If one is looking for something fairly specific, it'd be best to call ahead of time. Prices are going to be a fraction of the cost of purchasing at the casino, so try not to succumb the latter. Another big bonus is the fact Liquor CIty is open extremely late, up until 2AM on most nights. This alone is clutch for anyone needing a booze run at night and clutch for DIY drunkenness. Customer service is solid. The guys behind the counter were great about answering questions on the spot and were quick to point out availability in their tight inventory. I basically walked in with "celebration vibes" and blind optimism. Ended up grabbing a bottle of Moët Ice Impérial and then needed help with a price adjustment. Despite the store being packed, Emily at checkout was incredibly friendly and helpful. Manager Edwin came over, quickly handled the adjustment, and even knocked a little extra off for the inconvenience. No hassle, no attitude, just genuinely great customer service. It's easy to provide service when things go smoothly. It's more telling how people respond when there is a hiccup. Emily and Edwin made the experience easy and pleasant. Juices, mixers, snacks, glasses, etc. I truly love the ability to browse their entire selection online and easily and quickly place an order for pickup. They have great descriptions of the items online including the flavors and tasting notes you can expect in wines and champagnes. Once you arrive at the store, just click the link in the confirmation email or text and the staff bring out your order. One negative - I really wish staff would enforce the parking spaces that are labeled for curbside pickup only. Invariably some or all of these spaces have been occupied by parked and empty cars (clearly not people doing curbside pickup orders). I got home recently after getting a pickup order and found the staff had placed an incorrect item in the order. I drove back to the store, and the manager quickly corrected the error. I also love their rewards program where you can receive $5 rewards and other perks for being a loyal customer. I recommend Total Wine for all your alcohol needs!

She then informed me their drive thru is around the other side. I think there are plenty of people that would've left at this point, but I pulled around, stopped briefly to look at the menu board (just the board, no clear ORDER HERE box like I'm used to seeing), and pulled up to the window. Wrong again, they actually DO have a speaker in the menu board. When I finally got to the window after my third trip around the building, and placing my order, it was very surprising to find out that the employee that had initially turned me away was the same one that had taken my order and served it to me. She stated "Oh, we can't do that our system is from the 80's." So she called her boss who wouldn't do an exchange or anything for me, and from the phone call I could tell her boss kept harping on about no receipt.
