Awful. Requested Triple A to pic up my car after it broke down. Took them OVER FOUR HOURS to tow it 10 minutes down the road. Once at the AAA auto shop I had written on the sheet not to do anything, but just see if you can tell me what's wrong. They charged me $200 dollars just for looking at it (Big O will look at your car for free, and an engine diagnostic is about 100, but if you get your car worked on with them then they waive the diagnostic fee) AAA then quoted an outrageous price for what needed to be fixed. There's no way I would've let them work on my car. Had it towed to Big O tires and they did the exact same thing AAA was going to do for $300 less than what AAA quoted me. So in conclusion, AAA left me stranded for hours then just tried to rob me blind. Not good. read more

If I could leave a zero star I would. They're just hiring anyone with a wrench, these people don't know how to work on cars for the life of them. They sent me 5 hours home on a transmission that was leaking the whole way home. Wouldn't recommend this shop even if you were desperate. read more

10 STARS!! I have literally NEVER gotten better service at any dealer or mechanic I've gone to. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Every time I've taken my car here, these guys have gone above and beyond. Very affordable, and no bait and switch, or trying to upsell you. I apologize for not getting his name, but the service counter guy was awesome in getting my car in and out for a quick fix. Any time I'm in Phoenix, this will always be my go to from now on. First time and will be returning. Went in for an oil change and in/out within an hour. Asked them to check my 12 year old car out and they gave me a small list of items to watch for but didn't try and alarm me like I needed to get done right then. Didn't take advantage of me! read more

Sadly, I am downgrading my first review. I've attempted, using the app, to schedule an oil change several times. Instead of getting a response with alternative times and days I always get an email that recommends calling the advisor. Frankly, don't offer the online scheduling service if you are going to require your customer to call anyway. Sent the same request thru the app scheduling tool to the AAA on Camelback...and, without any extra effort, I received an email with an alternative date and time that I accepted. read more

Fast, efficient and always ontime. My vehicle is my business car and if it is down, I cannot work. Kyle and crew take care of it for me so I do not hae to worry. If it is something they cannot do (Radio repair) they know and can refer me to other businesses. read more

This place is a joke to have an AAA name. I've been to them a few times for oil changes. The last time, oil was leaking from the oil plug because they didn't replace the washer. They claimed they only change it if necessary, but I've never had so much oil leak after an oil change. It stained my driveway and required topping off. They offered a "free" oil change as compensation, but when I went to change my engine air filter after that visit, I noticed they had not seated the filter they removed correctly. They seem to remove these things to try to see if they can upsell. I asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn't available or bothered to call me back. I asked for the district manager contact information, but was told that do not have one. read more

I called AAA auto after receiving a diagnostics elsewhere, the guy on the phone treated me like I didn't know anything and told me that the reason I stated would not be why my check engine light was on. He said I HAD to do a diagnostics with them because the reason I said was not correct. I mentioned this in my customer service complaint and they said it was required to get a diagnostics with AAA to get serviced as protocol but the guy on the phone did not say that was the reason and instead saidthe reason for the diagnostics was that I was wrong about why my check engine light was on. They did the diagnostics for $144 (without specifying this amount when i brought it in) and told me the exact same thing that the other place told me. I'm a young woman who does not know much about cars and feel taken advantage of as they were condescending when I was setting up my appointment. The guy at the desk was perfectly nice but neglected to tell me the diagnostics charge up front. He did not tell me a single number. It showed up on the screen when I was signing so i put two and two together but I found it shady that nobody told me the price it would be up front, out loud. I find it ridiculous that I paid for them to tell me the exact same thing the other diagnostics did even when I explained to them that I already had my car diagnosed. They proceeded each time to tell me that the diagnosis was wrong and the AAA diagnosis would get "right to the source of the problem". After all that, they wanted to charge me $900 to get a transmission fluid change and then "see if that does the trick". I took my car to AAMCO to get an estimate there and got my car serviced for the issue for a third of that cost. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but can't help but think they treated me differently due to my being a college-age woman. I was left in the dark for a lot of information and it was very upsetting that I was treated like I was giving them false information when they told me the exact same diagnosis that I told them in the first place. read more

This auto shop are a bunch of scammers. They scammed me out of an engine warranty. Do not go here. They diagoned my heater core having an issue and did NOT fix it properly which lead to engine damage that they dont want to be held liable for, horrible people here, stay away from think junk establishment! They charged me $80 for a diagnostic test and they did nothing to fix the problem which led to more problems. I cant believe anyone would hire employees with such incompetence. read more

I order a part off of the website and it said it would be a match for my vehicle. I try to get somebody on the phone to make sure that the part that I was ordering was correct. Nobody picks up the phone and the location apparently. Once I got the part, it didn't fit in my car and I asked to return it. I got charge almost 30 bucks for a return label and on top of the charge for the return label I got charged six dollars for taxis which doesn't make fucking sense. Don't order from this place complete trash. read more

In all the years I've been taking cars for maintenance service, this morning at AAA near 7th Street and Bethany was the easiest, most efficient, and economical appointment ever in my life. When I made the appointment, Nancy took my call. She explained everything I needed to know and made me feel confident about coming to the shop as a first-time customer. Chase greeted me and we talked about the service plan. The car was ready when promised and the cost was so much lower than it would have been elsewhere.
