The movie didn't even start for another hour, and it wasn't just a bunch of previews, the was just a blue screen with music behind it for 40 minutes, then the before-show preview played with no sound, and then the actual movie didn't start for another 10 minutes. We just saw "Barbie" here on a recent weekday afternoon...and loved the movie btw! I love being able to buy tickets and reserve seats ahead of time. I use the Fandango app to do this as we periodically use other theaters, but AMC also has their own app. It's great being able to get a pretty good idea of how crowded the theater will be, as I think most people get their tickets in advance. The seats are large, super comfy, able to recline fully and even heated if needed! There is an option to actually order food/drinks ahead of time and have it brought right to your seat. We've never used this, but it seems like a fantastic idea in light of the long line I observed at concessions. We don't go to a movie theater very often and boy, I had forgotten just how many previews and ads they run! We arrived 15 minutes prior to air time and previews were running when we walked in and continued until the movie actually started 28 MINUTES after the advertised start time! So note to self: you can arrive at 3:43 PM for a 3:15 show and not miss a thing! So this would be my only complaint but in all fairness, as long as you know this is how it works, no worries! You can just plan your arrival accordingly! Great theater with many great movies! We'll definitely be back. read more

Icee machines "broken" most if not all the time. It's always shut off or not working at all. Why has it been inconsistent and if it's broken why hasn't it gotten fixed. This place is not great overall thought. There are better AMCs that are more modern, cleaner, have more drink and food options, and that actually have Dobly/IMAX. The nice thing about this place is that most if not all of the rooms have recliner seats. This place has so much potential, it could do better, especially in the community of Temecula. read more

Worst almost experience ever. As soon as I got in the theatre 10 smelled like straight vomit. As I proceed to my seat in the thick smell of vomit I get to my seats they are worn torn up. Nope left getting a refund never coming back. I'm so glad I didn't order any food. read more

The seats didn't work and people were in my seats when I brought it to a persons attention they simply said if there's room just move to the side. I don't understand why I had to pick seats ahead of time then. Also I lost sunglasses and when i tried calling the theater no one answered. The website/app says to leave a detailed email and I did that and no response. It is a little far of a drive to go back, but it would be nice if I was able to get a response to just know if they were found. Probably won't be back. read more

I just had to hop on here and write a review after going to AMC today. 90% of the time when we go to watch a movie in theaters we choose AMC. The customer service is top-notch every single time. I've never done a review about it so I wanted to give a shout out to the employees today they all deserve a raise every single employee that we encounter anytime we go to AMC is above and beyond friendly, helpful and kind! Sidenote, we love the bar and the movie themed drinks that they do here the size of the drinks is awesome compared to other theaters and the themed drinks never disappoint . A couple less positive things to note is that the last two times we went the foot part for the recliner on the seat did not work and the seats are looking a little worn down. Hopefully they check the seats to fix the ones that aren't working and repair the fabric on the ones that are heavily worn. Those are the only negative things I have to say, and they could be easily fixed. We will find an excuse to come to AMC again soon! read more

We really enjoy visiting this AMC theater When we want to see a movie. The theater is clean, they offer a variety of food and snacks at the snack bar and you can serve yourself your own soda or icees that's are refillable. I don't really like the paper straws as they fall apart fast. Why not have eco friendly straws? I think they had it at one time but went back to paper so now I end up bringing my own from home. If you continue to go to AMC I highly recommend joining their Stubbs rewards program! You don't get charged a fee for booking online as it is waived and you also get the benefit of standing in the separate line for food for members! For the most part it's a pretty clean theater unless there's a rush of people but they do get the job done! The theater has reclining chairs in each theater..not as far back as I'd like but still comfortable and they even have a warming button on them! We continue to come here as they always have the movies we would like to see, the great features and the employees we have encountered have been helpful and friendly. read more

