Why am I giving 2 stars? Outdated, crying for updates and modernized. Came for Dune 2. I used AMC app to select the seats. Very easy process. Just expect to pay a convenience fee of $4.50 for two tickets. Theater was empty and should just bought the ticket at the counter. You can cancel the tickets but forfeit the fees. As I mentioned earlier, this location is crying for updates. Do have nice concession area but no food or alcohol options. The restroom nearby was clean but very outdated. Seating were very old and uncomfortable. Screens were small. Throughout the movie, HVAC noise was very noticeable and disturbed the movie watching experience. Not good. read more

Went to see Lilo and Stitch on Memorial Day. Walked in and they couldn't take my card because the machines weren't working. Once we finally got our tickets we went to order food. Girl told me they had no French fries or pretzels. So I settled with tenders and a side of ranch. She called me up to grab my food and let me know they didn't have ranch. Young lady next to her had a frozen bag of French fries in her hand. Wtf? Just went on my way because it wasn't worth the headache. Couldn't figure out why there were still plenty of tickets available to a popular movie on the weekend. Now I know. The place was disgustingly filthy and there was almost nothing available in the snack area. What kind of movie theater "runs out" of popcorn in the afternoon? There were about five or six staff members just standing around. They didn't adjust the volume for lack of bodies in the theater, so it was at damage-causing levels. Very disappointed how the movie theater looks like, bad organization, yesterday I went to watch a movie with the kids inside out 2, I bought the tickets online, thinking will be convenience, big surprise went I showed up I went to pick up my food order and they didn't have any number on it, then there were no limonade on the drink fountain, so my kids don't drink soda, what to do, they provide me some can limonades so it was nice however when we approached to the room where the movie will start they were cleaning the room so we have to wait for 10min out, the bathrooms were totally dirty with the trash can full of paper. Came to this AMC since my normal AMC on Arapahoe didn't have good seats. Now I know why there was plenty of room at this one. First, a line to get in that snaked around inside. But much worse was the line for the concession stand and the fact that one of two drink machines were out of ice and the other was out of about 75% of the drink selection. And one of the butter machines was out. I'm not sure why they didn't prepare for a crowd, but it made a lot of people confused and miserable. read more

This poor theater needs a serious makeover! It has been used and abused for years and it shows. It's not clean and they might as well turn this place into a dollar theater. Either that or AMC needs to bull dose this thing and build one of their premier theaters. Currently we drive to the Southlands AMC 16 and love it. Having said that this theater is 4 minutes from our house and we would come here if it offered reserved seating, the reclining seats, and bigger better theaters. ONE GOOD THING... No one goes to this theater so it's a great place to see a popular movie on opening day. read more

It could be worse. The staff are pretty cool and the manager is helpful. However, the theater-going experience here is only slightly better than most theaters. The teenagers who go here are probably some of the worst in a 15 mile radius. They aren't there to watch the film, and they will definitely ruin your experience. Management will deal with them, but you have to go track one down and ask them to. They have started cracking down on unaccompanied minors after 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Kerasotes offers good deals though their 5 buck club. read more

I must say I really liked this theater in Parker. We popped in here last night to see Hot Tub Time Machine (a must see!). We really only chose this location because the times worked and it was relatively close to home. It was a nice surprise. Tucked back off Parker near Lincoln, it has plenty of parking and was absolutely dead on Monday night! Clean, friendly and nice high back rocker chairs in the stadium theaters. What more can you ask for? It might end up in the theater rotation! read more

Serviceable theater - reasonably priced and friendly staff. No lines to speak of. Heads up: this theater does NOT have reclining seats nor do they have any alcohol/meals. The screens are not very big for a modern theater - my TV at home may actually be larger. I was so excited to go to this theater because it is right by our new house. The beginning started out good. Easy fast ticket purchasing. Then there was the line for drinks and popcorn. No. No. No. We waited there for almost 20 minutes. The manager said that he was "busy helping someone else and that they had to cut people due to affordability" earlier that day. For a self serve refreshment stand, it was more than slow! go to the bathroom before you come here. There was standing water by the toilets, toilet paper and towels all over the ground and I had to actually lift my sandals off the ground bc of he stickiness. Reading that there are reclining seats and big screens, we were excited to watch a comedy and relax. Well, ladies and gents, it's not like that. So don't get too excited. I think we will chose another theater somewhere else next time. The united theater by park meadows. This was yuck. Also, don't go at night. I just realized I first wrote a review for this theatre over 5 years ago. I figured I better do a fresh update. Well... ...it is still three stars. Nothing special. I live in Parker so it is close. We can ride our bikes to go see a movie. (Bike rack out front) The theatre is "old" feeling and never seems very clean. Like all theaters now, the prices, especially for food, are outrageous. "Eat first, then go see a movie." I am totally an AMC Stubs card member... ...worth the $12 just for the fast lines for tickets and food. ...and discounts and upsizing. Old seats, but still comfortable. Please, though, clean it up. read more

When I first moved to Parker, I thought that the 20 Mile Theater was going to be MY theater. In my fantasy, whenever I would want to see a movie, I could drive the mile and a half down to the theater and enjoy. This did not happen. What is wrong? One word: Teenagers. Teenagers are all over this theater like maggots on road kill. Apparently the 20 Mile Theater is THE place to see and be seen in Parker for the under 18 crowd. Gaggles of giggling girls stand around the front of the theater not-quite watching skateboard punks doing their stupid tricks, who are doing their stupid tricks just to impress the giggling girls. I left all this behind when I graduated from high school. I don't want to have to wade through it just to see the latest Apatow movie. On the other hand, if you go there during school hours, the place is dead and you are almost guaranteed to have the whole theater to yourself. I have done this a couple of times and it is a little disconcerting. A big part of the movie experience is the audience. The theaters are small-ish and very generic. The popcorn, candy, and pop cost more than the federal deficit, like most movie theaters. I would say the best this about the 20 Mile Theater is that it is the fly paper of Parker. All the pests go there. As long as you stay away from the theater, you don't have to be bothered by them. Dear Lord... I sound like an old man. read more

