WOMEN BEWARE!!! I've…read morebeen to this location three or four times before and never had a problem getting my oil changed. Probably because I had my boyfriend with me previously. That all ended today and I will not be returning. I know when you go get your oil changed they try to upsell you on a bunch of services that you don't necessarily need. When I pulled in, I said all I wanted was an oil change. The worker Franklin tried to pressure me into a bunch of different services that I explicitly said I wasn't interested in. When I said no, he kept doubling down and even said some quite rude things. When I refused to have them change my air filter, he said I don't take care of my car or "show my car love". He kept repeating this for me and the other employees to hear. I have family that can service my car if I need it, but I don't like to bother them with my oil change. When I told Franklin I'd have my brother look at my filter, he said "if your brother really took care of your car then why are you here getting your oil changed instead of having him do it?" He then claimed my brother must not take care of his car either. (??) He also gave me a hard time about how my car had too much oil in it, which he said is worse than not having enough oil. He went on and on before I told him THEY changed my oil five months ago and I haven't touched it since. So if anyone overfilled it, it would've been them. I understand sales and upselling but this was blatantly rude and overly confrontational. I don't know if it's because I'm a young woman and he assumed it would be an easy sell, but I will absolutely not be giving them any more of my business and I'm telling all of my friends and family to avoid them.