This is the dirtiest movie theater I've ever been to in my life. It was DISGUSTING. The chairs were broken. We bought slushees and all of the machines were broken. The bathroom smelled like sewage and had no toilet paper in any stalls but tons on the floor. I can't even buy tickets because AMC hasn't posted times, yet claim to be posted by Wednesday afternoon. No one else is carrying The Chosen Season 1 except for AMC Temecula, and you can't buy tickets!!! But yet that horrible Snow White movie has at least 8 showings. Is this intentional??? You cannot talk to a human, even at corporate level. Infuriating. read more

Visited 12/23/2019 Decided to catch the final episode of Star Wars The Rise Of Skywalker. This Theater has very nice reclining seats. Although they are a tad close together they still are a nice way to watch a movie. Yes theater does sell alcoholic beverages beer wine and a few others. Right by the snack bar there is a actual liquor bar unfortunately on this visit they didn't see fit to open it. We check back several times through the movie and guess what they didn't want to put anybody on there Manning it. The beer would've been nice to sip on while watching the movie. Nice sounding speakers in the theater and a nice clear screen. If they had opened the bar and if the chairs weren't so close together I would've given them more than 3 1/2 stars. Still for the money it's not a bad experience. I may give them a try again sometime. read more

Went to an 8:45 show, got in line for food/candy and was told they shut off their oven for the night. We were not able to order anything except nachos, popcorn, candy, drinks. A person at the cash register advised us that they shut down their oven right after the last showing starts. We thought this was odd, because it was only 845. We asked if they could turn the oven back on since it was five minutes after the last showing started and she went to ask her manager, came back and said no. Our teenage son had not eaten yet and we planned on him eating at the theater. We asked if we could just get our money back because we decided to go to dinner, and they advised us that we were not able to get money back because we paid for the tickets using Apple Pay. We spoke with manager who let us know he does not have the ability to give us our money back in cash that he could only give us gift cards to use in the future. There is no way we will be coming back to this theater. As we were standing there waiting for a manager, we noticed at least six other people who were extremely frustrated due to their lack of customer service. read more

TOO HOT and RECLINERS ONLY PARTIALLY RECLINE. Our family recently went to watch a movie at AMC and we noticed right away that the theater was very warm. By the time the movie was over everyone in the theater was dripping with sweat and several people were complaining that they were feeling lightheaded. We complained to the young manager but he just looked at us with a blank look on his face. He should have at least offered our money back. First time at this theater and won't go back! Went for an afternoon movie, wasn't too busy and this place was super dirty. We were in line for popcorn, 4 of the workers behind the counter standing around talking and not helping customers. The women's bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper or soap. The lobby floor was filthy. With that many workers standing around you'd think the floor would be cleaner. The recliners are uncomfortable. Just an all around bad experience. read more

I've never left a review for a movie theater before so this is a first. There are two equally important things about this location that make this a 5 star rating for me. 1. The price is right. Some theaters in town, especially the one by the mall are charging way too much... I'm sorry but a movie should not be super expensive, otherwise, I'll watch it on my couch and get takeout. Period. A theater that doesn't get that, should and will go out of business. This theater has the best price point out there. Tuesdays are $5 which we appreciate being a family of 8...and the rest I believe around about $7-8 which still adds up for a big family but it is reasonable ...but point #2 will make the case for this place 2. The new reclining chair seating is incredible. Especially given the price point. The one by the mall still has old school uncomfortable seats and charges more...like what??? No way. So the other day I had pest control coming and had my newborn and had to get out of the house. Didn't even care to see a movie but bought a ticket to one here... why... because their seating is BOMB. Nursed the baby and took a nap during the movie and guess what... next time I have to leave the house I will be back to watch 2 back to back movies in these chairs because it's THAT comfortable. All this being said, the gem of this place is in the price point offered and the comfortable seats. Also they do have the bottomless soda and popcorn special that might even make you holler back on top of all that. My husband's parents who are super old came for the Tuesday $5 movies and popcorn soda special...like they treated it like the most sacred day of the week and I could have been in the hospital needing their help and they still wouldn't cancel their movie plans. The 5 star rating is not for the Theater itself but for the staff. They are very helpful and courteous. There was an issue with the app not showing my tickets for an upcoming movie "Bring her back". It was scheduled for a different theater. I was in Temecula so i stopped by the AMC 10 there. Cynthia who was the manager at the time helped me. I explained to her how my app was not showing my ticket for the showing i booked at AMC 14 UTC which was over 40 miles away. She didn't have to help me since they are there to help with issues at their own theater but she took it upon herself to actually verify our tickets and actually write down all of our confirmation numbers, our theater number and our seat assignments. She wrote it down on an AMC Ticket stock so i could bring it into the the other theater and it would seem legit to the ticket taker. Just got to the AMC 14 UTC and the ticket taker looked at it and said you are good! Thanks again for your help Cynthia! The theater itself could use some TLC as some of the seats have broken heater buttons and worn out leather on the seats and armrests. Also It would be great to have a Premium format in at least one of the theaters like Dolby Cinema or IMAX. The nearest theaters to me that have those formats are in San Diego which is 40 miles away for me. North San Diego County needs an AMC Theater as Regal Cinemas is the established Monopoly here. read more

