I come here all the time to watch movies, and it never disappoints. I love that they offer a dine-in experience where they serve you right at your seat, plus there's a bar where you can order alcohol. You can order food ahead of time and have it delivered during the movie, or order once you arrive, it's super convenient. The menu is extensive, and the food is actually good. My go-to items are the bone-in buffalo wings with ranch, the chicken quesadilla, the burgers, and honestly any of their pizzas, they're all solid choices. They offer both 3D movies and regular showings with recliner seats, which makes the experience really comfortable. I do wish they had a Dolby Cinema option, and IMAX would be a nice addition too, but this theater still does the job for all the movies I want to see. Ordered food to be delivered 20 minutes before the movie started and it was delivered on time, so we could eat before the lights went off. The food was pretty good which was a plus. This theater is not what it used to be. I enjoyed the days when attendant's took your ordering from your seat including adult beverages. Ordering from the app was ok but my wings were not what I ordered, and they were cold. The popcorn tasted horrible, and to boot my seat leaned to the right got a nice back ache from that! I complained about the seat and the manager said I should have said something during the movie. I won't be going back here again. It was so nice in the past. I went there with my best friend. The movie played without interruptions, which was great. The staff was decent, though we didn't interact with them much. However, I wasn't impressed with the theater itself. The chairs were uncomfortable, and there was a weird smell that made me nauseous;I couldn't even order anything because of it (and no, I'm not pregnant). The trays were dirty and sticky, which makes me think they don't clean them after each showing. On the plus side, parking was easy and available, and the location is definitely convenient. I've been coming to this theater since I was a kid like I remember watching Princess Diaries here and recently I came back to watch Wicked. Since I was a kid this theater did update into a dine in theater but I think it could use another update. When you first come in there's a self serve concession stand with a kiosk to order and then grab your popcorn or other items. I didn't anything but I would be concerned with other people coughing on the food before I went to grab it if I did. Then as you head to the back you can see they have a bar and then a handful of theaters. The seating in each theater is pretty much set up so that you'll be most comfortable if you go as a pair. For this movie, 3 of us went and our one friend felt really far from us since the seats and armrests are pretty large. The seats unfortunately don't recline and aren't heated but they're cozy. The number one thing that I didn't like was immediately after the movie they cut the lights all the way on so you couldn't really read the credits. Aside from the theater Wicked was an amazing movie. Went to see the thunderbolts at noon on a Wednesday with my son. Took over half an hour to get our food served to our seats. I had to go out to guest services to find out where our order was. They served the food during the movie which defeated the purpose of ordering when we got there. Place is clean but the service and time to get food is horrible read more

I'll try anything once and in-theater dining is as close to a Ralston Purina rendezvous as I want to get. The fried protein could be any creature discovered in the last 3 million years. Overall, I love AMC dine in, but that is what it is supposed to be. I have been to many of the AMC dine in theater. This is the first time I had to order food from a kiosk. If I want popcorn and a soda, I have to buy it before the show and carry it myself. That loses the whole effect of the dine in theater. The changes to this AMC theatre this year have pleasantly surprised me, and I wouldn't mind coming back here again for my next movie. This week, I saw two films at the theatre. Both times, the theatres were clean going in. I much prefer their reclining seats over their regular, as the regular seats feel uncomfortable by the end of a film. The reclining seats are so comfortable, and the area is even more spacious than usual. In terms of the food and service, the staff are so lovely and bring out the food very quickly. If you order popcorn or a drink at the kiosk, it's ready within seconds. Specifically, I got chicken tenders the last time I visited, and the meal overall was pretty decent and came out crispy and warm. I also appreciate that they give a good amount of sauce with the meal, allowing movie-goers to enjoy their food, without having to get up for extras. The one thing I do not recommend is the chocolate milkshake, as it was a bit below average and had a strange texture. Food prices are pretty high here, but overall I was satisfied with my experience and I cannot emphasize enough how friendly the staff are. read more

