I flew two separate airlines on my trip to Vegas. I wish I had flown American both ways. I flew from Vegas back to DC. The staff was friendly. I had a sore wrist and I was allowed to board in the first group. The "people" aspect of travel is evaporating. Now it seems to be all about commerce. I paid extra to get an aisle seat. The plane wasn't full but I didn't want to risk being in a middle seat. The movie selection was dismal but it helped pass the time. American Airlines didn't charge for sodas or cookies. The Doritos were $7. (It is what it is). The flight attendants did a great job of taking care of us. I had to download the app to check in. That allowed me to easily print a baggage tag at the airport. The luggage arrived quickly at DCA.

American Airlines one employee for special services line? With 8 people in line. This is horrible. Management need to hire more employees to help. I've been standing here for over 30 mins. Line has not moved. Do a better service

The crew on the flights in and out of LAS were great. The boarding process on my way out was so efficient and quick that we were able to take off 5 minutes early, which helped lead to us landing back home 30 minutes early! The flight attendant for my cabin was great too! Very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The food and drink on board in first class was very nice. As always, AA is the way to go!!

First class meal on American Airlines it was ok but I wouldn't pay first class for a mediocre service and meals . Luckily I had some miles one way from Las via LAX to Honolulu. Nothing fancy although it was on their smaller plane NEO321 . Moderate leg room and little bigger seats . The choices for the breakfast was Salmon bagel or Spinach Frittata. I ordered their Frittata as you can see in my pic.

I bought a brand new luggage in Asia. Arrived at LAX in perfect condition and left the luggage at AA Luggage Transfer area going to LAS. Upon receiving the luggage at Las Vegas carousel area, the side body were cracked and one wheel was already missing. I reported the incident immediately and was given a file ID number. After waiting for two weeks, I followed up online and was told that "this claim did not meet the required criteria and cannot be processed further". My brand new luggage was unusable and 100% damaged by AMERICAN AIRLINE PERSONNEL but denied liability and responsibility.

Who would think there are 8+ groups for boarding. $35 for every check bag. Anything after groups 5+ will be gate checking bags. Saving grace the 2 ladies I dealt with at the counter were friendly and efficient.

No leg room to speak of. Cramped. No TV. Boring. Old plane.

It was a pleasure flying out of Vegas this time. The flight left on time. No delays or cancellations. No bad behavior by any passengers. Friendly flight attendants. No crying babies or toddlers. Arrived back in Miami almost an hour early. Awesome! Now, let's review what needs improvement. 1. Lack of leg room is atrocious! I'm 5'6" tall, and my knees were cramped against the seat in front of me. I have painful arthritis in both knees, and I need to stretch my knees often. But I can't. How do men or women over 5'8"- 6'4" manage to get comfortable in that tiny cramped soace? Sitting that way for hours is torture. 2. This was a 4+ hour flight. We had a Sprite and were given a teeny tiny bag of miniature pretzels to eat. That's it. 3. There were no TVs on the backs of the seats. Looking at the airline magazine only takes 15 minutes. It's difficult to fall asleep when your knees or back or hips are hurting constantly. A TV would help the situation to take your mind off the discomfort. Hence, the 3 stars. All those million$ that the airline companies make could go towards some remodeling of the interiors. It's not just AA that has this problem.

BWI to CLT was ok .

A recent trip from MRY to BWI for a government military trip , the experience was horrible . Start with check-in during the first stop at Charlotte, NC . There was ONLY one ground agent to assist you at the counter , she was working alone very patiently, of course why would you rush , you get the same pay , no need to put yourself a heavy workload. So it didn't matter if I had military priority check-in , we all had to wait . The process caused the flight to be delayed for 30 minutes. So I didn't realize how it would be affected by my next flight until I arrived at PHX , my next flight didn't wait for me and took off ! AAA had to issue me a hotel overnight stay and $12 meal voucher. Now you would think that they must have dropped off my luggage at the PHX for my next day flight, nope ! My luggage was mishandled to Denver . I had no clothing and no toiletries to use during my overnight at the nearby hotel . I ended up no shower and slept naked ! AAA promised me to deliver my luggage once it was recovered. After I tracked my bag and it shows that it arrived and kept in the AAA baggage office in MRY overnight! No one ever contacted me until I decided to pick it up myself at the MRY airport ! AAA never apologized or compensated me for the inconvenience and I guessed there are so many cases like me , they just can't satisfy every passenger ! But I definitely add AAA and Spirit to my Non flight bucket list !

Hey y'all! I had a…read morevoucher of $160 I used and paid an additional $145 for the current flight I'm on. I've taken spirit a handful of times, never had a big issue. If I ever have a flight issue I just complain and usually the airline assesses my claim and gifts me a voucher in return. Tonight I'm on an overnight flight to the east coast and it has 1 layover! Flight was delayed by an hour or so. Thank GOD it wasn't delayed by 1 day like my last flight I took in October 2025. They do gift us hotel voucher and Lyft credit as well as a full refund if we need it... It was a hassle tho. I had to cancel business trip due to that delay. The pilot was stuck somewhere and we only could on the flight the next day. I was so exhausted because they had us wait for about 5-6 hours for the pilot to never show.. Otherwise, smooth flights. Just make sure to take ur snacks and drink with you, otherwise I don't have many complaints of this airline. Always know their terms, which aren't as nice as southwest, but similar to frontier. Usually flights can be super cheap like $66 as a low flight price... probably even less expensive if you book downstairs in the airport otherwise this flight was kinda pricy for spirit! I got a window seat tho! Downloaded some Netflix movies, and or I will just sleep through! Said my prayer and were about to take off LATE! Anyways once we're in the air, it's overrrrrrr, we're almost there! NOW, what I think airlines should improve, is the way we all exit the airplane. They don't give instructions. We all just get up and leave but orchestrating that at times can be messy. Passengers get so mad if you try to get off the plane before them! Like, I mean, not everyone has a carry on, so we can just walk past the ppl who need extra time to gather their bags! I wish they had 2 exits or 3 exits! That's the next level of airplane experiences, I think they need to build airplanes with a nice exit system. WWW.SPIRITWIFI.COM (A way to see the flight coverage while on the flight)

