12/20/2023 my JB food! Cheese plate & ham and cheese croissant sandwich

I'm a fan of JetBlue, esp. in Las Vegas. I LOVE flying out of terminal 3 as its less busy and easier to get in & out of. Its easy to drop your bag(s) off & check in. Of all the times I've flown JB out of Vegas my flight has never been delayed or canceled so I've been lucky!! I am a JB CC holder so I love how I get one free checked bag & 50% off purchases in the plane. You do have to take a Tram over to your gate once you go thru security so give yourself some extra time to do this. It is a little bit of a hike. I have CLEAR though I've never seen it open when I've been in the airport & have TSA too so that probably helps a little bit even though it was a little busy when I was flying out but then again it was a holiday week too.

I have to ding JetBlue after my latest experience with them. This was my third time flying with them and the first couple of times were 4-5 star experiences. This time was a lot closer to a 2-3 star experience. (+) I love the Tvs in the headstands for domestic flights. This is seriously HUGE. Being able to watch Direct TV and Movies (plus games and music) makes it so much easier to distract yourself to make the flight go by faster! (+) Planes were pretty clean and the seats are slightly wider than average. Every inch of seat is precious real estate when you fly in economy like I do. lol (+) Complimentary snacks and drinks are much appreciated. (-) Before Covid, airlines would reasonably try to allow travel companions to sit next to each other. Not anymore it seems. My travel partner and myself were assigned two middle seats in separate rows. How much would it cost to sit together? $147 each. That's $294 additional just to sit next to my travel partner, whose ticket I booked at the same time as mine. That feel pretty dirty. It just wasn't worth the extra $300 when that could be used towards the trip itself. We got through it just fine, but what used to be the standard now costs a pretty penny as an upgrade. It was just real off putting. (-) Flight out was 45 minutes late, fwiw. (-) Carry on bags are $65 each. Yes. You read that right... $65 freaking dollars for a carry on. Yikes! That's ridiculous. 1 large, checked bag for the whole trip was worlds cheaper than 2 back packs. Makes a whole lot of sense. For the right price I would use JetBlue again, but their reputation has been severely diminished by this last experience. 3 stars. Ok.

I need to get my game up because Mosiac here I come. The leg room was cute, but the individual seating is where I need to be. We landed safely but had some turbulence.

JetBlue's flight computations have me worried. Flight was late, and the exit row seats are like something out of Con Air.

I recently upgraded my credit card to receive more perks with JetBlue. I'm starting to think that was a mistake. I expected more fro jetblue at least customer service. Both of my flights delayed to Vegas as was told the airport was closed, hard for me to believe Las Vegas closed their airports, the. Was told waiting on another pilot, which is it. On the way home was the worse. Sandra I believe was her name. She told me that I needed to put my small personal purse up in the cabin but my daughter could keep hers. Make it make sense. She was very aggressive, borderline rude. She spoke to some of us on the plane as if we were kids, her kids! I had to bite my tongue. I was not about to debate with her as I wanted to get home, so I obliged. Employees should be well versed in being culturally diverse, and have some grace! This flight, no snacks no water due to "turbulence". I paid extra for the front row, seat a1 and a2, the restroom up front was broke!!!! Couldn't even use it. We had to walk all the way to the back! Just a poor service experience and I also thought by upgrading my seats the comfort level would go up some but the seats were extremely uncomfortable and thank god it was only a 45 minute flight. No table tray or drink holders in the first row. The second row was also a extra fee upgrade and to be honest the leg room seemed the same as the regular seats.