Let's start with I really debated for a long time what I would give this place. And this is one of a small percentage of 1 start reviews I've written. You may be asking yourself how does a movie theater get a one star review. Well I'm about to tell you. First, I am an a list member. So I can see three movies a week and pay a relatively inexpensive charge to do so. To be honest, it's not worth it. They're not three good movies that come out every week, nor do I have enough time to see that many movies. But I digress. This review is not about alist. This review is of the Menlo theater. We chose to come to the dining theater because we expected to dine in. The overall experience was lackluster. They were out of slushies which is usually concession. I get whenever I see them. Is it good for you and should I get it? Absolutely not. Do I care now? I love blue raspberry slushies and we'll typically only have them if I go to the movies. However, this time there were no slushies available. For food I ended up ordering the pretzel bites. Also thinking how can you mess up pretzel bites, and now I will tell you how. You take large thick pretzel sticks. Cut them into quarters and then cook them. You might be saying wow you are really nitpicking. However, the reason we eat pretzels over breadsticks is because of the outer crossed on a pretzel. When you take large pretzel sticks and cut them into quarters. You end up with one to two dry ends on every piece that are disgusting. Additionally, the cheese sauce, just one of the reasons why I like eating pencil bites because he doesn't like cheese. It definitely tasted like it outside in the crock pot for 3 days. The cheese was grainy, yes grainy. Think of how disgusting that is. And thinking well if you could just have some good mustard. Well back out screwed up too because instead of the traditional spicy brown mustard the pretzels are served with. They gave me honey mustard which when sitting in a dark theater and finding that out the hard way is absolutely disgusting. Then there was the drinks. Since they didn't have slushies and they did serve alcohol, I figured I would get something to drink, I originally was going to go with a draft beer. What was that informed? Due to renovations they have nothing on draft. Most they're mixed drinks or mixed with ginger ale which I don't like. So I decided to go with a RumChata to drink. When you're paying $17 for a drink, you expect it to be at least half decent or actually good for $17 and I only finished it because I spent $17 on it. If I'd spent maybe $3 less I would have left it after the first step because it was that bad. Well the movie couldn't be bad right? Experiences are pretty standardized across theater. You would think that the two major issues of the movie one you have to book your seats in advance, put your something I normally don't mind. However, it becomes problematic when you have a broken seat. Have you ever played one of those arcade games where you're driving one of those motorcycles and every time you move you feel like you may fall off. That was a parallel experience to my scene. It felt like it was attached to only one point, anytime I even made a micro movement the c word rock and go off balance. I would have just moved if it wasn't that there were people on the other side of my wife and no open seats ahead of us that I could see. The icing on the cake was around the end of the movie when it was a quiet suspenseful moment. You can hear the movie next door coming in ruining the ambience has some kids song could be heard through the wall. Now they are apparently renovating. However, patrons would likely be better served and just closing the doors and doing their renovations quickly then having this half-baked experience. Also they need to update their app and they need to act out broken seats. It's ridiculous to go into a movie picking a seat and then have that CP broken, especially when all the other seats can possibly be reserved and you can't just move. If this wasn't what my wife wanted to do for our anniversary, I would have likely walked out early on. However, I stayed with it to be a good sport, but the next time coming to a movie comes up, I will never come to the Menlo Mall theater read more

