I used to work on my cars years ago and now my husband took over, so at least I have a descent and honest mechanic. Also beware if you are not a Dump (Trump) supporter. A simple bearing job turned into a 1200 dollar repair! Will NEVER use or recommend this shop!!!!!!! Don't do it!!! He's a crook and does half ass work! I was taken for $2400 and he has all my parts to go along with the short block. Oil pan (Morroso), pick up, oil pump, AFR heads, distributor and intake manifold. Not only am I out the money, I'm also out my parts. At this point I wouldn't recommend doing business with Morbid speed shop or Mason Perry. I have to admit, he did talk a good game. Here is an update on my situation with Morbid speed shop. As of now I have 99% of my parts back. Mr. Mason agreed to send me my new spark plugs I sent in or have them replaced. I think that was the only thing missing. I did get a refund and the majority of my parts back. I didn't see any machine work or progress on my motor build for the last three months when my parts where returned. I am waiting for the spark plugs to be mailed. Stay tuned.
