What should have been a standard service appointment quickly turned into a humiliating ordeal due to the actions of an older mechanic on staff 6/8. From the moment we arrived, the unprofessionalism was staggering. The mechanic made snarky, derogatory comments about my husband to another customer right in front of him, and then deliberately ignored my husband's presence until he was forced to step forward. Even then, the mechanic refused to greet him and simply snatched the keys. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the mechanic became aggressive, falsely claiming our car's windows were illegally modified and tinted. Despite my husband remaining completely calm, polite, and explaining that the windows were factory-standard, the mechanic used it as an excuse to double down on his hostility. It was entirely clear that this was not just a case of poor customer service, but targeted bias. No paying customer should ever be subjected to this level of disrespect and malice. If you "look different", I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere to avoid being humiliated by this staff's ignorance. Management seriously needs to look into their team's behavior, as we will never step foot in this place again.

Each time took only a few minutes and they took me immediately. My older car has some minor issues that other mechanics have gotten hung up on (which has led to me being really nervous to go to inspections at all) but these guys didn't give me any issues. Besides, the shop has a great vibe and has a bunch of funny posters to cheer you up. If the older car has any issues that need work (I'm certain it will) I'd be happy to take it here. Only thing to be aware of is that they ask for cash for under 25$.

There was no double checking or anything like it was HER place of business and she was the owner. Ok. That's cool if that's your prerogative. So I responded to the person I was communicating with via yelp and let him know that drive wasn't on the bingo card. He told me to send pictures and such. I was having a problem with oil pressure on my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8L. I had replaced the…read moreoil pressure sensor myself some time ago, but I was again getting a check engine code about my oil pressure sensor. I took it to Auto Impressions and they replace the oil pressure sensor. about 2-4 weeks later the check engine code for the oil pressure sensor came back. I went and talked to Auto Impressions and we discussed several things that could be causing the code and possible solutions. As they were troubleshooting the issue, they discovered that the problem was the oil filters I was using. I was using a big name brand oil filter, the same brand that I used all my life on all my cars. It was restricting my oil flow. Auto Impressions replaced my oil filter with a Wix brand filter and my oil pressure went up 10-15 psi, back where it should be. Auto Impressions was diligent and honest, They could have tried several of the other measure we discussed to address my oil pressure issue. Instead, they paid attention to the details and found the root cause which turned out to be inexpensive. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Auto Impressions!!

Missed 3 drop dead deadlines I need to have that car back for medical appts. Friend drove me over to the shop to check on the car, they thought that night or next business day. Nope. Did not discuss how to repair new problem they say they found, need for new catalytic converter. Arguing with parts company that sent wrong part to determine who is at fault but not getting the part or keeping me informed. Customer since about 2016 and they have repaired 100 cars ahead of mine in the second half of July. Would you trust them or risk them doing this to you, randomly?