Horrible experience!!Walked into AMC menlo, Which I've been to numerous times to a late night showing . I was greeted by a white female employee ( she seemed like a manager / supervisor possibly ) at the door asking for tickets . We proceeded to say we had them and were going to order food. She immediately said "food closes in ten minutes" we continued towards an ordering machine and she immediately followed us and directed us to a "specific " machine. Note that all the other machines were working as people were going to them as I went to the specific machine she wanted me to go to . Once I was ordering she proceeded to stand over me less than ten feet watching what I was ordering . Once I decided to get a popcorn and drink my partner came behind in her hand , which would ultimately be candy . Before I can turn around and see what she grabbed the lady sharply said " Don't forget the candy ". At this point I was very uncomfortable. The employee stood by my ordering screen( nobody else's) until I was done and then walked away to a ticketing counter on the other side of the room. This was extremely uncomfortable as she didn't do this to anyone around us that was ordering . I decided to let the employee at the food kiosk know how I feel since she was right there and heard everything and she proceeded to say " well she's just doing her job " overtime and over game at me . I've been coming here for years and never experienced something like this which honestly felt like profiling at the bar minimum. I can't believe I never reviewed this place. But since I recently saw the Barbie movie, I decided to review it and give an update. It's changed a lot since it's opened. I used to really love coming here since you had to be at least 18 or 21 depending on the room. Not a big fan of crowds, annoying kids, or annoying people. Lol! I also loved the reclining seats and being able to order food that was delivered to your seat. It's easy and convenient to get to this theater being part of Menlo Park mall. There's plenty of parking right outside the theater and on the other side of the mall. You can buy your tickets online, or at the kiosk. The bar still looks nice, but I haven't gone to it in a long time. The food ordering process has changed, probably because of Covid and the pandemic. You now order your food from a kiosk and it gets delivered to your seat in the theater room. The food options aren't as fancy as they used to be they have mostly pizza, burgers, fries, popcorn, mostly, just simple, fast food. I did like that they offered Dr. progress vegan chicken nuggets. I have never seen that on a menu so that was nice. However, the food is definitely expensive. I've paid about $25 for an iced tea drink, regular popcorn, and mozzarella bites. I recommend eating before and/or bringing your water bottle if you can. Because water and other drinks, or at least 5 to 6 dollars! You also need to get it from the drink refrigerator if it's bottled, but they deliver fountain drinks to you. Hopefully people are Honest and don't just take drinks without paying! The theater rooms are fine. But they really need a good cleaning. They used to be so nice and sparkly years ago, but obviously that has changed. While the leather seats are comfortable, they should have cleaning wipes available to wipe everything down. Sometimes the seats are sticky. They also feel a bit understaffed and no longer offer service during the movie. That is actually not too bad of a thing as there's less interruptions, but it was always a nice part of the dine in movie theater experience. My sister and I paid around $15 for a 1:50 PM movie. Prices have definitely gone up since I've was last at the movie theater. Barbie was amazing and I have to say it was worth the price and experience. All in all, I wouldn't mind coming back here in the future, but I'd actually would prefer to try those really more luxe dine in movie theaters for a better experience! I have been an AMC Stubs member since 2014. Since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 the ability to order food while seating in the theater has been eliminated. While I can live with that I find it atrocious that some seats are in need of repair while other seating has damaged trays to hold your food and drink. I would suggest that seating in each theater be checked periodically and damaged seats should be marked unavailable to customers using the AMC App, kiosk and ticket counter until they are repaired. I attend the theater at a minimum of once a week and find this problem annoying. Especially in light of the fact a major renovation of the concession stand and bar area has just been completed. read more

I really want to give a 2.5 stars. Been coming here to watch movies for a few years now. I've really only been to auditoriums 9, 10, and 100 for recliner seats. We were too early for our movie so we got tickets for a random movie to kill time and we were in auditorium 7 which are non-recliners. In terms of the environment, I really won't recommend going to the non-recliner auditorium! I felt really uncomfortable in theater 7, because the seats were not cleaned, they were sticky and had crumbs on it. Touched a bunch of gum under the table. and the cup holder was missing, so it was just a hole on the side of the chair which I didn't notice so my water fell in. I think the recliner seat auditoriums are much better, never experienced this in them. Occasionally had dirty seats that needed wiping down, but still much better. Food: I think the food is pretty decent. My main complaint is that the big sampler platter (Boneless Wings, Fried Mozzarella, Pretzel Bites and Onion Rings) which is my go-to have been unavailable for a year now, but most of the other items are back on the menu. My other go-to's that i recommend would be the flat bread. Because the big bite sampler is not available we also ordered the loaded tots, which was a bit too salty for me, but my bf liked it. read more

I was very disappointed that they refused to play certain films like THE BUNNY GAME, THE ONANIA CLUB, or A SERBIAN FILM. like the sex unsolicited and the violence in cinema to be very realistic. The Bunny Game is about a drug addicted prostitute who gets kidnapped and tortured by a truck driver. There are no stunt doubles and all of the torture is real. The Onania Club is from the director Tom Six of The Human Centipede trilogy and it is about powerful women who find sexual gratification from the misery of others. A Serbian Film is about an ex-porn star who gets hired for one last job but is thrown into a dangerous spiral of sex, drugs, rape, and murder. Why won't you play these films? I do not want to see another dumb superhero movie and get pay an obscene amount for popcorn and watered down soda. read more

We have not gone to this dine-in theater in such a long time. We went to see Talk to Me and the movie was amazing but the theater was something else. The seats were kinda old, dirty and didn't reclined. You'd think that all theaters would already upgrade their seats to recline as it is 2023. Next, it's now 50/50 dine in which means you order your food outside and give them your seat number. Then a server will bring your food. We had just gotten the basic soda and popcorn. Our soda came in the beginning and our popcorn came about 25 mins after which was super weird. Then the seats were a little uncomfortable as it makes you lay back but no where to rest your legs. Ok maybe I've been spoiled going to Regals but it is what it is. Overall, the theaters was ok, basic. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. read more

