My cuz and I decided we needed to get together. We mutually agreed to the Barbie movie! I live on the West side of Fort Worth and my cuz lives in North Arlington. We decided this would be a good place to meet. It's a really humble theater. There was a friendly associate that worked the box office. There's a mini bar and self serve drinks and butter. Tickets are less expensive on Tuesdays. They are $6.00 a ticket for a 7:30 showing. There's a $4.38 fee for purchasing your ticket online. Barbie was funny, interesting and took an unexpected twist. The movie kept me captivated til the end. Ryan Gosling makes the perfect Ken. I would definitely recommend this Theater and movie. I'm a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world, loving AMC Eastchase 9, it's Fantastic!

My wife and I love our neighborhood AMC. It's a quick 5-minute drive from our home to arrive at the theater. It's so convenient for us to be able to attend a last-minute movie. The theater is kept very clean, and the staff is SO friendly accommodating. Thank you AMC for "our" very own theater.

I haven't been to the movie theater since early 2020. Everything was similar, but I did notice two lines for concessions. I don't usually get food or beverages unless I'm getting free items so the premiere line could be something I just never noticed. I know premiere members get additional perks compared to insider members. It looked like they may get to go to a particular concession lane or go before people who aren't premiere members. Honestly, I really didn't look into it because I barely go to the movie theater. It maybe something people want to look into so they can get to concessions early. I got my free large popcorn after the movie and buttered it up for the God's lol before calling it a day.

This place has gone completely downhill. I've put an email with videos to corporate and never got a response. I've given this place chance after chance. Seats are torn up in the arms, not comfy to have. I've gotten a recliner that does not work. Floors at drinks are insanely filthy and sticky, none of the drinks have syrup it's all carbonation, mind you this was all 3 visits in a row.second movie with bad experience there was HORRIBLE noises coming from the roof/ceiling. I mean BAD through out the entire movie and I have sound/video to prove it. My kids were scared,it was unbelievable. Movies are not cheap especially when you take a family plus concessions. I was terribly dissatisfied as this has been our go to for many many years. It's time to switch.

So I thought this was a newer-ish theater...or maybe they had a remodel a few years back? Not sure, but it was looking a little run down/raggedy on the inside or at least in the theater we were in! We went to a matinee, so our tickets were only $5 and change! That was exciting. Inside the theater, the "leather" seats had several areas where they were torn up, peeling, and in one spot duck taped! The whole row we sat in didn't have operating recliners (at least the 4-5 chairs we tried!). So we simply moved back a row. The theater was also pretty warm inside. We had to ask them to turn on/lower the AC (August obviously gets pretty hot in Texas!!). While the experience was not horrible, this would definitely not be my first pick for a movie theater. Especially, when there are so many other nicer ones to choose from.

Call me a snob but I prefer the theaters that allow you to fill your own drink as usually they put too much ice even after telling them easy ice. My biggest qualm was trying to locate our seats. We had dbox seating and the numbers were hard to see. Someone actually had to say the numbers are in the corner, to which I then passed that information on to others as they struggled to locate seat numbers as well. Forgive me as I expected more from the dbox (instructions were needed for the lady next to me) seats but then again it could have just been the movie. Overall a good theater and I would go back.

It was a fun experience; lots of movement throughout the movie; especially when the snake popped out. The reason for the 3 star review is because there was not a separate line for just alcohol beverages. I've been to several other Cinemark locations and they all had the bar service separate from the concessions. They missed a sale because that line was too long. I won't be back to that location.

I came here recently and saw Lilo and Stitch with my family. A friend who lives in Fort Worth…read morerecommended it this theater. My experience was above average. I got here an hour and 15 minutes before the movie started, but at the time I came Lilo Stich wasn't brand new so I didn't expect a crowd. However I wanted to check out the dining area after driving an hour to get here. This way I can soak up the whole experience without it feeling rushed if I had come on time. The website does suggest arriving 90 minutes early. That's may be so worth weekend openers to get a good parking spot in front of the screen. For a movies that's been out and while it seem like an hour to 30 minutes before would be fine. There were no new movies when I went and there were plenty of parking spaces near the screen. My kids got a chicken sandwich and a burger. It's a no-frills burger with just the meat and cheese. My chicken sandwich was a bit over lukewarm however thankfully the flavor, crispiness, was good. The bun wasn't soft perhaps it was getting old, because it had some firmness to it. My daughter said the burger was average. My wife got the pepperoni pizza, this was a decent size, however the crust was undercooked. Pizza is average. I also tried the funnel cake which was 7/10. I also had the popcorn which was made fresh and delicious. The cotton candy was good too. In the dining area there's a slushy truck and a plate area for young kids they also have Connect Four and Corn hole. They also have a dedicated bar here and bathrooms in this area which were clean. My movie experience was good. It was bug free too (. My car kept on shutting off the radio (the movie sound plays through a FM station/ until I turned the engine on. Just prepare to idle your car or risk a dead battery if you have this feature. The movie quality was clear and the crowd was respectful and courteous. If you're into drive in movies this one is a go and definitely worth a first-time experience at best.

