I called PDS Pluming and Air to see if I could get some to come out and unplug our kitchen sink. I talked to Phoenix who was very helpful getting the process to get a service technician out. After taking all my pertinent information she asked if I had a time that I would like a technician out. I asked for the earlier available time . It was 8:30 am, she said she had an opening from 9:00 to 11:00 am which I took. Phoenix said a technician would call and let me know what time he will be able to come. At 9:30 Francisco called to let me know he can come by at 11:30. I was amazed how soon he would be able to come. At 11:00 Francisco called to let me know he's on schedule for the 11:30 appointment. At 11:30 he called and said he's at the front door to the condo. Francisco is a big dude, haha and very friendly. I explained what the problem was and he analyzed the problem. BTW, every time he entered he put on shoe coverings which impressed me. He said he needs to snake the pipe and returned with the snake. Francisco was very professional as he covered the area while he explained what he was going to do. I couldn't believe that he was going to snake 30ft to the main drain. After snaking the pipe the sink drained perfectly. He let the water run for a few minutes to make sure there were no leaks and the sink was still draining. Francisco was very professional as he worked to clear the clog. I feel very lucky to have had him for our technician. When he left the kitchen and under the sink looked as if no one did any work. They were not able to unplug my sink because the snake could not travel further into the wall. I was told that they had to open up the wall install. and replace pipe and connections in the wall, including other things, and still have to pay for the plumber they cannot unplug my drain got a estimate for over $3000 for repairs.