When AMC finally finished renovating the cinema space here in late 2010 to be dine-in compatible, the idea was to capture wealthier, older clientele who could shell out for dinner, drinks, AND a show while pricing out some of the less profitable after-school adolescents who would often buy cheap tickets just to hang out, make out, pass out, etc. Sadly, the plan to turn a shopping mall movie theater into an upscale entertainment experience was ultimately too ambitious to be sustainable, and a decade later AMC 12 has settled for being just an average cinema with non-IMAX 3D screenings and recliners. The soft opening featured a promotion where customers could get a free fudge brownie with a ticket purchase. For a microwaved dessert, it wasn't bad. The overall dine-in menu has not improved significantly since then, unless you consider paying amusement park prices for frozen supermarket appetizers an upgrade. The Cinema Suites, which were once exclusively for customers of drinking age and had a premium menu with salmon and steak, now feature the same loaded tater tots and bottomless popcorn that the Fork & Screen offers. While food and alcohol sales are probably the only thing keeping this AMC afloat, most of you have already figured out that the Menlo Mall food court (literally next door) has always had better dining options anyway. Dining service has improved tremendously since the days when servers would interrupt you in the middle of a movie to deliver you the undercooked chicken fingers that someone else ordered, though operating a cinema pretending to be an Applebee's was always bound to be problematic in this regard. The biggest problem with the food service here probably isn't the food or even the service but rather the mess it leaves behind. To this day, I still wonder how long popcorn grease and ketchup linger in the cupholders and on the vinyl headrests before anyone cleans or even notices them. Stray kernels of popcorn that have fallen into seat cushions are often neglected for weeks. Even pre-COVID, the armrests and seat backs here were maybe only slightly cleaner than those on an inner-city public bus. My final gripe is with the three outdated touchscreen kiosks in the lobby, at least one of which at any given time is either very laggy or entirely out of service. Instead of the newer LCD polytouch screens that more recently remodeled AMC locations have, AMC 12 uses heavily laminated antique screens that have long since stopped recognizing human touch. I've also experienced issues when purchasing tickets through a third-party ticketing service like Atom or Fandango where the QR code from my reservation would be readable but unrecognized when the usher tried to scan it. The last time this happened, the shift manager tried everything she could to help but ended up grasping at straws, telling me the best way to avoid this in the future was to "download the AMC app". I guess I'll just stick to Netflix and Disney+ until this AMC gets its next overhaul or becomes a Dave & Buster's. read more

Wanted to see The Little Mermaid so we decided to check this theater out since they had 4 seats available. We were so disappointed in our visit. There are no real concession stands so you have to wait for an available computer screen to order. We ordered 2 large popcorn, candy and drinks. It's the movies, so you know it's expensive. Wanted butter and jalapeños on one of the popcorn orders but it only allowed for one or the other, not both. We received both popcorn orders and they were only 3/4 of The Way filled. Also ordered a ginger ale. That took 20 minutes from when we were seated to come out. Couldn't understand why that took so long. The lights on the seats were distracting. Could not properly recline. Also there are a ton of workers but one thing they're NOT doing are cleaning the restrooms. The stalls were absolutely disgusting with urine all over the floor. My husband said the stall in the men's restroom didn't have a door. Yuck! We definitely won't be back read more

We recently came back to watch a few movies here but I won't be coming back. As much as I love the concept of having your meal and watching the movie, saving time in the process, this place has gone downhill. Pre-covid we came here and a fight broke out in our theater. The fight somehow moved right into my row in front of me, sending my popcorn flying. My kids were there too and they were terrified. The theater gave us replacement tickets for a future movie but covid hit and we never got to use it before it expired. We came here to celebrate my youngest's birthday and it surely is a memorable experience! More recently, we came to watch 2 movies in the last few months. The theater is just worn out. In my most recent experience, we got to the theater about half an hour early. The ticket person wouldn't let us in. I told him I'll order food and snacks first and he said it's too early for that. Then I told him, I'm going to use the restroom. He said it's not working. The restroom in the theater isn't working and I had to go downstairs to the entrance to use the restroom. The restroom there had 2 stalls and 1 was broken. So you have a full line of theater goers with 1 working bathroom stall!! Good thing I was there early! If you have to use the restroom is the middle of the movie, you have to come all the way out to the entrance and wait in line for 1 working stall. The ordering system has gone downhill too. They used to have a button at your seat for your server to come and take your order. Now, you have to order at self-serve kiosks at the concession area. There are limited kiosks servicing a full theater of people! There is always a line to use a kiosk. You will inevitably miss all of the previews or even a part of the movie. The last 2 times I was there I missed part of the movie. The app and website makes it look like you can order ahead but I tried that and my card was charged but the order didn't go through. The staff confirmed that you can't actually order ahead on the app because their kitchen won't receive the order. She told me the charge won't show up once it finishes processing. The model has gone from pushing the button at your seat for your server to come to self-serve. You want anything or have any questions, you have to go to the kiosk outside of the theater and wait in line or go to the customer issues area of the concession stand and wait in line. The menu has also gone downhill. They used to serve an actual restaurant menu and serve the food with real dinnerware and utensils. Now it's all in paper trays and the food is terrible. I ordered southern style chicken fingers (which looked great on the website). What actually came looked like several fried thin strips resembling calamari. $18. Most of the menu items are finger foods like flatbread and quesadilla. The menu isn't unique to this dine in theater. All of the AMC dine- in theaters have the same menu. The staff is also backed up with orders. I heard one person at the concession asked about their food and was told they were backed up by 30 minutes. read more

