car in the pouring rain, opened all the doors and the trunk so I could get the baby and stroller in the car. So amazing. I would never go anywhere else for tires or alignments. I'll be getting my oil changes here from now on as well. read more

Went to have 2 new tires put on my truck and told them to discard the worst one put the better of the two with more tread back on the truck and save one for a spare. Got home to find out that they put the tire with more tread in the bed of my truck for a spare and put the balder one back on my truck. Went back the next day with the receipt and they said they could put the tire with more tread on it and they charged me again..!! very disappointed..smh If they would have listened to what the customer asked for in the first place the customer wouldn't have had to pay twice in one week to get tires put on. read more

If you care about your expensive wheels don't bring them hereto mount new tires. I tell them that the wheels are powdercoated yet the Mexican guy installing the tire uses all metal tools to dismount and mount a tire! Also their machine made these small indents on the inside of the wheel chipping the powdercoat. Just terrible. Pretty disappointed, never again! read more
