This used to be our favorite spot, but new management is not killing it. It took 25 minutes to get our food, [[HIGHLIGHT]]they needed to turn on the air-conditioning[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], there was a huge black smudge on my glass, and they were unable to fix the syrup to get a sprite after they served us tonic water. Disappointing Experience - Watch Some Bar Rescue Service was seriously lacking. When we ordered, there were only two tables with a total of five people. Still, the bartender seemed totally out of her depth. As more regulars came in, it was clear from the conversations that they were favored--they all got their food before us. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, we asked the bartender where our food was. She gave a weak excuse, saying the cook had made the wrong dish--then laughed and apologized to the cook for "slamming him with all the orders at once." If you've ever watched Bar Rescue, this is one of the first red flags Jon Taffer would call out: the kitchen should never be blindsided because the front of house can't manage a handful of tickets. To top it off, the bartender slammed down a drink behind the bar. Another Bar Rescue no-no. Drinking on the job is unprofessional and only adds to the chaos. After 50 minutes, we finally got our food--but had to ask for it to go. And the food? Not worth the wait or the price. I ordered the $17 chicken wrap, which was a basic flour tortilla filled with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and what I can only describe as "meat glue" chicken. $17 for that? Bottom line: Poor service, unprofessional staff, slow kitchen, and overpriced, low-quality food. Hard pass. read more

I'm sitting here watching the game and getting ready to play some bingo with the family and friends, so far it's been a great crowd of people the ambiance is cool. My son has the burger and it looks great the drinks are great this is a good place for both the young people and older adults. The owner Kim assisted us in wishing my daughter a happy birthday surprise, she didn't expect it. Our waitress Tina was the greatest in her job even though it was a hectic crowd but she managed to get things done. The service was slow and we were not acknowledged most of the time we came. The food is mediocre. The inside is small and if it's a packed night there is no place to sit. I do like that they have live bands some nights. If you ain't here early you won't get a sit not to mention no service. I would recommend this place during a week day. When there isn't much going on. Stopped by for dinner prior to my high school daughter's sporting event. Service was good but food was a hit and a miss. My burger was delicious, cooked nicely medium with avocado and a runny egg! Yum. My wife's buffalo chicken wrap was inedible. There was way too much vinegar in the buffalo hot sauce. It made my mouth pucker and eyes water. We had a bad experience earlier in the year with food being mediocre and service being very poor and so we hadn't been back in over 6 months. We decided to give it another try and it will probably be the last, ordered a couple appetizers and drinks. Food came out like it was reheated or microwaved and we left half of it on the table. The service was bad as you can tell the bartender caters only towards her regulars as we sat not able to order another round as she walked by over a half a dozen times without noticing but kept serving her regulars in a corner without them having to order another drink. This place is right by my house and I love the service and environment but extremely disappointed in the recent price hikes. I was here on happy hour and ordered two old fashioneds at $16 a pop (knob creek) and a Gin and tonic at $10. I wasn't aware of the price until I got the bill... We used to come all the time and they were $8 for old fashioneds and $7 for Gin and a tonics. A $16 old fashioned should be smoked and come with a premium cherry... mine did not it was knob creek, simple syrup and a splash of citrus. To contrast this I ordered a smoked old fashioned in old town at 1909 for $14 with the same whisky. Not having cheap drinks really loses the appeal I can buy a whole bottle of whiskey for $32. To be nice this is not a classy place so the price tag doesn't fit the bill. Bomb pretzels though. But sadly won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

This place is rad! I finally was able to come in for some food and it was all so bomb! My husband and I tried some appetizers and all of them were delicious. Definitely try the pretzel and jalapeño poppers! Both of us got burgers and leaping Jesus it was so damn good!!! Our waitress was so nice and accommodating, put the hockey game on for us and wasn't pissed that we stayed to watch the whole thing with restless-ish kids. I think her name was Michelle. A group of us cruised over to TeakWoods for the last Sunday of regular season football. Talk about a JOKE 1 waitress to work all of the tables. I ordered a burger and fries and the kids ordered chicken tenders and onion rings. After putting in the order we were later told they ran out of onion rings which is fine things happen. After receiving our food the burger I ordered was hardly cooked and tasted like a salt patty on a bun and one of my kids found a 1.5 inch bone in the chicken tender. Food was over priced for what you get drink prices are ok if you don't mind waiting forever to get them. The 1 good thing they had was the Tv's were all labeled for what games were going to be on them so you could sit accordingly to the game you would like to watch. This was my first time there and it will be my last time there. The poor waitress was running around trying to take care of everyone and the management just walked around collecting checks to cash you out. Oh and I forgot someone in our group ordered an appetizer that came out cold they took it back and it took them nearly 30-35 min to bring out the new one.
