This is a smaller AMC but still has the wonderful perks AMC theaters offer. We went about 2 pm and there was barely anyone watching a movie at this time. Also, the price was $3.99! That is an amazing deal. Easy to check in with the tickets we purchased through their app and we walked right in. Concession stand was also free of people and it was very clean and organized. Lots of staff on hand to take your order. Movie theatre was small but the area was very clean and the seats were comfortable and free of stains etc. it was also a decent temp inside and I only needed a blanket to keep me warm. The screen was in great shape and the sound and volume level was perfect. The bathroom was in need of some attention with toilet paper missing from one stall and the other stall I tried didn't have a lock on the door. Third stall was fine but the sinks needed a good wipe down and refill of supplies. I would come back if I lived her but we were just passing thru and wanted to see a movie. Just left watching Young Washington and the theater was hot as hell. The movie was great but what my family had a horrible experience. The AC never kicked one all. I questioned if they even had and functioning AC unit. read more

My worse experience here. So I came with my sister to see a movie,and we had gotten there at 2 for a 2:15 movie. The guy gave us our ticket and it said theater 12 on it. So we went to theater twelve and saw that a movie was still going on. We waited about an entire HOUR waiting for that movie to end and ours to start. My sister decided to check our ticket and it said 1:15, instead of 2:15 and turns out the movie that we where supposed to see was in theater 10,instead of 12 and the movie was already started!! I'm disappointed in amc. read more

The old urine smell from the bathrooms lingers out into the hall. No thanks. And the seats are totally uncomfortable. The employees are always kind and professional - they get an A+. read more

Only giving the one star cause the movie was good. The door in is way far away for walking challenged people. The only acceptable handicapped bathroom is a "family bathroom" kept locked. The seating is old and uncomfortable. One hot dog One large Coke and a large popcorn cost more than $30. This theatre definitely leaves something to be desired! read more

Big nope. I went there 7/27/24 and left with 11-12 bug bites on my right arm. Pics attached. Theatre 11, back row, 2nd seat. I've included a pic of which seat it was as an example. Idk if it's bed bugs or fleas or what, but it needs fixed asap. I will not be going back. read more

First of all who the fuck closes the movie theater 15 mins after the movie showtime in reality no one really shows up to a movie on time because no one who is normal wants to watch the previews. AMC Kokomo has lost my business I grew up going here and spent my teen years attending this establishment, disappointed to say the least. Not what it use to be. Do better Kokomo. read more

Popcorn with extra extra extra butter and a large coke please..... oh and four tickets to see whatever movie that looks good. The prices are fantastic. We have family in town and we wait to see movies until we come see them so we don't have to pay the outrageous Indy prices, you pretty much have to take a loan out to take four people to a movie and get snacks in Indy. The young man at the counter (Blake) was super helpful and very patient with myself, my wife, and our two kids as we decided what to munch on during the movie. It's nice to see respectful young men at work these days! So yes go to this theatre and say hi to Blake If you see him!! read more

It time too remodel, the theater seat are uncomfortable. Put a IMAX /Dolby screen in there with recliner seats. Maybe a bar . Upgrade means more $$$$. Get with the times??? read more

I had been visiting from out of state a few weeks ago and made plans with a gf to take our littles to go see a movie we've been very much looking forward to. We bought our tickets days in advance and I was running a little late so I met her inside the theater. The theater was pretty empty (+/- 30ppl) when I got to where she was seated. She told me that my four children & I (+2grandparents) would have to sit somewhere else because all the surrounding seats were taken despite being empty; she explained that someone had claimed the seats we were currently sitting in even though she had told them that she was expecting us. We knew we had a large party (+14kids +adults) so we planned accordingly and showed up early. My gf & her 4children arrived 45mins prior so that we could all be seated together and once we arrived my family and I sat in the closest empty seats to the rest of our group. Shortly after my children & I sat down a lady entered the theater and quickly became upset when she discovered her claimed seats were no longer empty. I tried explaining that we were with a large group that had in fact been present for sometime. She stated "stupid people need to stop taking things that aren't theirs" and "there's about to be some problems in here" as she left the theater. I gave 1 star because I am certain that the above situation is not uncommon in the movie theater business, however the way management chose to handle it was very distasteful. Shortly after, I was approached by an officer who had been called by management, stating "you can't save seats & I'm going to ask you to leave." I shared with him that the seats were empty when I arrived and that we were with the several people seated next to us, fortunately (for me) the officer recognized someone in our party and proceeded to discuss the matter further which resulted in my favor.... it's disgusting to know that management did not bother to communicate with me before calling KPD and to think that I would've been escorted out of a children's movie (in front of my friends & family) had I not been with my friend. THIS IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS and makes me so glad that I chose to move away and raise my children elsewhere. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER KOKOMO!! read more

Volume in the theaters are extremely loud. Certain movies are painful to watch. Other than that, it's a basic theater.

Poor service and lack of respect for their customers. Repeated disinterest from workers continually nagged our experience. All in all, would not recommend ever coming back to this theater. read more

First review but not first time here.... I usually have no trouble getting services when I need them. However today was a different story. I stood at Guest Services for a good while waiting for a CC machine. Yep, I got aggravated. Finally after about 10 mins, I was able to get the machine. Went to go watch suicide squad the other day here, and idk it was an ok experience. other amc showplace have been renovated with new seats and bigger screen, this place is still the same as it ever was. hopefully they renovate it soon. read more

i honestly wish i could give it a lower rating the entire place is just trash expensive food when it's not good.

Workers were lazy and they need to make sure the times are correct online! Drove 45 mins there to find out the movie wasn't playing because they told us the times they had online were incorrect. workers were sitting on their butt not making much conversation or paying attention to customer but speaking to other employees. read more
