They recommended we move our water heater outside which would also, allow us to finally move our washer and dryer to another designated area to create more space and flow in the back porch..... it's like an entire new addition to our home now! FYI Copying my review from Google: I have heat again! My furnace has been non-functional for 10 years. I was finally able to get it fixed through my new property management company (I have been using space heaters for a few years). Ivan did a wonderful job - cleaned it out completely, answered all my questions, and fixed the old issues. It's gotten into the 40s and low 50s at night here in LBC so I'm grateful me and my cat will have functional heat through Fall and Winter. I can't speak to the pricing as my property management company handled it, however for the quality of service, whatever the price is worth it - especially in today's world where micky mouse jobs are common. We had a 9:30am appointment set and Joey and Ivan were here right at 9:30am! This is the second time we've had work done by Ameri-Leak, and once again, they did a great job! Joey and Ivan were very polite and very professional the entire time. We received a notice from our insurance company, wanting to conduct an inspection, and they want to inspect our water pressure regulator. We don't have one, so Ivan and Joey installed one for us in a jiffy and took care of us (they made sure we're at the correct pressure). They even looked at our water heater to make sure it was in good shape (very much appreciated!). When we have a need again in the future, we'll be contacting Ameri-Leak for sure! read more

Received a pretty quick quote with an engaging tech. Same tech was helpful with an emergency issue a few days later. When it came time to schedule the work, the office estimated date and said they'd confirm the following morning. No call back. We reached back out to the tech who said we should call the office (still haven't responded) and he later confirmed our appointment day and time. Then he followed up with a text "The job I'm doing today will dictate what jobs I can do tomorrow. I miss spoke about tomorrow. We have you on the calendar as pending if I get this job completed hope this make sense." Still no further contact this morning/"tentative appointment". Called office - no answer. No call back. Called tech who proceeds to pick up the phone and yell at me for calling him. Do not put yourself through the hassle and stress of trying to work with these folks. Plenty of time to recover, take responsibility and be a good service partner, but clearly no interest in doing so. read more

My Tankless water heater started leaking on New Year's Eve and was no longer under warranty, I was able to get some one from Ameri-leak out the very next morning; every other plumber I called was too busy or would not be able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. This service is awful. They won't make an appointment with me and I was called a ho when I called apologizing for being asleep when they randomly showed up. Representative said he'd show the next day between 9 - 9:30 -after- I told him I work nights an have trouble waking up early. I said ok an stayed awake for this. Representative did not arrive at 9 - 9:30 an did not answer my call.. [Joey?] Did not have a voicemail. Their maintenance personnel also claims to property management representative to of tried calling me several times but, I've no calls from them in my call log. I called their office to setup an appointment an have not received a return call for four days. This is to fix a thermo couple of a heater. Its really embarrassing service I would expect of a slum lord. I dunno maybe 800$ month rent is not enough to receive nice service... Or I am supposed to fix it myself? I'm not really sure what the risk of that is - I was told part of it is behind the heater an; I don't know, its connected to a gas line. I did call late Friday as I sleep late an maybe they are closed today because it is the day after New Years? I am bothered that all this is happening before a long weekend as well though.. Overall between my life an this its been about a month to get this heater fixed an the best a person thought to do for me was to randomly send the guy over rather than make an appointment... Just thinking I would be there? That is so bizarre its sad. This is of the worst service I've ever received. I believe treatment may be better if you are the property manager an might cancel a larger overall service relationship. If you are representing yourself without a property manager; or a property manager not seemingly actively interested towards you having heat.. You will most likely be treated like badly. Perhaps a thermocouple is easy to fix an I am just being annoying? Maybe it doesn't pay much? I really don't know; I watched youtube videos an figured that might be the problem which was confirmed by gas company pilot lighting technician... Like why would I want this person or business in my apartment, let alone near me after this? My place is covered in dust from a repair they made. I'm going to have to hire a cleaning crew. I had a tray on my bed. I moved the tray and I could see the rectangle of sheet that had no dust on it. Cleaning my floors took two hours alone. If they had asked, I would've covered my stuff. I'm going to have to get the rug professionally cleaned. They took my towel so they must've made an attempt to clean up. I'm just hemorrhaging money. Thanks guys! Had a pretty substantial slab leak that was concentrated near our bathroom in our garage. I found Amerileaks on Yelp and took a chance by giving them a call. When I called I was greeted by a lady named Carla who was very helpful and informative. I had many questions and she was patience and conveyed a calming demeanor to what was a stressful situation.
