If you are someone who wants to watch movies in style and comfort with an affordable price this is going to become your new favorite theater. Not only are are all of the seats reclining but they are all reserved! So you arrive to the theater at your leisure (hopefully before the movie starts) and you don't have to hunt for seats, you have them reserved and ready! The concessions are nice and clean and your standard prices. I like that you get to pour your own drinks so if you order an ICEE or something you can mix flavors or not. The one thing that got me was that there was a huge mark on the screen that I kept noticing throughout the movie. I am not sure if it was a scratch or what but personally it was in the way. I have attended several movies at this theater both during the week and weekend in the evenings and afternoons. I have been consistently bothered by phone use during movies. This is a great theater if you wish to use your phone during a movie. The flat format of the theater makes the use of others constantly in view and virtually impossible to ignore. The monitoring of phone use and other disruptive behavior in this theater is clearly beyond the staff and management. I shared my experience with the customer service department and was offered a free movie pass which was appreciated. Unfortunately, I experienced the phone use every time and since noticed many individuals with this behavior. Despite the large screens, comfortable seats and great location, I'm not going to this theater in the future. read more

Yes this theater is awesome!!! really I just love it because the seats are HUGE and recline. The seats are so awesome that you basically feel like you're at home and you could easily fall asleep. Also they have little electronic stations to print and purchase your tickets. When you buy them, you pick your assigned seat which is super convenient too. read more

Best theater ever after the remodel! We used to come here all the time even before the remodel since it was so close but now we are here even more often. The seats are awesome and since we have an AMC membership, we can reserve and purchase our seats from home, then just scan the barcode on our phone when we arrive. Theater definitely busier after the remodel but we are usually able to get the showings we want, just have to park a little further is all. Also, prices are unbeatable at $5 for the first few showings until noon every day, even on weekends. read more

I'm surprised I've never wrote a review for this theater yet. This is by far my favorite theater. I love the reclining seats and the good ticket pricing. My experience at AMC Factoria has always been a solid 5 stars! Ever since the remodel, we travel from West Seattle to see all of our movies here. I'm an AMC Stubs member and a movie buff who frequently goes, and both the downtown and Southcenter locations are very lackluster to say the least. Downtown location barely plays a variety of titles. While I always leave the Southcenter location regretting because of the teenagers and unhelpful staff. Factoria has awesome comfortable reclining chairs, plenty of great seat selections, and assigned seating. So I can choose hours ahead of time which place I want to sit, and casually make our way. The staff are actually knowledgeable and helpful. I just cant see myself going to a movie at another location anymore! Keep up the great work! read more

Last two movies I've seen have been in theater 1. Since at least December there have been two huge gashes in the screen. If you end up in theater one, just ask for a refund and see the movie another time read more

Best AMC movie theater i've been to since the renovation. The sleek and modern redesign of the theater makes the movie-going experience to a new level. With the comfortable, leather reclining chairs, it gives off that cool, loungy vibe. This theater also has the coca-cola freestyle machine with the touchscreen that offers large selection of beverage brands. Excellent news for folks who want larger, more comfortable chairs in theaters. Just be cognizant that bigger reclining chairs mean less number of seats overall in auditoriums. Purchase your tickets early in advance for any opening weekend screenings. All in all, highly recommended! read more

I would rate this movie theater 0 if possible. I had the worst experience with their rude staff. My friends and I were trying to purchase tickets late after some technical problems we had. One of their staff members by the name Stacy was the rudest person I have ever met. As my friends and I purchased new tickets she looked at us and had the audacity to say " if I get a noise complaint I'm kicking you out" and also "I don't want to babysit you." We are all around the ages of 15-16 and did not give her any reason to think our volume would be a problem. We felt extremely disrespected and believe they only said these things to us because of our age. If you want an enjoyable movie going experience I suggest you find someplace else! read more

AMC's remodel has REALLY stepped their game up with their remodel. I've actually visited at least 4 times since their remodel that had a silent opening for Star Wars in mid december. Gone is the dusty smell and replaced with new car smell (which I know is all chemicals, but hey it's way better and smells new). Concessions are way better, the self serve soda machines with the multiple options are awesome, plus it actually has made concessions go by much quicker, and I do enjoy filling to my exact specifications on ice/soda. also filling your own Icee is always cool too because you can put soda in the bottom without looking like a douche at the counter asking for it. They also have hot options now like fries, pizza and chicken strips. Pricey, but the option is there. The self serve ticket kiosk in the front tends is just okay IMO, sometimes it's better to just sell tickets to ppl with an actual person rather than have ppl try and figure out touch screens. Okay lets get to the good stuff. POWER RECLINING LEATHER SEATS WITH TONS OF LEG ROOM!!! Yup big plus here. The seating is now #2 in town for me. #1 is Regal because IMO their stadium set up is better (if you are reclined and the person in front of you is not, you may still have a bit of obstruction, regal this is NOT a problem at all) and Regal Crossroads seats are a little wider. BUT AMC is still great and a little more plush. Plus some of the seats let you put up the arm rest so you can get a little more cozy with your significant other when watching the great romance that is Deadpool. Parking about as convenient as Regal in Crossroads, definitely better than dealing with Lincoln Square Cinemas Parking Garage, especially on a weekend. Now the only downsides of the theater is it is about 3 months later since they opened and they still have not set up assigned seating you can purchase online. This is both good and bad. The bad is you can't pre-purchase your seat a week in advance. The good is, you can still catch a flick 20-30 minutes before showing and find a good seat where as Regal for a popular movie has all their good seats sold out pretty quickly in advance and good luck finding a seat for a popular movie close to showing time unless you like the front row or far sides. Oh and last drawback if you're using even a premium gold free movie ticket, you still need to pay a convenience charge for new movies because this is a "luxury theater" in AMC's eyes. So as it stands my pecking order of theaters for Bellevue: #1 - Regal Crossroads - Assigned seating, best seating set up. #2 - AMC Factoria - Seating for couples is better, easier to get better seats to popular movies #3 - Lincoln Square Downtown - Still best concessions IMO. read more

