I found them here on Yelp and I obtained 3 quotes for the job. I had the quotes reviewed by an independent contractor who told me L&R's quote was what the job should reasonably cost. I called 4 references who all had a similar and very positive experience. Lawrence always communicated with me about schedule which had not been the case with other contractors. They were there working on my job every day, not showing up once or twice a week like some others. Any fluctuation to schedule or budget was discussed and agreed upon by both parties. We had a couple of unexpected plumbing delays but that was due to the original build not being up to the current code. I changed direction on a couple of design decisions and Lawrence was right there with me. The work was exceptional and the end product is amazing. I have had the nightmare contractor experience so was very cautious. This was exactly as the process should be and I plan to have them back in the fall to do more work. I give them my highest recommendation!

The re-facing of my large concrete porch with quartz stone was the most challenging of the projects, compounded by several ill-timed rainy days. Jose made sure his crew was at my house whenever the sun was shining so they could successfully complete the project in a timely manner. I wanted work completed by next Thursday 5/14) 8:00 AM his guys arrived and started removing rotted wood under sills (HOA request). We provided original paint. They painted all trim (not just updated sills) to ensure matching exterior. There was a hitch with the electrical work, but they were patient and worked with us to determine an acceptable solution. They fixed the drywall in the basement (then re-opened and fixed again after the electrical solution was determined). All was completed for the original estimate price. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. This project merged three rooms which required the removal of walls, installation of new hardwood floors, installation of new cabinets & countertops, extensive rewiring, installation of new windows, asbestos abatement and new plumbing. The Panorama crew took precautions to mitigate the impact on the environment for the health of themselves and the occupants of the house. The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections.The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed. George's recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries. Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S.. George's coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets, countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project's completion ahead of schedule. George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details.