My husband and I are A List customers, and we fly Southwest almost every month between Las Vegas and San Jose for my oncology appointments at Stanford. During check in, the baggage scale repeatedly fluctuated between 50.4 and 50.6 pounds, and I have videos showing the unstable readings. The agent told me Southwest's policy allows up to 50.5 pounds, yet insisted I remove something from my suitcase. All I had to do was remove a small luggage lock. The bag then weighed 50.4 pounds, but the scale continued fluctuating between 50.4 and 50.6 pounds. Making me remove the lock was completely unnecessary. As we finished, I simply mentioned that I have Stage IV lung cancer and was traveling to see my oncologist. I was not asking for special treatment. I only said I hoped he would show a little more compassion to future passengers. Instead, he became rude and unprofessional, told me he was not going to play this game, called a supervisor, made my husband and me wait about 10 minutes, and then said he was making a note on my account. I was shocked that a simple comment about showing compassion resulted in being treated this way. I can provide videos of the fluctuating scale and documentation of my oncology appointments. I hope Southwest reviews both the employee's conduct and the condition of the scale. We have always enjoyed flying Southwest, which made this experience especially disappointing.

Southwest took a step back, Spirit closed up, and now it's Delta's turn to eat. And they're hungry for YOUR money. Have a problem at the front desk? "Just call in," they said. So I called. The first representative was nearly impossible to understand, other than the part where they mumbled something about my request being "illegal." Apparently changing a name is now a federal offense. I then was transferred to someone who understood English. He understood it so well that he was able to interrupt me every single time I tried to speak in mild frustration. His solution? Cancel my ticket and buy another one instead of simply changing the name. Conveniently costing over FIVE HUNDRED more after tax dollars. The world salad games this guy played were unbelievable. At least just admit it. "Hey, we can't do that because we'd rather have more of your dollars, and I have callers in the queue" I then asked to speak to a supervisor, who was somehow even worse. After waiting long enough for the second rep to explain my insanely simple request, I was connected finally. Like all supervisors, they can and are "empowered" to do the right thing, but instead she told me to stick it where I never get sun shine. The request was all about canceling and ordering another ticket. Gotta keep those shareholders happy, right? YES! What an absolutely unbelievable experience. I've always heard they are the best. I have spent more on their flights "buying" into the hype. I will never fly Delta again. I used to drive two hours out of my way to fly Southwest, and I was always happy with them. But they pulled a Delta this year as well. What got me going the most was the supervisor couldn't have cared less about me. I was nothing but a number. She sounded like a 30+ Karen who finally made it to the good good spot. The GO FLY A KITE spot! Must be nice. NEXT! I can't wait to email my complaint, wait for the canned response, cancel my Delta credit card, and share this entire experience with 14,000 people in a Facebook group I help administer. One that just flew out hundreds and hundreds of people for an event. These companies have gotten way too comfortable treating customers like they're disposable. They run unchecked, and at some point the only thing we can do is stop supporting them. Then there's the icing on the cake. "It's too early to check in. Come back at 1 PM." Come back at 1 PM. "It's too early. Come back in 15 minutes." You cannot make this up. Nothing but incompetence at the front desk, in the app, and through the call center. You should be ashamed to present yourselves as an American company that gives a single about the people who keep you in business. A greedy wolf in sheep's clothing. I guess it's time to give American a try.

You'll take transit over to the D gates from Terminal 3. I typically don't get too many delays with JetBlue, especially flying to New York City. They offer non-stop flights every few hours. I try to book the early flights if I can when going to New York City to avoid any potential delays. Most of my flights arrive early, typically by 20-30 minutes when flying into JFK! The seats are spacious on JetBlue. Each seat comes with a TV that includes free movies, music, and DirectTV. Some planes have charging capabilities too! Throughout my flight to New York City, JFK, the team at JetBlue offers drinks, like soda or water, as well as free in-flight snacks. I always get their pop snacks and pretzels! If you need more legroom, you can upgrade to different seats on JetBlue. When you check-in for your flight, you can change your seat easily through the mobile application if there are open seats available. Now, if only JetBlue offered a non-stop to Orlando Florida from Vegas!

I ask for wheelchairs in terminals as their concourses are sometimes way long; today was a bad back/neck one so my 'driver' Joaquin was there to greet me on the jetway. We were somewhat tired but everything was great, thank you Joaquin for your assistance!

Yucky, but efficient. But again, yucky…read more Reid is never entirely comfortable - always a little too hot, too noisy, too crowded, too sticky, too gross. Bathrooms aren't the worst, but are pretty ick. Don't use the free wifi unless you're on a VPN. A significant proportion of your fellow passengers are uncivilized. TSA Pre works well. Checking-in/declaring firearms is efficient and routine. There are places to eat. Baggage claim is pretty efficient. I don't recall (knock wood) that I've ever had luggage misrouted or stolen from Mccarran. Cab line is a breeze. Ride share on the way out is a hassle. Curious (and guardedly optimistic) to see how the Loop works when they actually have it running full time. I've never parked here so I can't comment on it. I'm through here a lot and it's familiar and I've got it down - but I'm not going to tell you it's anything other than okay.
