Came again to see Toy Story 5 with my crew. The theater was nice as always but they no longer deliver food to your seat. After you purchase food, you have to wait on the other side where it's prepared and wait until they call your ticket number. Not really a fan of that but it's their new system so can't do anything about it. The staff were nice as usual , prices are high as always but movie was good.

I've always preferred AMC over Harkins. This has always been a nice theatre to visit. Clean for the most part, but there may have been times when a few food remnants were left behind from the previous show. Seats are comfortable with nice recline features. The buttons however are very sensitive. My purse kept hitting them and my seat kept readjusting positions. Lol. Using the app is great. Pick your exact seats you want and pay. That's it. It's nice you can also order your snacks ahead of time and just enter what time you expect to arrive. Sound system is booming. You can feel it in your seat. Bring a sweater or blanket. I always find it cold in the theatre, which can be great when it's 100 degrees outside.

Friendly staff, popcorn was fresh, seats in the Dolby theatre were comfy and reclined, bathrooms clean. Order through their app to get food delivered to your seat. Can't really complain! It's what I'd expect from a movie theatre!

Fancy reclining seats plus it has a table for you to enjoy dinner and a movie! Big concession area and MacGuirre's Bar for adult beverages. Super comfy experience. I cannot wait to catch another flick at this theater. :)

At the movies for the experience, particularly at a time where people are going to the movies less. We walked in 15 min before our 2:15 showing to find an extremely long concessions line about 70 people long -- in one single line. Meanwhile they have the "Premiere Members" line with absolutely nobody in it, listening to the occasional announcements from the manager that "there are two lines, this one here for premiere members". Nobody got out of line because nobody is a premiere member. So if AMC wants to provide an exceptional experience for everyone so they actually want to return to the "movies", cut the premiere line -- the economy and the impact of streaming on the theaters doesn't support this. If you don't believe it, ask yourself who wants to get to the theater an hour in advance of their showing, or show up, stand in an insanely long line, then miss the opening scenes of their movie. I hope AMC considers this.

This theater is in the Desert Ridge shopping center. My advice for parking is enter off of Tatum to the main entrance (the one after Target) and drive all the way to the end of the mall and enter from the last entrance. Parking was easy but it is a very crowded area. We purchased tickets online and they have assigned seating so that makes it very simple. I thought my seat was at the top of the theater going down but you actually had to walk up like three sets of stairs -- no biggie. The chairs are retractable and you are almost laying down with a foot rest. Only problem is my legs are so long that they hang off the end which after a while gets uncomfortable. I also wish the head part could be raised a little because I felt like I was laying down too much. They do have a little table in front of each chair to put your popcorn or candy -- that is nice It also has a drink holder. I saw Backrooms -- it was ok but it's always an experience at the movies!

I enjoyed watching Megan 2, the movie wasn't as good as the first one. But the theater looked well maintained after reading some of the reviews. Service was great and the inky issue was the seats were a little tight from what I was used to. I'm a Cinemark member and the seats are more spacious.

Customer service was great. Even helped explain my investor reward to me silly I know lol. Everything was laid out AMAZING! -pros Pop machines all were stocked working great icee machine was working and good Floors were vacuumed and clean -Cons Popcorn was a little cold and burnt towards bottom of the tub Restrooms mens was clean but had numerous urinals out of order/broken and stalls were atrocious, women's (per my wife) were a complete dumpster fire. Was rushed out of the movie by the cleaner my party and another 2 other who were waiting for the fantastic 4 final end credit were told to leave or stand in the corner that they needed to clean. The above issues come at going to a movie at 1530 so well before the rush so not sure why the issues. But will give the higher rating and see if it gets better as this is the amc I go to on my way home to decompress after work as always AMC Stubs is a great way to beat that east valley traffic!

Large theater with fully stocked concessions and good menus for ordering food and drinks. Pretty clean theaters but super clean bathrooms. Great to be able to pick your seat ahead of time. Can order food and drinks at your seat as well. Unfortunately, the adjustable seats are so uncomfortable and don't always work that well.

I came to see Girl Climber which had only the one showing at this location only in IMAX. The ticket cost $22 which is pretty steep for a 90 minute movie. This theater also didn't have the super comfy seats that recline. The visual and audio for the movie were good.

We purchased advance tickets on Fandango. With Fandango you may choose your reserved seat in advance. There is a surcharge to use this service but no problem. The lounge chairs are comfortable with a desk like area for food and a cup holder for drinks. We saw Wicked which is excellent. It's almost a 3 hour movie and time flew by. My only comment is the sound is so loud, even my iWatch told me it was above 90 decibels. I felt a bit deaf when leaving. Shared parking lot and WiFi in many of the larger stores.

This beer-focused bar isn't the easiest to find because it's underground down a stairwell. Look for the signage close to the stairwell. Ambiance (3.5/5): We sat at a booth at the bar. It's one of the few seats that have back support (which is important to me due to my old man back). Outside of that, it's all barstool seating with no back support inside. Outside, they have a small patio with chairs. That would be another option for me when the weather cooperates. The decor inside is your typical beer bar decor. Laid back. Comfortable. There's a jukebox. A cool place to grab some brews. Service (3.5/5): Two bartenders were working that evening and they were pretty solid. I did have to grab their attention a few times but no biggie. The Whining Pig has daily specials including a beer and grilled cheese combo on Wednesdays. I was curious on the price. They didn't know nor did they find out. That was a miss. Food (N/A): No food for me on this visit as I had dinner prior. They have a small menu, mostly made up of various grilled cheese sandwiches. They have a classic one, a pizza one, and a few others. I'm a dan of grilled cheese so I'll definitely try one out at some point. They also have charcuterie boards. Drinks (4.5/5): Now for the good stuff! Unlike most beer spots, they also have wine and several cocktails. But when in Rome, so I went with a beer flight. You can choose five beers of your choosing from a list of 40 beers or so. While they don't brew their own beer, they have an interesting selection of local craft beers and European ones. The types of beers you're not going to find at your neighborhood bar, including saisons and sours. The flight is served in a pig shape holder which was pretty funny. Flights are always my go-to when they're offered as they allow you to try out a nice variety. Added bonus: Walk down the hallway past the bathrooms and you'll run into Pigtails---a speakeasy owned by the same folks. That way, you can get both your brews and elevated cocktails fix in the same night.

Despite being in Phoenix, you feel like you've been transported to the mountains. There's some seating at the bar as well as some comfortable seating close to a fireplace. The barstools at the bar don't have back support (which is always a con in my book). The music tends to be solid. All in all, a cool spot. And a casual one at that. Not sure what that's all about. Food (N/A): While they do have food, I just had drinks since I was there pretty late. I view Blue Martini as more of a drinks spot, but I can't comment on the food. They have a daily happy hour with discounts on select food items. Drinks (3.5/5): If the name isn't a dead giveaway, Blue Martini specializes in martinis. Beyond martinis, they have a large cocktail list. Plus everything else you'd find with a full bar. The drinks are a bit pricey (it is a see and be seen type of spot after all and you're likely to see old geezers pulling up in Lambos and Ferraris), but I liked the selection. I started off with the Blue Martini, their namesake. It's served with a blue glow stick. From there, I had the strawberry basil martini. Both were pretty good. Not speakeasy quality cocktails but better than your average bar for sure. While Blue Martini isn't really my scene, I can have a good time anywhere. If you're looking to turn up and dance, it's a good spot for that. And it's also elite for people watching.