This was the first time I've been to the movies since the pandemic started and it was a good experience. A big change was the food ordering process. Now you have to order food and drinks before entering the theater. If you want an alcoholic drink you have to order at the bar. You can order soft drinks and food at the other concession stand. Once you place your order you provide your theater and seat number. The process was simple enough. The food was good. We got burgers and mozzarella sticks. So I hadn't been to this theater in about 3 years. My friend and I decided to go here since they have the lounging seats and dine in theater. My friend bought tickets off Groupon and it messed up our seating arrangement. Had us sitting with someone in between us. We arrived and we told the guy taking our tickets about our seats. Another customer service rep over heard and said come with me. We stepped downstairs and this crazy woman comes up to her and says thanks for all your help and throws a milkshake at her feet. It explodes all over the floor!! I said wow some people can be so rude. So she takes care of us and we go to get seated. The theater was not as I remembered, very dirty. You have to use an app to purchase items prior to your movie! Otherwise you can use the kiosk outside. You also can't order alcohol from the app. The seats don't recline anymore either. There was a family on our seats. They moved a couple of times and ended up in front of us. The movie starts and ushers are bringing out food left and right. The family in front of us gets an order, but it was their dessert NOT their entrees. The guy gets up and is yelling at the usher, he then takes off and so does the girl. Leaving the poor kid behind by himself. I left to get popcorn and some drinks, when I return there is about 8 cops by our theater doors. As soon as I sat back down here they came. Lights on movie off!! Don't know what the first 30 minutes of the movie was! The cops ended up taking the whole family out. The guy went to the kitchen and was yelling and throwing things, all because his dessert came out before his entree. The theater went around after the ordeal and gave out free passes. I won't be back to this theater and feel awful for the staff. Clearly they're being overrun by the rude disgusting adults not even all the teens running around. Sad the whole place is a mess and the staff is trying but need some BIG BIG help, or shut down. In need of a deep cleaning, and some managers that back up their staff. DO NOT COME HERE... Black Adam was now playing and we booked our tix in advance for the dine-in experience. Ha! After standing in line to place our orders, the associate then informs us that she can only accept cash. If we can only pay with a credit/debit card, then we must head over to the self-order kiosks just a few steps away. Wait, there's more! If you want a drink, then you've got to head to the bar. I loved that the theater seats were spaced out and comfortable. Although our meals arrived, the kid's meal for my son never arrived. He only got his bottle of water. After waiting long enough, I went outside to inquire about the delay only to be met with a long line of hungry customers who were angry because they never received their food orders until after the previous showing ended. I had no choice but to miss my movie while seeking a refund. The longer I stood there, the more I learned about this theater's mismanagement. The self-order kiosks were new and the kitchen was overwhelmed by the influx of orders. The theater as a whole was understaffed. It would be dumb to believe that people would not order when that is the main reason why we come to a dine-in theater. There was only one manager who disappeared for quite a while, leaving one staffer to issue refunds. Why was there only one cash register to deal with the long line? We urged the manager to turn off the kiosks because there were customers actively using the devices who would soon face the same fate -- jumping from the order line to the refund line with us. One associate did try to verbally warn customers but to no avail. I overheard that this was not the first night that the kiosks resulted in a major setback for customers. We rely so much on technology but need to know when to PULL THE PLUG after it fails to deliver. I could not understand what happened to the reinforcements. There were no associates on the floor. Simply put, the theater was understaffed and everybody was moved into the kitchen to push out the outstanding orders. Ha! I sought a refund for the cold and missing food, as well as our movie tickets. I truly felt sorry for the lone staffer at the helm, processing everyone's requests. With the associates in the kitchen, the bathroom upkeep fell to the wayside. Poor customer service, it was not worth the 90-minute drive from NYC. I will never come back! read more