Hey y'all! I had a…read morevoucher of $160 I used and paid an additional $145 for the current flight I'm on. I've taken spirit a handful of times, never had a big issue. If I ever have a flight issue I just complain and usually the airline assesses my claim and gifts me a voucher in return. Tonight I'm on an overnight flight to the east coast and it has 1 layover! Flight was delayed by an hour or so. Thank GOD it wasn't delayed by 1 day like my last flight I took in October 2025. They do gift us hotel voucher and Lyft credit as well as a full refund if we need it... It was a hassle tho. I had to cancel business trip due to that delay. The pilot was stuck somewhere and we only could on the flight the next day. I was so exhausted because they had us wait for about 5-6 hours for the pilot to never show.. Otherwise, smooth flights. Just make sure to take ur snacks and drink with you, otherwise I don't have many complaints of this airline. Always know their terms, which aren't as nice as southwest, but similar to frontier. Usually flights can be super cheap like $66 as a low flight price... probably even less expensive if you book downstairs in the airport otherwise this flight was kinda pricy for spirit! I got a window seat tho! Downloaded some Netflix movies, and or I will just sleep through! Said my prayer and were about to take off LATE! Anyways once we're in the air, it's overrrrrrr, we're almost there! NOW, what I think airlines should improve, is the way we all exit the airplane. They don't give instructions. We all just get up and leave but orchestrating that at times can be messy. Passengers get so mad if you try to get off the plane before them! Like, I mean, not everyone has a carry on, so we can just walk past the ppl who need extra time to gather their bags! I wish they had 2 exits or 3 exits! That's the next level of airplane experiences, I think they need to build airplanes with a nice exit system. WWW.SPIRITWIFI.COM (A way to see the flight coverage while on the flight)

My husband and I are A List customers, and we fly Southwest almost every month between Las Vegas and San Jose for my oncology appointments at Stanford. During check in, the baggage scale repeatedly fluctuated between 50.4 and 50.6 pounds, and I have videos showing the unstable readings. The agent told me Southwest's policy allows up to 50.5 pounds, yet insisted I remove something from my suitcase. All I had to do was remove a small luggage lock. The bag then weighed 50.4 pounds, but the scale continued fluctuating between 50.4 and 50.6 pounds. Making me remove the lock was completely unnecessary. As we finished, I simply mentioned that I have Stage IV lung cancer and was traveling to see my oncologist. I was not asking for special treatment. I only said I hoped he would show a little more compassion to future passengers. Instead, he became rude and unprofessional, told me he was not going to play this game, called a supervisor, made my husband and me wait about 10 minutes, and then said he was making a note on my account. I was shocked that a simple comment about showing compassion resulted in being treated this way. I can provide videos of the fluctuating scale and documentation of my oncology appointments. I hope Southwest reviews both the employee's conduct and the condition of the scale. We have always enjoyed flying Southwest, which made this experience especially disappointing.

Southwest took a step back, Spirit closed up, and now it's Delta's turn to eat. And they're hungry for YOUR money. Have a problem at the front desk? "Just call in," they said. So I called. The first representative was nearly impossible to understand, other than the part where they mumbled something about my request being "illegal." Apparently changing a name is now a federal offense. I then was transferred to someone who understood English. He understood it so well that he was able to interrupt me every single time I tried to speak in mild frustration. His solution? Cancel my ticket and buy another one instead of simply changing the name. Conveniently costing over FIVE HUNDRED more after tax dollars. The world salad games this guy played were unbelievable. At least just admit it. "Hey, we can't do that because we'd rather have more of your dollars, and I have callers in the queue" I then asked to speak to a supervisor, who was somehow even worse. After waiting long enough for the second rep to explain my insanely simple request, I was connected finally. Like all supervisors, they can and are "empowered" to do the right thing, but instead she told me to stick it where I never get sun shine. The request was all about canceling and ordering another ticket. Gotta keep those shareholders happy, right? YES! What an absolutely unbelievable experience. I've always heard they are the best. I have spent more on their flights "buying" into the hype. I will never fly Delta again. I used to drive two hours out of my way to fly Southwest, and I was always happy with them. But they pulled a Delta this year as well. What got me going the most was the supervisor couldn't have cared less about me. I was nothing but a number. She sounded like a 30+ Karen who finally made it to the good good spot. The GO FLY A KITE spot! Must be nice. NEXT! I can't wait to email my complaint, wait for the canned response, cancel my Delta credit card, and share this entire experience with 14,000 people in a Facebook group I help administer. One that just flew out hundreds and hundreds of people for an event. These companies have gotten way too comfortable treating customers like they're disposable. They run unchecked, and at some point the only thing we can do is stop supporting them. Then there's the icing on the cake. "It's too early to check in. Come back at 1 PM." Come back at 1 PM. "It's too early. Come back in 15 minutes." You cannot make this up. Nothing but incompetence at the front desk, in the app, and through the call center. You should be ashamed to present yourselves as an American company that gives a single about the people who keep you in business. A greedy wolf in sheep's clothing. I guess it's time to give American a try.

