This location does not have great customer service. Every visit something happens. Last time we came they gave us undercooked fries. I asked for new ones. The second ones came out and they were burnt. It was fairly clean and ok. This visit i waited over 30 minutes while manager was overlooking associate complete a transaction. Every visit something happens here. Staff has no urgency or efficiency in completing their tasks. Its slow when we come and when we were in line it was only one person in front. Had a free 30 minutes of play so decided to stop by before summer ended. There are only three kids working between the front, register, prize counter, food and the actual mouse. It took over an hour for one pizza and a side of fries after the fact we only purchased 60 minutes of play for our kids, fries were scarce and burnt. Then we redeemed another coupon for an additional 30 minutes on his card and so many games were out of order that he assumed his time was up. When we went to check on the kiosk, he actually had three minutes left so his card had been running the entire time without us knowing. There's a young African-American gentleman (Corey) that I gave the benefit of the doubt when we first got here because he seemed to be by himself or he was by himself at the moment he was doing the cash register and had to help us up at the front. We ordered a Groupon that came with a large pizza for drinks and two 1 hour play passes. He scan the Groupon and give me a total at first. I didn't question it, but after looking at the receipt, it seemed that was charged for wrist lanyard. He never asked if we wanted these nor did we tell him we wanted these he wasn't aware if we had some from the past or even needed them. My husband approached him about the manner and he seemed to have a piss poor attitude about the situation and actually snatched the receipt from him. Before leaving, I went to go ask if they had any cotton candy as I was approaching him. He already seemed extremely annoyed by my presence. I asked him if he had cotton candy. He said no I said OK and then he chuckled. Not sure what's funny, but his mannerism is extremely unprofessional. My grandkids have an annual pass (Rip-off!!) and yet we still had to fork up an additional $20 each just so they could enter the jungle gym area. This used to be a place of affordability but now it's a money pit serviced by a bunch of young kids that lack the true nature of servicing the public. Word of advice to your young employee base: get off your phones during work hours, take pride in your job, smile from time-to-time, and remember you work in the service industry. This location I won't recommend to take your children. The manager and the Worker his name is Matthew the lady manager. I don't know her name she wouldn't give it to me. The food and service is horrible. I ordered Buffalo wings and my son asked to be a little Krispy. They brought them out charcoal black when I come to ask to remake them they threatened me because we ask, they make them crispy. The worker named Matthew assaulted. My granddaughter she's only four years old the manager she's very racist and prejudice. I called corporate. They didn't do anything. I try to get a hold of the manager and told them my experience all because I asked for redo my wings they wanted to call the cops and told me my kind of people do this all the time and I told her this was my second time coming at your location I never had an issue before all I'm asking is to redo my wings. They're not they start yelling when my granddaughter wanted a cup of water he refused to give a cup but instead grab the cup. 1/13/24 His name is Mack! If you plan a party here, ask for him by name. He was our server and took care of us from start to finish. I cannot believe the professionalism of this young man. Every body in our party (17 kids + 12 adults) left happy. We had an amazing experience here, this evening. Planned our Grandson's party, 5 yo, a week ago. Had to do everything online. The website was easy to book and allowed me to make changes 2 times. I was so pleased with the whole process. Murrieta is crowded. There must've been 5 birthdays going at the same time. Extremely Disappointed! Corporate Needs to Intervene!! As a paying parent with two Summer Fun Passes, my kids and I visit this Chuck E. Cheese 1-2 times a week. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disrespectful and dismissive, especially from an older male employee with black and grey hair. He's repeatedly rude, rolls his eyes, and acts annoyed anytime I ask for assistance. Most recently, he refused to let me redeem a member-exclusive Dippin' Dots coupon, even after a manager confirmed I could. Rather than apologize or correct his mistake, he doubled down and tried to charge me anyway. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. This has been an ongoing issue, and I'm beyond disappointed. We spend real money here, and we deserve to be treated with basic respect. Corporate needs to retrain this staff immediately!!!! We just had our son's birthday party here, and they beyond exceeded my expectations! This location is very clean, today was crowded but the staff were constantly cleaning up and keeping everything nice. Their pizza is really delicious and the new topping options are great. I just had to show up with a cake--they handled everything else and it was the easiest party ever, for such a great price. I have been getting summer membership pass for my family for a few years now and I really enjoy this location. I have been to a good amount of other Chuck E. Cheese locations, even in Northridge area and this location is by far my favorite. It also has some of the best employees compared to other locations. I really want to give a shout out to Rich! Was a little apprehensive based on the negative reviews but my kids really wanted to go. So I decided to give it a shot. We ended up having so much fun together as a family playing games! Hailey not sure if that's how you spell her name but she came over as soon as she saw that we walked in the door and checked us in. Then she helped us at the counter. She was really friendly and helpful. It was more expensive than I remembered it being even with a coupon. We ordered one of the combo deals. Upgraded the pizza to an XL which it also came with the app sampler. Then we added two 60 min game cards which came out to $104. I did bring in a award certificate from chuckecheese's website however when she checked with the manager. Unfortunately, their location does not honor it. It's a bummer because the awards are incentives for your kids for doing well at a doctor/dentist visit, doing well at school, and/or sports. I feel like if they did accept those, we'd definitely use it as an incentive and come more frequently. But that's ok I guess I get to save some money then lol I love that you can pause your card so that you can eat and once you're done. You can continue where you left off. The person who helped us at the ticket counter was super patience and helpful! My kids got these cool light up swords for 1500 tickets each. Batteries not included. Overall, service was great, food was good, and we had a great time as a family. We did come on a Sunday night about 2 hours before they closed on Mother's Day so it wasn't busy. Therefore we didn't have to wait and got to play all the games we wanted to play. Based on our experience tonight, I'd recommend coming here for a few hours of fun. read more