I could not believe how many years it had been since my last review of this AMC location, so it's time for an update! For the most part, the actual dine-in concept has not changed. However the menu has changed a few times over the years, taking some items away and adding new ones in. During my most recent visit I sat in Theater 10, which has fairly gigantic seats with giant tables compared to some of the other theaters. The seats are still very comfortable and I am happy to report they have been maintained well over the years. I ordered the Avocado Grilled Chicken sandwich and it was good, meaning at about the same level of a similar sandwich you would get at McDonalds. On the other hand, the dry rub wings were fantastic. Crispy, tasty and not greasy. I also have to give a shout out to the brussel sprouts which are absolutely delicious. Perhaps the best feature of going to the "dine in" experience is the ability to reserve seats. This takes a lot of pressure off having to get to the theater way ahead of time to snag seats! Years after my initial review of the "Dine In" movie experience and I am happy to report that this remains one of my regular movie going locales. read more

Decided to take my fiancé here for a quick lunch date to see a movie. The movie theatre was clean but could definitely use a refurbishment. The chairs made loud noises when you reclined them, the leather was peeling off of the chair, and the table connected to my seat unfortunately was broke. Outside of the furniture the bathroom was clean, which is always a plus! The movie was extremely loud for a small theatre but all in all it was an okay experience. read more

Wow this place has gone downhill hill. When amc dine in movies first opened at Menlo- this place was on point with food and service. However, after taking a hiatus from the movies, I realized I need another one. My Husband and I ordered the chicken tenders and grilled chicken sandwich and a box of buncha crunch. Our food came out cold- it was cooked but cooled down significantly. Now we would Complain but the only time we saw our server was at the time She took our order. Also when I ordered I asked for ranch at the time of ordering and when they forgot to bring it when they brought my food. Never ended up Getting it so I had dry and plain onion rings. Even the candy which was in a sealed box was melted and soft. The recliners were a nice touch but next time we come we'll skip the food read more

Got a gift card from our second son to watch Crazy Rich Asians. I ordered royal burger and vanilla milkshake. Their beef patty is not freshly made and the toasted brioche bun is already cold and not really toasted. Taste like you're just eating a re-warmed hamburger. I might as well eat at Wendy's next time. The fries are slightly warm and bland. Like eating previously fried fries. Serving is just enough for a person. Pricey food and drinks. I will just order popcorn and drinks next time. read more

Yet another update. Just when I thought this place couldn't get any worse they went and proved me wrong. First let's talk service. You are solely dependent on your server here for food and drinks. They used to come over almost immediately when you sat down to take your order. If they didn't you could hit your little red button and someone would quickly be there. We patiently waited for our server because we saw her in front of us and behind us. After 30 minutes (previews were almost over by this point) we hit our red button. She never came. We had to flag her down to take our order. Almost an entire hour passed by before our food came out. We ordered two items pretzel bites and loaded tots. The pretzel bites were stale and the cheese they came with was solid. The loaded tots (I requested cheese on the side) came out fully loaded. Against my better judgement I sent the tots back. Another half hour passed and they still weren't out so I asked our server to cancel them. She said oh they'll be out in a bit. Fine, another ten minutes passed (movie was practically over) and we flagged her down again to cancel them. After we cancelled the order a server shows up on the other side of the theater trying to figure out who the tots belong to. Both people she approached said they weren't theirs. Another server comes with more tots, again to the wrong people. This time they took them. They were fully loaded again. ‍ I thought this was terrible until I watched the people two rows up get their order 5 minutes before the movie ended. They also received their drink as the credits were rolling. We waited another 15 minutes to get our bill and change. Credits were over and we were the very last people in the theater. We requested to speak to a manager but he never showed up. Aside from service let's talk about cleanliness. This theater is a complete disgrace. Floors are dirty. I watched an employee step on nachos, look back and keep on walking. Chairs are torn and broken. The women's bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I try to ignore the high prices, crap service, disgusting food because of the bar but I'll stick to grabbing a drink after from now on. The overpriced drinks aren't worth it. read more
