    Under cooked fries
    Zuleika H.

This location does not have great customer service. Every visit something happens. Last time we came they gave us undercooked fries. I asked for new ones. The second ones came out and they were burnt. It was fairly clean and ok. This visit i waited over 30 minutes while manager was overlooking associate complete a transaction. Every visit something happens here. Staff has no urgency or efficiency in completing their tasks. Its slow when we come and when we were in line it was only one person in front. The manager doesn't seem to have customer service attitude to assist while people are waiting.

2.5 With Chuck-E-Cheese here is fairly clean. Bathroom is small but also clean. Not really much to talk about at Chuck E cheese, the cardboard pizza is the same as everywhere else. Small salad bar here that is sometimes kept full.. definitely wish there were more options here on the salad bar like I've had to the other. Chuck E Cheese's. The three little square trampolines here are great for the kids to burn energy.. there's also a little obstacle course. I think without those two things I would have given the place two stars. I think the service here has always been good. I've never interacted with the manager or anything, but it's definitely comforting that there's never been an issue with somebody not being at the entrance exit Making sure that our kiddos are safe. Your make sure you bring your own non-slip socks to wear in the trampoline. Otherwise you're going to have to purchase them here and they are way overpriced.

Children wanted to say thank you to the staff!

Back in 1987 I started taking my children and now grandchildren to Chuck E. Cheese. I love Chuck E. Cheese !!! Recently, On May 28, 2024 I stopped at Chuck E. Cheese in Moreno Valley. Great place to visit if you're in the area the staff were super friendly and amazing with the children. The food was delicious and fresh. Mr. Jr was very patient and helpful as I used my gift cards that I bought at Costco. Thank you ! I definitely recommend this location too.

This location I won't recommend to take your children. The manager and the Worker his name is Matthew the lady manager. I don't know her name she wouldn't give it to me. The food and service is horrible. I ordered Buffalo wings and my son asked to be a little Krispy. They brought them out charcoal black when I come to ask to remake them they threatened me because we ask, they make them crispy. The worker named Matthew assaulted. My granddaughter she's only four years old the manager she's very racist and prejudice. I called corporate. They didn't do anything. I try to get a hold of the manager and told them my experience all because I asked for redo my wings they wanted to call the cops and told me my kind of people do this all the time and I told her this was my second time coming at your location I never had an issue before all I'm asking is to redo my wings. They're not they start yelling when my granddaughter wanted a cup of water he refused to give a cup but instead grab the cup. Put water in there and tell my granddaughter ha ha you're not getting any water. He has a serious mental issue. I don't know how they allow him to work at this establishment where there's children.

After a 30 dollar pizza and a 30 dollar game card my granddaughter and I were told we needed to pay another $20 dollars to use their trampoline and slide station. Seems very steep for what play area looked like. So you can't say "a kid could be a kid" and as your sign also says " All you can play". Check out pics...I'll probably never go back.

To know especially that these are rescued animals and are being taken care of so carefully, giving us the privilege of being able to give them our love as well, it was a heartwarming experience. Plenty of free parking available right infront of the sanctuary. There is a cute little shop attached to the sanctuary, where you can buy their handmade truffle chocolates which are so delicious (coming from someone who isn't a fan of truffle chocolates), fresh farm eggs, honey, and other delicacies. With your zoo "ticket" you get 2 free samples of their chocolates and a hefty bag of feed for the animals. The animals are mostly in their own pens, with some together. There's even a couple of the pigs you'll find out of pens, just hanging out on the property, laying beside the building. You're able to go into the tortoise pen and feed/pet him as well, 2 people at a time inside the pen, as he does get anxious. You're not able to feed all of the animals, but for the most part you can. Each pen has a sign for which animals are ok to feed/pet and which are not. They are very calm and friendly, as long as you are too. They take the feed very gently and don't bite your fingers. On the weekends they offer pizza made fresh for the visitors, and have plenty of covered outdoor seating options to enjoy. They also offer wine tasting, but we did not partake, as we had just left a winery, but I'm sure it is quite enjoyable as well. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area and it's a 5 minute drive from the wineries!

It's probably better in the fall/winter since there's no shade and the sun was hot. Most of the cages didn't have names or descriptions on the animal's story, which would've helped improve the experience. We couldn't see the tortoise since he was in his house and no one was around to let us in the pen. The chocolate truffles are great; we bought some of those.

PIRATES AND DINOSAURS MINI-GOLF We paid for the two 9-hole courses (pirates and dinosaurs themes). You simply retrieve another ball at the counter between plays as you lose your ball down the last hole. We thought the pirate course was the better of the two, having some animated screens and was also less busy the day we went. Both courses are indoor and glow-in-the-dark. VISUALLY STUNNING, SLIGHTLY UNINTERESTING HOLES Visually, this is one of the better mini-golf courses we've done, especially because it's neon glow-in-the-dark, although the actual holes were slightly straightforward. Many of them just had concrete obstacles in the way in different formations. Still worth doing though, especially if you're mini-golf fans like us. NOT JUST MINI-GOLF The restrooms were in the back. Unfortunately, we learned after arriving that Toddler Time would not begin until August 17. We planned to stay for the full 90-minute session but left after approximately 45 minutes because of the lack of cleanliness, organization, and supervision. The toddler area was especially filthy. I honestly felt like bringing in a container of antibacterial wipes and cleaning everything myself. There was visible grime, duct tape covering multiple areas, ripped and damaged padding, lifting floor sections, and peeling walls. We also noticed dark staining and deterioration on the walls that appeared consistent with water damage and possible mold. I cannot confirm what it was, but it was concerning to see inside an area designed for very young children. The safety gate for the five-and-under section was loose, unstable, and did not feel like a reliable safety barrier. Some of the equipment also looked worn or poorly repaired. Several attractions, including the climbing walls, were not being used, so we could not fully evaluate everything the facility offers. The staff members were friendly, but unfortunately, they were not very attentive or hands-on. We saw at least three employees, and all of them remained at the front desk, frequently on their phones. We did not see anyone supervising the individual play areas, enforcing the posted age restrictions, or actively cleaning. Since the facility was mostly filled with children around six and younger that morning, having staff visible throughout the play areas would have made the environment feel much safer and more organized. This place has the potential to be a four- or five-star indoor play center, but it needs significantly better maintenance, cleaning, staff involvement, and management oversight. With young children touching everything and playing on this equipment, cleanliness and safety should be the highest priorities. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend a membership or a return visit unless some major improvements are made.