Hawaiian offers non-stop service to Vegas; other airlines require a stop, sometimes illogical ones. Why not Southwest or Alaska? I do not like flying on single aisle aircraft, especially the Boeing 737 which is used almost exclusively by those airlines. Thus, my alternatives are American, Delta, and United. Unfortunately, the airlines have replaced wide body aircraft with single aisle variants to service West Coast to Hawaii routes. United still flies a 777 once a day but I couldn't make the itinerary work for a mid-morning arrival in Vegas, so I ended up with American, using Airbus A32x aircraft. The route was sub-optimal, a flight from Honolulu to Phoenix, a long layover, and an 11:49am arrival in Vegas. The return leg routed through Los Angeles. The fare was $2,828.69. I was in my office on the 21st, getting ready to head to the airport when I received a text and an email stating that my 10:14pm flight was postponed due to lack of flight crew and that I would miss my connection (from Phoenix to Las Vegas). The flight was rescheduled to depart at 1pm on the 22nd. If I took that flight, I wouldn't arrive in Las Vegas until Saturday morning, assuming I could get a seat on the first flight to Vegas from Phoenix ... Unacceptable, as I had planned events in Vegas on Friday. So, I scanned the other airlines for tickets to Vegas and purchased tickets on Delta, routing through Seattle, for $3,528.80, then canceled my tickets on American. My new flight left Honolulu at 10:35pm and arrived in Vegas at 2:26pm. Okay, I'd miss two events, but I'd be in Vegas on Friday. More on Delta in a separate write-up. My issue with American is that I didn't receive an apology, just an email stating they were pleased to offer me a credit for the amount I paid, $2,828.69. Nothing else. When Hawaiian delayed a flight by a day, I received a hotel room and a $300 credit. American, is this your idea of customer service? I've flown on American since the late 1970's but haven't recently. Now I remember why.

We continued our way down the jetway and finally made it to our seats. As the plane started to fill up I started questioning myself and my partner why didn't they scan our boarding passes. ( I wasn't sure if the boarding process changed since they merged.) It bothered me so much that I had to ask a random passenger if their boarding pass was scanned and they said YES!. As the plane was about to pull away I managed to flag down a flight attendant and as I was about to question her about the issue my phone rang from 7024932194 and it was the airlines checking to see where we were and I explained to them that we were already sitting in our seats, she seemed unaware but relieved at the same time. It made me feel uneasy that anyone can board a plane so easily and slip passed ticket agents. -I was happy that the everyone was filled with aloha spirit and all together it was a smooth flight to Hawaii.

We were delayed at PHX from the plane arriving from ORD which domino affected the timeline…read more No problem, we had a great flight to Vegas, then waited about 25 minutes for our bags. I ask for wheelchairs in terminals as their concourses are sometimes way long; today was a bad back/neck one so my 'driver' Joaquin was there to greet me on the jetway. We were somewhat tired but everything was great, thank you Joaquin for your assistance!

Yucky, but efficient. But again, yucky…read more Reid is never entirely comfortable - always a little too hot, too noisy, too crowded, too sticky, too gross. Bathrooms aren't the worst, but are pretty ick. Don't use the free wifi unless you're on a VPN. A significant proportion of your fellow passengers are uncivilized. TSA Pre works well. Checking-in/declaring firearms is efficient and routine. There are places to eat. Baggage claim is pretty efficient. I don't recall (knock wood) that I've ever had luggage misrouted or stolen from Mccarran. Cab line is a breeze. Ride share on the way out is a hassle. Curious (and guardedly optimistic) to see how the Loop works when they actually have it running full time. I've never parked here so I can't comment on it. I'm through here a lot and it's familiar and I've got it down - but I'm not going to tell you it's anything other than okay.
