The reclining seats were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to stretch out. Once settled in, all it took was a push of a button to order food and drinks. There was no missing key scenes while standing in line for popcorn or sprinting to the concession stand during previews. Having everything brought directly to your seat felt a little dangerous because it makes it far too easy to keep ordering snacks. Also comes with a free bucket of popcorn for each ticket. The premium seats also have a nice small barrier wall so that way you can't see anyone from your left or right depending on the seat - these seats always come in pairs, so it's like good for dates or night outs for couples. There is a side button to turn on light but the light is pretty small and not worth using. The reclining was decent and there are plenty of cup holders for multiple drinks. Ordering was pretty simple, there is a QR code on the hand rest table which we could take a look at the menu (which you can also look from the site). Once you are ready to order, you can press on the call button. The food variety is decent, when you press call button, a person will come to take your order and payment. Food pricing can be a bit expensive depending on what you are getting. The pretzels were pretty good, you get two pieces with three types of dips. The club sandwich is pretty good. Water is a bit expensive, would recommend bringing your own bottled water if you want regular water. Overall movie experience was good, smaller size theater room but it was pretty good with lighting and sound. We watched Super Mario Galaxy and will come back in the future for more movies for sure.

The sound system is also below average compared to other theaters. Overall, the theater feels neglected and, at times, somewhat filthy, which takes away from what should be a relaxing and enjoyable movie-going experience. What makes this more disappointing is that ticket prices and concession prices are comparable to better-maintained theaters in the area, yet the quality of the experience is noticeably lower. We continue to visit primarily because of the convenience, but the theater would greatly benefit from improvements in cleanliness, seating, and overall upkeep.

We were not happy. The ticket agent at the front notified the manager who came to talk to us, get some clarification on what had happened and see what he could do to remedy the situation. He (regretfully we did not get his name) went above and beyond to make us happy. He had seats and a table moved into an available space, provided ticket passes and numerous other compensation for the missed step in ticket rescheduling. We had a wonderful experience watching the movie in comfort with good food and spot on service. We will definitely be returning. Any establishment that provides such high quality service deserves much support!

The only wines available were bottles at a much higher price point, which was disappointing. I'm still wondering what happened to their wine selection. Hubby did enjoy a nice cold beer served in a frosty glass, and that was perfect. Dinner was actually pretty good. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the lobster mac and cheese was tasty, although there wasn't much lobster to be found. Now for the theater itself... The seats are definitely showing their age and are getting a little rickety. Service was almost nonexistent. The one bright spot was a food runner who kindly pointed us to the QR code for the menu and even offered to bring us a printed menu. He was great. We ordered our movie snacks, but that's where things really went downhill. The popcorn was as stale as stale can be, the M&M's tasted old and a little funky, and somehow my club soda came with about four ice cubes and wasn't even very refreshing. The movie itself was good, and we still enjoyed having a much-needed date night together. Overall, though, it's sad to see this theater slipping because it used to be the place to go. The building the theater is on is not that tall. I thought the view would be more skyline but then again you are there to watch a movie so the location makes sense and post oak is a great location. The view is still lovely and it is a nice experience. Only part I was a bit uncomfortable with were the headphones. They are the big ear muff headphones so they don't go inside your ear. I understand the need for the headphones but due to this I am not sure I will go back. Maybe in the future if they do similar to drive in theater where you can personally tune in to a station to hear the movie audio with your own personal headphones. Service was good, there are several drink options and snacks.

We also had the seats that vibrated with the music and also had heat. We didn't need the heat of course. Bar and food service was good, we got snacks and drinks to enjoy during the movie. Still full from lunch so mostly drinks. Servers were attentive. There was a button on the chair if you wanted service. The movie was really good. I got nervous when a group of younger kids filed in and proceeded to sit in the very top row behind us. Not nervous about them being kids but they were a lively bunch, from a birthday party. Great idea to have a party at the movies. Bad idea to have it at this kind of movie. Before the movie started, we heard "hee hee" an unhealthy amount of times. We sat through about half the movie and they got restless. Standing up, talking, moving around. I complained (rang the food buzzer) and the worker said someone already complained and the manager has addressed them. They will address them again. I reported it again when I left and got the nicest email today with points to go see another movie. Thank you Michael with Cinemark guest services!! Underpromised and overdelivered. I will give you another chance. You redeemed yourself. I wasn't looking for anything, I just wanted them to address the issue and acknowledge our experience. The tickets were not cheap and we deserved to see the movie in peace. My wife's accompanying glass of wine waited to make a fashionably late appearance 20 minutes later. RUNNING MAN ROCKED!!! Though I do love a theatre experience, I could have had better drinks, better food, and still been just as happy sitting in front of the fireplace wrapped in a blanket and watched it at home on my ridiculously too big TV.