The food was absolutely atrocious, my chicken tenders were soggy and felt uncooked, the theater we were in reeked of mold! Bathroom never has paper towels it seems. The customer service was good and that's truly about it. Usually my partner and I are used to fast paced service with quality snacks and food at other AMC locations but this was not one of them. Tiny AMC with barely working reclining seats. they were comfortable but the buttons to control them are fading or gone (had to look at the seat next to me to find out where to press to get mine to work and even then had to push on it super hard to even get it to sense). Popcorn was ok but not piping hot. No flavored powder but we brought our own. Luckily they have a coke freestyle machine and icee. The seats look clean so that was a good. We saw 1 bathroom with 1 toilet. Hope there are more but we didn't look around much just watched the movie, found a restroom and left. read more

We have been coming here a couple of times a year, over the past 20 years. This cinema is preferred by us, for first run movies, because it is not as hectic as the Regal located by the mall. The theater is clean, as are the restrooms. The employees have always been nice, very service oriented. The snack bar is okay, with the popcorn always being delicious. They serve alcoholic beverages for those inclined. The reclining seats are comfortable, but the directions on the arm rest take a bit to figure out. The screens, projection and sound have always been top quality. We will continue coming here, when there is a decent movie worth paying to see. read more

First time at this location and it was a little disappointing. The staff was really nice, all teenagers but very professional. It was not as clean as most AMC Theaters and a little dated. Seats were uncomfortable, concession stand was not up to par either. I would recommend bringing your own snacks. The soda machine was inoperable as well. I haven't watched a movie in a theatre in a long time and was surprised that AMC makes little effort to attract people to go. The seats are low, so you have to crane your neck to see the movie. The menu isn't visible once you get close to the cashier so I just got a coffee. The AMC sign outside was dark so I almost went elsewhere. Probably should have. It wasn't obvious where to buy the tickets, turns out they directed me to the concession line where you buy snacks. So weird and confusing.I plan on rewatching this movie at a better venue. AMC Temecula 10, hands down one of the best AMC theaters I've gone to in my life. Always very clean, the staff is always very friendly. I find parking to be very easy to find. It's located right now to a Chili's and a Black Angus so if you're trying to make a date out of your outing then definitely go to one of those. read more

We were at Temecula AMC, watching It Ends with Us in theater 1 at 4:30pm. We were seated in seats C9-C10. Throughout the movie, a couple behind us CONTINUOUSLY talked. I went out of the auditorium to get a manager. I spoke with the door agent, who advised he would get a manager to speak with them. I went back to our seat and NO MANAGER came and these people continued to talk. After the show, went to the concessions and asked for manager. No one knew who was the manager on shift. Finally, determined it was Jack. Asked to speak with said manager, Jack. Waited approximately 10 minutes and NEVER saw "Jack". This was absolutely unacceptable! read more
