I had the worst experience walking in to Jones' Liquor for just asking for pricing about bottles here, I'm a collector... however the rudest comments were made after we asked for pricing- was that we're window shoppers and that "our type" weren't buyers!?! Racist employee that was full of ego and in a rude tone... saying as if he was some sort of big shot... In fact they're $180-200 more expensive than the place where we just bought several bottles of from...the pricing sure ok it's to be more expensive but why get butt-hurt if a customer doesn't buy because it's more since you've priced it that way... The guy acts like he's the owner, and if he is, then he has a lot to learn as far as customer service... especially if potential customers are spending thousands of dollars and you're going to racially insult them...go somewhere else and patronize a more humble business... read more

Tue 11/07/23 After checking on Yelp for Faygo Red Pop Strawberry Soda in Las Vegas, NV I found Jones Liquors on Jones near Warm Springs. After calling, they have Faygo Red Pop!!! So glad there is a store in Vegas that carries it. The manager said he's been selling Faygo for 8 years now. If you're looking for Faygo soda pop this the store to go to. Jones Liquor is the best! I love the selections at this location. They even have quite a few bottles that are already very cold for you. I love that! So many places might only have a couple types being kept cold, but Jones Liquor keeps several cold. The employees are always friendly and efficient, and can be very helpful. This is definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a bottle. read more

Yes! If you are from the Midwest you'll be just as excited as I was that they carry a variety of Faygo sodas. Even Rock n Rye and Red Pop. Prices for liquors are pretty fair. Little bit cheaper then the grocery stores I noticed. Will definitely recommend! read more

I had an horrible experience here. I purchased my items only to find out that my card was charged twice. As soon as I notified the person who charge my card (I so wish I would of gotten his name,he's not the owner) was extremely rude! He told me to wait to until next week to get my money back....wait what?! He also told me that this kind of thing happens all the time! My initial thoughts were fix it! It's not fair for me to pay twice just because you have an issue with your card machine. He had absolutely NO customer service or any concern for a customer . If you're in the outskirts of the strip or live nearby, I think this liquor store is probably one of the best places to go to. No, it's not really about the prices, but rather the owner is really friendly. Like, you can literally have an awesome conversation with him. Out of the two times I had a conversation with him, I walked out as if I was ready to party it up. For example: "Yep, just going to buy this bottle of Tequila for my friends visiting from California." Owner: "Ah that's nice, bringing the party to Vegas huh?" "I guess, I didn't want to spend too much money on them so I just got Cuervo" Starts laughing "Not that good of friends huh? You know what? Here, take this small bottle of vodka with you too on the house." Yes, both the times I come here, he gives me a little extra. Sure, the conversation makes me look like a total douche, but hey! I brought alcohol for my friends from California! No, don't think I redeemed myself. The place is small and it's located right next to Don Tortaco and Taco Bell. So if you need a quick munch, you can head on over to those places right after. As for the selection? There's surprisingly a lot of alcohol packed into one place. They also sell cigarettes too. Beers are all in the fridge, need margarita mixes? They got you covered. Vodka? A whole row of them. They also have SoHo, a Lychee Liqueur that mixes well. Usually, I can only find that at Bevmo, so that was a plus if I ever decide I just want to be a little pansy and sip on fruity drinks. So definitely come here for the service, the owner is very helpful and immediately asks if he can help right when you walk in. (Doesn't happen at a lot of liquor stores don't you think?) read more

Just left this store and I felt so disrespected and he's lucky I wasn't in a bitch ass mood honestly . I went here to get beer and a bottle of alcohol but I needed to pee really bad. So me and my friend went to the bathroom before grabbing the alcohol and right when I sat on the toilet he comes pounding on the bathroom door to come out !!! So before I can even pee I get my ass up ! I open the door and he is yelling at me like I'm a little ass kid telling ME I need to ask to use the restroom !! So I leave but I come back and tell this guy he sounds dumb and needs to put signs like other places NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS or you need a key to use it ! He tells me that it's an employees bathroom only yet when I walk to the back they're is no signs !!! So please whoever the owner is fire this guy or put signs specifically stating the restroom is for employees !!! Or you need to ask before using !!! Love this little liquor store. Close to the house. Excellent customer service, and I love that its a family owned small business. I come here about 3-4 times a week average (bc I have a drinking problem. haha) I just never check in bc I forget. So far, they usually have the stuff I need.. lots of wine, beer, vodka, mixers... you name it. If they dont have something, just ask. My brother in law wanted a certain beer which they didnt have and the owner specially ordered it for him. And now he always has his beer in stock. I purchased a bottle of liquor that was expired and the alcohol inside tasted bad. The date on the bottle expired in 2016. It has expired 2 years ago. They do not allow refunds even for this reason. I had to exchange for another bottle. There were several other bottles that I looked at there were also expired. I would have liked my money back instead. Buyers beware!! read more

This little liquor store is super clean! Sammy (owner) and Dave (employee) are the nicest guys! Better than having to go to your chain liquor stores due to the fact that its open most nights until 12AM. Great spot to pick up some good booze at a reduced price.