Nothing like spending a Saturday afternoon with your honey at the theater. We hit Colorado Cinemas 20 Mile in Parker to catch the new Clooney/Pitt flick, "Burn After Reading". Parking for the theater is plentiful, however can see you having to walk a bit if making it a date on Friday and Saturday night. The staff on this afternoon visit was nothing short of friendly. We were pleased that an user came in to greet the patrons in our theater prior to the movie starting and reiterating that folks should turn off cells and keep quiet. Best deal here is to get a medium drink and small popcorn, (total about $7.00) as you get free refills on them durning your visit. Everyone knows you can down these both just taking in the previews. The reclining seats are nice and the theaters are about your average size. That said I wasn't fully impressed with the place as the bathrooms were a bit "used and abused" and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned yet that day. The area surrounding the theaters is full of restaurants to take in before or after your visits and the soon to be developed "Brunswick Zone" coming in 2009 will be a hit for the area. read more

WOW - guess who bought 2 movie tickets (children 3 & under = FREE!) for the price of one ny movie theater ticket?? Give up?! ME! ME! Sadly, the last time I saw a movie was probably 7 months ago prior to my CO move. Tonight I had the pleasure of seeing a cute (although not my choice) movie with my sister and 3.5 yr old niece. I'm not going to lie, this movie brought back memories of singing, "Want a plane that loops the loop - Me, I want a hula hoop" and dancing like a crazy 6 yr old. Now that I'm an adult, I was enjoying sitting with my niece and hearing her laughing her little heart out. At one point Spoongebob (product placement) was shown during the movie and she said loudly, "that's my show!" - how adorable. People laughed. We cried. It was a moment. The theater was really nice but not as clean as I imagined a Parker theater to be. The seats were surprisingly comfortable as they reclined back pretty far and the theater was pretty small; 5 seats to a row, probably 10 rows in total. Definitely glad we arrived early - it was a full house. 5 stars for crazy low ticket prices and hearing my niece laugh endlessly. read more

The best thing this theater has going for it is location. It's the only movie theater in Parker so I go quite a bit since I'm a movie lover. Not great, not terrible, just there. It would be great if someone ever noticed a huge line at the box office and added another person or two to help out. AMC is my favorite theater chain. They offer $5 matinees for all "normal" (non 3D) movies before noon. If you are part of their paid membership, all day Tuesday is 5 bucks as well. read more

Up until last week I use to go here often with my 3 boys (Minimum 1x month) to enjoy $5 early movies. Of coarse the food, candy, and drinks are expensive... aren't all theatres? My HUGE issue with them is I have an 18 month old and until our movie last week we were ALWAYS charged for a ticket for him (I guess I should have known better myself) but than Tuesday I was told not until they're 2!!! An ok theater that is extremely cheap. It isn't the best theater but for the price it's definitely worth coming back to again and again. The only negatives in general are the bathroom. The bathroom in general each time I have been there has been kind of dirty. This is one of those things that some theaters have issues with and some theaters are on top of. Unfortunately this theater has an issue with it. For the price it's going to be my theater of choice. An early matinee showing for 2 is less then $10 in total. This place used to smell like an old shoe. Before they got bought out there were teenagers running wild. Since they became Kerasotes, it's a much more enjoyable experience and there isn't a noticeably weird smell. I think the teens have been forced to migrate to the skate park and the field house. This is definitely a go-to theater for us! The bathrooms are clean and the place was kind of quiet on a Monday night. It has high back, comfy rocking chairs that actually had a little bit of wiggle room. The theater is tucked back off of Parker and Dransfeldt (if it's called 20 Mile, why isn't it off 20 Mile Road? I don't know!) and if you don't know it's there you might miss it. I've heard the place gets nuts on the weekends with kids/teenagers, but I've also been told that they don't allow teens unescorted by parents after 9pm, so that's a good thing, too! Didn't try the popcorn, but it smelled awesome. read more

This theater is small and quiet. There was maybe 10 people in our theater on a Friday night around 1030p. Parker is basically a suburb, so I guess all the kids were already in bed. I liked this place. Would go back for another movie. It's also not as crazy expensive as other theaters in the Denver metro area. read more

This is one my favorite theaters to see a movie by myself. I've never had to deal with a line (buy online and avoid the teller) and the prices on concessions I think are better than any other theater down south. I don't get the $12 a year loyalty card - that's basically them saying they expect to lose $12 on every customer who uses the card so they'll charge you an annual fee, just like a credit card with nice benefits. Not buying it chief. The parking lot is a bit odd. Lots to the east and west (and not that big) and nothing out front. It's not the biggest or the best, but it's always been clean, never too crowded and the staff is usually in a good, chill mood - perfect for a lazy Sunday movie alone when you don't have to manage the expectations of someone else or make sure their having a good time. read more

I'm not sure what you are looking for in a theater, but here, they play movies and it doesnt smell gross. Matinee tickets are only five dollars but the matinee prices end at noon on Fridays, so get up early and go to the theater in your PJ's or else the tickets are 7.50 a pop. I try to stay away from this theater on Friday and Saturday nights because the entire graduating class of Ponderosa will be there.... read more