There were many people in the bar area with plenty of high top tables available. We were guided to the kiosk on the right to print our tickets (purchased online- you choose print ticket then scan your code) or you can purchase tickets there. Printer spits out a ticket. There were signs on ticket counter notifying of 18% living wage service fee for non-bar orders. Non-bar orders = anything ordered once you're in the theatre. Once in theatre, we scanned the QR code and placed our order and paid online. There was no place to add tip so the "living wage service fee" is ultimately them ensuring that the staff get tipped. I don't have a problem with that. The seat covers are nice than the previous tattered ones. Place was clean & a comfortable temperature. Once the previews started and the seats finally filled up, staff started coming around to see if they could take your order. Multiple people checked on us and were all pleasant although it was hard to hear them by that point. We paid $1 for a large water in a cup and $12 for a decent margarita. I did not see a concession you could order your own snacks so I assume it's order from theatre or in the bar area. Because of not great reviews on the food, we ate at close by Lupes before the movie which has super fast service (average tex mex). Will try cinema food in future hopefully. It is easy a pleasant experience for enjoying a movie!

We decided to give this spot a try while watching the new Michael movie. The man who serviced us is friendly but got confused with the order; had to send back one of the trays. The food was very mediocre and overpriced, and I could've honestly bought popcorn for the movie and eat an actual fine dine meal after. I also think our theater screen wasn't clean; because throughout the whole movie I can see a noticeable smudge(?) across the right side of the screen. Seats weren't best quality. Yes it can recline, but so does AMC. There really isn't anything "luxurious" about the place. In total, our three average meals costed about $80. An OK experience, will personally stick to AMC for future showings though.

We showed up for a table for FOUR for a late night snack/dinner on Christmas night. And by late night, I mean we got sat, got ignored a bunch, and stilllll checked out, paid and left by 9:20pm okay LOL. Look, I get people don't want to work on Christmas -- but maybe our waitress should have requested the night off. While she was nice enough, she was not attentive what so ever. So let's run it back. We called to be sure they were open and serving food; they were. We get there, get sat and we were ignored for a good hot minute. Okay whatever... it's Christmas, I wouldn't wanna work either. Our waitress literally ignored us to the point where she came by, apologized for ignoring us, then cambe back and "apologized" YET AGAIN for her ignoring us ... AGAIN!!!! Like not even trying to be mean but girliepop was a joke and should probably look in to a new job because this is simply not it for her. I asked to do a child's mushroom swiss burger, however, if they could not make the mushroom swiss as a child's burger -- that I would like to know and have the option to change my order... not that big of an ask? The waitress never came back to tell me they couldn't ... or better yet, wouldn't, make a kid's cheeseburger sub swiss for the cheddar or american they use and toss on like 6-10 mushrooms and call it a day. Instead, out came a normal (aka huuuuuge) mushroom swiss burger. Cool. Hearing literacy is after all a skill... one that our waitress clearly heavily lacks. Our waters were empty throughout the whole meal and we constantly had to flag down a server, any server at that point, to get refills on drinks/cocktails and to simply get some more water. On top of that, we get our checks (she offered to split them up by couples) to find that we were charged the mandatory 20% gratuity -- WHICH ON THEIR MENU IT STATES 20% OF GRATUITY WILL BE TACKED ON FOR PARTIES OF SIX OF MORE... noted, understood. What i don't understand is why it would be tacked on to two couples. 2+2=4 ... I know math is hard, I know working holidays sucks... but 2+2 does not equal six. Honestly the waitress shot herself in the foot there, because we always overtip in general -- especially after being in the industry for 15 years myself -- so if anything her thinking she snuck something on there without us realizing was a bit tacky, on top of her already being absolutely God awful at her job :( Will not be going back and you may want to skip them too -- seems like staff is more concerned chatting and gossiping than ensuring their patrons are taken care of :(
