Meh movie, cute art work (3/23/24)

My generous girlfriend got me a $100 gift card here because she knows a)- I love movies and b) - I love food! Nice looking, big, theater. Pretty clean bathroom too The menu underwhelmed me. We ordered before sitting down and our food came promptly - before our movie even started. I decided on a plain flatbread; Joey, a burger and "wings." Omg - grease-o-rama! I blotted my pizza on the cardboard box it came in AND several napkins. Eww! Joey's burger was just okay. The wings were ... chicken tenders! Nasty! Im glad this meal was "free" or I really would've been PO'd. The seats didn't recline, nor were comfortable like at "regular" AMC's. The trays were cute. That's all I'll give them. Save your money and taste buds. Go to Seasons 52 and smuggle it in! Trust me!

This is a good depiction of an AMC dine in. The theater was a lot smaller compared to the ones I've been but it makes it WAY cleaner. I'm not sure if all the auditoriums have love seats but the ones we watched our movie in did, they were super comfortable plus I got to cuddle with my friend. The dine in part was less enjoyable but it's about what should be expected from movie theater food, high prices and mediocre taste.

They keep the lights dimmed so you don't see the nasty filth and grime everywhere. The seats don't recline.

    Please upgrade seats

    15 dollar patty melt.. yuck!

I've never been to this AMC before and I LOVE Bridgewater mall a LOT so I had bigexpectations. The service was GREAT everyone was super nice and genuine, I didn't think I was being annoying or anything because they all were so kind. However, since this is a dine in, I was expecting great food. I was disappointed... I ordered the patty melt, and I was HUNGRY, so that made me extra eager to eat this. May I add this stuff is MONEY!!! Lots of it. Anyways. It looked ok, definetly not the best presentation out there but not awful. There were like barely any fries, and the few fries were kind of soggy and like not salty. Not my frie type. The patty didn't have much flavor, and the few it had was bad flavor. Also the patty like collapsed into small pieces when I bit it. It was kind of awful, but I had to keep eating it because I was hungry. The popcorn was fine though. The seats were comfy, but I didn't have any place to put my feet... first world problem, I know. Otherwise the seating was nice.

The food was decent, but the service was less than sterling! My daughter and I each ordered a sandwich. My burger came, and her flatbread did not arrive until 15 minutes later. When we wanted refills on our drinks, our waiter was scarce. I had to ask a different waiter for refills, and to remove our empty plates. About 15 minutes before the end of the movie, our check was dropped off. It took nearly 10 minutes for our waiter to pick up my card and another 4 to bring it back. So the movie was ending as he was dropping it off. However, the bartender was wonderful. We had arrived early for our movie, since it was Christmas and we were concerned with the movie selling out. So, we sat at the bar, had drinks and were chatting with him for a while.

Friendly staff. Cleanish theater. Unfortunately, no reclining seats in any of the auditoriums.

Love this place except for the prices. The prices are 16 dollars for a cheeseburger and 10 for popcorn. If you come here sneak in snacks.

    Best level to park on?

None, go to a different theater chain. Hundreds of dollars for a ripped seat and TGIFridays level food. Not worth the effort money or drive.

Occupying the space previously…read moreknown as The Office Bar & Tavern, 22 West is a nice, casual tavern setup right on Route 22 with a solid-looking menu featuring a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, and entrees. I recently met a friend at 22 West for a few drinks and dinner. We got there at the tail end of Happy Hour and enjoyed a couple of locally-produced draft beers. The food itself was perfectly okay -- nothing mind-blowing, but decent enough for a casual bite. We shared a dozen chicken wings and both thought they were pretty good. I had a turkey burger and french fries -- which was well-executed and filling. Looking at their website, it seems as if they've changed up their menu since my visit late last month.. but, I'm not sure I'm going back to try it again because the service really dragged our experience down. We sat at the bar and the staff behind the rail barely paid attention to us and seemed ambivalent about our presence at best. The biggest issue for me happened when I went to the men's restroom and found the soap dispenser completely empty. On the way back to my seat, I mentioned it to the hostess so it could be addressed by the staff and asked if she had any hand sanitizer. She just told me it was her first day on the job and she didn't know who to ask about either. Leaving a restroom without soap is bad enough, but a front-of-house staff member completely brushing off a basic hygiene issue because she didn't want to find a manager is just really bad customer service. It's a convenient spot with decent pub food, but they definitely need to tighten up their service and basic restroom maintenance.

It's super crispy, not greasy at all, and the homemade honey mustard sauce is amazing. It's perfect on the sesame bun and honestly one of my favorite meals to grab during the week. My boyfriend always goes for the build-your-own bowls, which he loves because he can customize exactly what he wants every time. They're always really good and a great option if you're in the mood for something tailored to you. I also went for breakfast for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Fruity Pebbles matcha, which was pretty good, though I think I would've liked it even more with 2% milk, which they didn't seem to have. I also had the So Extra sandwich and it was so good. The hash brown was still perfectly crispy inside the sandwich, the eggs were fried just right, I loved the touch of spinach, and whatever sauce was on it really tied everything together. I'd honestly come back just for that sandwich alone. Also it's super cute inside, perfect to bring a friend or date looking for a healthier option in downtown Somerville, NJ!

This was my first time coming back to Turf, Surf and Earth since their new menu change. I walked in…read moreat 11am and went up to the kiosk, and realized that only breakfast items were available. I wanted to try something from the lunch menu, after asking an employee, I was told that lunch starts at 11:30am. So I came back around that time to order. I've been seeing their Big Mack Smash on social media for some time now, and it looks delicious. So I decided to I order their single patty Big Mack Smash, with angus meat and American cheese, on a plant based white bun. I don't care for sesame seeds on buns, and there was no option for a regular burger bun (without sesame seeds), so I chose the non sesame seed vegan bun. I also ordered a side of fries with garlic aioli. The plant based white bun was a little dry and the burger patty was also dry and did not have much flavor. Maybe I should have done a double patty for the burger, since it is a smashed patty and a little too thin for my liking. I felt like I was eating a dry burger bun with mostly lettuce, an occasional pickle and the Mack sauce. I probably will not order the garlic aioli again, it had a sweeter and nutty flavor to it, and I prefer more of a savory aioli. I used to order their Blackened salmon with a side of greens and Spanish rice in their BBQ Ranch flavor style, from their old menu. I do miss that meal, it was so flavorful with the crispy onions to top everything off. But I understand that they made the change to better suit the business and cut back on waste. I probably would not order the big Mack burger again. But I will definitely be back to try something else from the new menu. I've been a customer for over 6 years, and have introduced some of my family members and friends to this restaurant, and we've enjoyed our meals here for that time. I love that there are many vegan and vegetarian options here. Although I am neither, it's a great place for those who have dietary restrictions/preferences. Hopefully I find my new go to menu item soon, but in the meantime I will be ordering and trying many of the other new menu items. This is definitely the place to come if you don't want a typical vegan meal. You'd be like a kid in a candy store, with the amount of options that are here. They also have many non vegan options. Turf, Surf and Earth serves EVERYONE and that is their biggest positive!