My kid enjoyed himself playing here. We love that the person at the entrance stops and checks your hand when coming in and out. I didn't like there were a number of games out of service. The line wait for prizes was ridiculously long however the attendant gave us extra tickets for the wait. There's a game in there to win a prize but you wait for staff to restock it and it was not don't frequently. They have a kiosk to reload time on cards. We opted for a wristband because it was very convenient for our kid to wear his band and get games started on his own. Food was not cost friendly at all. We did get a pizza and it was really good but wings were very expensive. All in all we will go back because our kid enjoyed it but it could use a little sprucing up. read more

I went in not realizing the indoor playground area was remodeled again and also enlarged. What a great surprise that was! I have to say management is doing a great job at this location. Someone was constantly at the entrance checking families in/out, bathrooms were clean, and the facility was clean with most if not all, the games working. The staff were constantly walking around checking on tables, cleaning, and making sure things were running smoothly. The last highlight for me was the salad bar. I never order it, but I have to say the salad bar at this location was constantly replenished, cleaned, and had fresh fruit. I will absolutely be back. The manager Cory is a Hero...he is so kind to his team and an insane lady was cussing at everyone on the team because she and her husband and their 5 kids came in at 8:30pm a few days ago and were upset that the place closes at 9. Cory came to help after she was screaming cussing upsetting everyone and scaring my son in line behind her. Cory was so kind calm professional and calmed her down and made her happy and was super kind to us as well and we apologized to him for her behavior. Stephanie was a great host to my nephews party. Everything was on time. Ordered pizza, drinks, bday cake with candles, and dip n dots for kids. They have mouse crowns and balloons included too. They gave 2hr unlimited cards for games but no more tickets. You don't win many points tho in any games. There's no whole Chuck E. Cheese scary band but screens of kids pop jams which is kinda fun modern music. We got there at opening on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded so our party had a nice time. I could see that later in the day it would be crowded. The workers were cleaning games and the kids chairs. Salad bar was refilled by workers with gloves. Surprisingly not terrible. 90s kid pov review: the unlimited play ads that played on YouTube got me so this past weekend I decided to take my little one and it was actually a fun time. Pricy and chaotic with so many people around but fun. The last time I went to Chuck E. Cheese was before the rebrand years ago so when they had the smelled-like-pee play zone tubes, actual tickets print outs and glitchy character robots so it was nice to see it actually clean with new games. I found myself actually trying out some of the games! The customer service was also friendly and helpful. Didn't want to try the food since the pizza from my youth left a scar in my tastebuds - sped up my lactose intolerance I swear, but have plans to come back and maybe .. just maybe try out their platters. read more

Had a great birthday service here for my daughter's bday! I had a large party of around 35 people and bought the Ultimate party. Our host Mack was super helpful and awesome, he definitely exceeded my expectations for being our party host. My daughter actually fell and scraped her knee and he helped clean her wound and got a bandaid on. We ordered a lot of food.. the pizza was delicious. we had the best time taking our kids here during spring break! they opened up a new section that has a mini trampoline park and it was such a hit for my 3 year old. i love that there is a height limit that way the bigger kids aren't trampling the littles like at actual trampoline parks. we decided to do 30 mins of play which was $23 and then the trampoline portion was $10 with the purchase of play. without play it's $20 just for the trampoline. their service was so much better than past experiences. the employee really explained to me how it works with the trampoline portion and everything. the place itself seems so much cleaner and nicer. even the bathrooms are better than previous years. overall we had such a fun time ! we will be back read more

We arrived at 10:00 when it opened. Check in got our cards to play for an hour. More guest were piling in and manager stood there talking to another employee or friend and didnt help. The one gal had to check in everyone, get their cards and food order and help with the ticket station. Again manager watched and not once helped. Was there for 1 1/2 hours.
