What a random day I had! I stopped in to another car lot to check out one of the three vehicle…read moretypes that are on my approved list after a whole lot of research. That was a bust. I'm now down to two potential vehicles I'm looking for. I decided to swing by my mechanic shop since it was only a few blocks down the road and check and see if anyone had advertised a used car for sale on their Bulletin board. Sadly, they no longer have that wonderful bulletin board! When I mentioned the type of car I was looking for one of the guy said he saw one on a car lot near Fairview and Mitchell but didn't know the name of the lot. Well, I rolled into a few lots before I found it! I was totally bummed the vehicle I was searching for it sold yesterday. I would've bought it in a hot second. So, this review does not include my experience with the actual purchase process but I'm giving them five stars because it was such a pleasant experience especially compared to a few other places I i've gone to. Jeremy was kind and attentive and for the first time in a long time was actually willing to keep an eye out for specific vehicles and call if one comes up for sale. I have asked at least five other sales people at other dealerships the same thing and never received a follow up call. They often only go through the motions of taking my number and clearly aren't listening to what I am looking for Jeremie was very familiar with the details of the two vehicles I'm looking for and understood exactly why I was looking for them. I loved feeling confident that if they could get their hands on one that I would get a call. I'm not in any rush unless my 30+ year old car breaks down and is unrepairable (I do love it but parts are hard to come by!) Extra bonus points: I actually got a straight answer on financing in advance of even having identified a car. Hopefully I can get my hands on a GX 470 since I've been lusting over them for 10 years now. first time I've ever left the car lot feeling happy and hopeful! I'm looking forward to riding a great review on the purchase process.

By far the single best experience I have ever had buying a used car. I worked with Aaron but talked…read moreto both brothers. They are stand up guys to work with and delivered on everything they said they would. They played absolutely zero "sales games" and they genuinely cared I was getting a car in good conditions and was walking away happy with the transaction. Highly recommend going in and talking with them if you're at all interested with something in their inventory.

Fast forward to mid September and I get a phone call that my trailer had finally came in and it was sold to someone else. I could either wait another 3 weeks for another trailer or choose one off the lot. Picked out another trailer only to find out the secured financing was no longer secured because it was secured with a different trailer with a different VIN. Now I needed to secure financing again at a higher interest rate. Will be purchasing a trailer elsewhere.

I do not recommend Lupo Motors for any type of detail work…read more I brought my new to me car to them for a level 2 paint correction, window tint, and install some ppf. A $1600 job. I explained to everyone I talked to that the paint on this car is particularly thin and can be hard to work with. When picking up my car I noticed they missed quite a few of the paint touch up spots and the ppf was peeling/bubbled on one side of the car. So the car went back to them to correct these issues. Unfortunately during this visit, they sanded through the paint, down to the primer, on a spot on the hood. Drake agreed to pay a third party body shop to repaint the hood. I again explained to him that this paint can be difficult to match, and that I had spoken to other people that said it took multiple trips to the spray booth before it matched. Drake assured me that the car was going to the best painters in the valley and he was confident they would be able to match the paint. So the car goes to the body shop. When I received it back, the paint on the hood was a completely different shade and the flop was wrong. On top of that the hood received a pretty awful polish job resulting in lines and holograms throughout. Before notifying the body shop I wanted to reach out and let Drake know the situation. So I sent over some pictures showing the result of the recent paint work. Drakes response was less than understanding, stating things like "It's between you and the body shop" "nothing can be perfect" "metal flake paint can never be reproduced" However, when I brought the car back to the body shop they immediately agreed it was not done correctly and needed to be resprayed. Which is the reaction I would have expected from Drake considering he recommended and paid this shop for the work. So again the car went back to the body shop. This time they did a better job blending the hood to the fenders and were able to get rid of the hologram. However the bumper is now noticeably off. So for $1600 I end up with a car that looks worse than when I brought it to Lupo Motors. It's been over a month of dealing with this headache and Drake/Lupo hasn't reached out to me to see how it's going. They initially offered a complimentary ceramic coating to try to make up for this ordeal. However after all this and with being treated the way I have been there is no way I trust them with my car even for complimentary service, so if you care about your car I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for quality work and satisfactory customer service.