I never saw the before, but the after is quite impressive and currently sets the bar for all other movie theaters, in my opinion. The seats are extremely comfortable -- they recline, have footrests, and are spaced out pretty well, so you don't physically rub elbows with your next-door neighbors. The downside is probably that you don't have access to any cuddling with your significant other because of the space, but that's okay, you'll enjoy it so much anyway, you'll forget you need to cuddle. This theater is no longer the joke of all theaters. It used to be so rundown and old. Especially as other theaters started to get leather, reclining seats, this one just felt like the forgotten middle child of the theaters. However, it has gone through puberty and has turned into a beautiful theater just like its siblings! There are now leather, reclining seats that make it easy to doze off while watching the movie, and the seats are much more spacious and comfortable, so you aren't forced into fighting for that arm rest if you don't want to. With these improvements obviously come price increases. The tickets here used to be cheaper, maybe $8 or $10. But now they're $11+ for prime time movies. If you come in during the middle of the day, you'll obviously get some good deals, still! Also, there is now assigned seating. This is cool because you aren't forced to get there early and sit through all the commercials just to guarantee good seats, but you do have to act quickly in buying your tickets -- which can now be done online! It's definitely cool to see this theater change after I've come back for college, and I'm looking forward to splurging on movies while I"m home for the summer! read more

Within Bellevue, this is the best theater. Its location is near a big shopping center, but it has its own parking lot and is removed enough that it isn't overly crowded. The reclining seats are also a huge bonus - cozy but spacious! read more

This place is incredible since they've remodeled. Very large comfortable chairs. Open every day Monday through Sunday. They were out of the Icee flavor that I usually like and I was a little bit late for the matenee so I had to pay full price. But other than that this place is pretty awesome read more

They haven't even jacked the prices like stupid IPIC in Redmond. All seats are great! Order ahead online and reserve too! Side note, even before the remodel I absolutely loved this place. NO ONE was ever here!!!! Maybe fore good reason but it was like your own personal run down big screen. Loved it. I have to say that the best part of this theater in my opinion is that they have committed to a diverse inclusive workforce! This my go to movie theater! While it's small, the space is clean and newly renovated. My favorite part about this theater is that they have recliner seats and an option to reserve seating ahead of time and at purchase. You can either work with a staff member to buy your ticket or use one of their easy to navigate electronic machines for a quick check out. Plenty of parking and close to a number of restaurants and mall to hang out before or after the movie. I would definitely recommend this theater whenever you are on the Eastside. read more

I love this theatre. The seats are huge comfortable recliners which is an awesome way to watch a movie. And the big reason is because I can pre-purchase tickets ahead of time and pick the seats I am buying tickets for. So if you show up close to movie time you can still sit together. They also have a separate station for you to butter your popcorn-yum! So we can run out and add more butter as we get deeper in the container. Last of all, they have the soda machines where you can pick from a ton of flavors. All around an A++ experience! read more

Super friendly staff, comfy seats, great location. Yes the main parking lot is small but they have AMPLE parking all along the building. You might have to walk a bit but you're about to sit on your butt for at least 90 min so I think its fine. (there are plenty handicap spots upfront as well) I remember when this place was a dump, I vividly remember seeing rats outside and the whole place just reeking of mixed smells. This place now is nothing like that at all. They have made so many improvements here the main one being their seating. Like many other theaters in the are they have introduced the reclined/assigned seating. I personally like their seats WAY more than regal cinemas. Their rewards program is really rewarding if you frequently visit. If you have the choice between here and regal in crossroads I highly recommend coming here! read more

Here's what happens when you renovate an old theater and upgrade it but the reviews still speak for the old theater. Recliner seats which are plush and really comfortable.. priced at 10 bucks on weekdays. Now isn't that a steal? It is and yet the reviews are bad because the old theater was every bit clumsy as mentioned in the reviews. The new setup is definitely worth a try. For all those who have stayed away because of the old reviews, do come and pay a visit. This is more of a 4 star establishment but I'm giving an extra star for all the effort they put into renovation. Worth the buck that you pay to watch movies here. read more

Buy your tickets through fandango in advance. All seating is assigned when you buy your ticket so you can pick where you want to sit. Since your seats are reserved you don't need to show up early, even for sold out shows. I am so spoiled by this theatre I don't want to go back to a regular movie theatre anymore. read more
