Just came to see Ready Or Not: Here I Come with my brother. We had great service from Kennedy. Actually, it was outstanding! She is extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at a place we come to very often. The popcorn and sodas were delicious. The place was clean and eveyone seemed to be in a great mood, which I think is due to the service that people like Kennedy provide. read more

Went here yesterday with my mom and sister to see The Book Club. The early matinee prices are a good deal! They also had a special at the concessions, which was a small popcorn and pop for $5. The popcorn was fresh and hot. They also have the popcorn butter station with salt as well. You can choose your own drink of choice at four drink dispensers. The inside is kept clean in the lobby and food area. The theatre itself was clean as well and offers a lot of seating. Staff is kind and provides quick service. This theatre is a great value and I would highly recommend seeing a movie here. We will definitely be back! read more

Super old theater and extremely disappointed in them not having menu items and the seats from from the 80's are definitely a huge disappointment. Online they address that there AMC locations have these wonderful recliners and clean environments but unfortunately they skipped this location. We will not revisit. read more

AMC has built some fantastic new theaters... and unfortunately this is not one of them. The narrow, stiff upright backs of the narrow seats date back to the 1950s. Oddly enough, my buttocks could count the springs trying to pop through, reinforcing the 1950s feel of the seats. If you weren't around then, think of a flight in a Boeing 737. Three hours in auditorium 4 for Wakanda was barely tolerable. I suggest seeing this movie, but at a more modern theater. I could mention the screen, and I will. It's small. It's a relic of the 1970s when they were cutting big screens and large auditoriums in half to have "multiplexes". Now, I don't know if they did that here but its small. At these ticket prices, not to mention almost $20 for a coke and popcorn, oh, I guess I did mention it (!), moviegoers deserve top notch seating comfort, not the worn out old crud you normally find in third run dollar theaters. This venue should be shut down until AMC can afford to modernize it. And don't say you haven't been warned. read more

Love $5 Tuesday movies. So why 3 stars? Because the theater says the movie will start at 6 pm. So we arrive about 5:35. Get our snacks, use the restroom and prepare to see some movie previews. Instead we got 20 minutes of commercials for businesses. Okay, we get it. This pays so we can have $5 movies. But then 6 o'clock rolls around and they start previews for 22 mins! Then afterwards all the garbage bins are overflowing, no paper for the ladies restrooms in 50% of the stalls. If you really want us to come back and pay regular price for movies don't you think the movie should start on time, the ladies rooms should have toilet paper and someone should empty the garbage cans? read more

Went to see Spiderman No Way Home on Monday. It was so dirty in there. If I hadn't preordered - prepaid for the tickets and concessions, we would have left. Multiple wet floor signs all over, because no one was mopping up previous spills. The floor was one big puddle when getting concessions. I was worried myself or someone was going to fall in the mess. Every counter was sticky and dirty. Drink machines not working, butter reservoir overflowing. Every garbage can was full as to where guests were putting their garbage on the floor. PLEASE put cleanliness a little higher on the list for employees and guests. read more

Very clean with enough parking space outside. Various showtimes. The staff here are great and i appreciate that at this particular visit a certain staff member went above and beyond. I wish i wouldve asked his name. Next time I go, I hope to see him there so that i can ask what it was. Anyhow, i was here w my family and with the kids, we had ordered quite a bit. A few things we ordered were gonna have us waiting about 5 minutes before they would be ready. The gentleman told us to go in the theatre and have a seat and he would bring it to us. He had a great attitude and like always, the customer service is outstanding! The movie screens were pretty big but I couldn't take a photo as my hands were full. Next time I'll remember to make sure I snap a few. The seats were quite comfortable and not dirty like most theatre seats can be. There were no annoying conversations or talk throughout the movie, so that was a plus as well. Great location, near a ton of stores and restaurants. I will definitely be returning! read more

I have not been to the movie theatre in about 3 years and my grandson wanted to go see Puss in Boots tonight. We went to 6:45pm showing and was not busy at all. We went to get some snacks before the movie. They had 2 hot dogs that looked like they were there for about 3 hours. I asked them to make me 2 fresh ones so they did. As we were waiting for hot dogs I started to look around and boy was this place disgusting. Popcorn all over the floor and counters, floors were so sticky that if I would've stood there for about a half hour, I would've got stuck to the floor. My grandson had to poop so we went to the bathrooms and they were worse then what I saw in the lobby. Toilets were stained with shit, Irineo all on the floor and floors were sticky from urine, sinks were disgusting and my 5 year old was so disgusted and didn't even want to sit on the toilet seat. I tried to put toilet paper on all sides of the seat so he could sit on but he was so disgusted and that was far from good enough for him. He did sit down did pee and said he didn't have to poop anymore and chose to just hold it for the next 3 hours until we got home. The whole time 4 employees sat on their phones in that courtesy booth or whatever it was called, before and was still sitting there after the movie on the way out. Who the hell is the manager. He needs to be fired. Seriously!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. read more

Whenever I visit home, I ended up coming to these movie theatres. Between 12 and 16, every movie you could want to watch is available. My only complaint is it seems like there are always lines no matter the time of day. The theatres are clean, and the staff is nice. They're relatively efficient at their jobs. Whenever we are in the theatres, we always enjoy a nice and comfortable show. I have yet to experience a theatre glitch, so good job 12 and 16! read more

My preference to come to this location versus down the road. The seats are more comfortable here. Able to rest my head on the top of the chair without it digging into the back of my head. Definitely like coming here to the matinee showings. I have no complaints about this theater other than wish it would get upgraded to recliners. read more

They have changed a couple of things here. Now when you buy tickets, instead of talking to a cashier, you walk up to a kiosk and make your purchase there. You have to choose which seats you want in the theater. Some people are not quick with technology, so there is longer wait lines while these people stumble their way through their transaction. The concession lines have two queue lines, one for regular customers, and one for members of the "Stubs" club. The cashiers call two customers from the Stubs line first, then one from the regular line, and so on. Seems unfair to me. read more

The first thing is my wife is wearing a knee brace so we purchased seats in handicap, come to find out some are for wheel chair only which is poorly explained on website. The management sat there and shock their head yet cared little about my complaint. 2 of our seats were taken by others and instead of moving those people, they moved us to front row where u have to look straight up and even then the screen is darkened. After spending $45 on snacks they suggested to wait an hour for another screening. A professional business would at the least offer complimentary tickets. I would probably save your money, this theater use to be ran well. The last thing about my experience is the movie started 30 minutes late, the sound went down after 15 minutes which made it harder to hear. read more

This theater is the worst. The customer service is beyond ridiculously poor. My husband and I were treated like second class citizens because we didn't have the premier card. I understand the premise behind having a premier card that allows you to line jump. This is an effective perk when the theater is busy and full. It is a poor representation of quality customer service when you are 1st family in line of 2 families ready to get your ticket and are completely ignored because the other family walks.in through the premiere line. The lazy schleppy manager on duty was completely dumbstruck on how to handle my displeasure with the clerks disregard of me and my husband. I used to work at showplace 16 when it first opened a looooooong time ago and even I still get confused sometimes. They've done away with the small popcorn. You have a choice between the "regular" which is $7 plus or the large which I didn't even notice the price of. The place is seriously outdated.
