Had not stopped for about ten years but this time I again found the park a nice stop. Roadways are dirt, the pool is not heated, but the staff are very helpful and friendly. Most of the back in spots are 30 amp as they are part of the original park. They have added 7 new drive thru sites with 50 amp and water. No sewer hookup but there is a dump station. The restrooms and showers are old but spotlessly maintained and very clean! Lots of hot water for your shower. This park accepts Passport America so it makes a great discount on the already very fair rates. Easy access to either SR 58 or SR 14. The property looked in better shape than it did the last visit. Grass around a number of sites and the sites clean and level.

Being able to have someone show me the space before I rented it was also a plus. Living in a world full of robots everywhere these days, it is such a pleasure to have a human being to deal with. The manager answers the phone(Eileen is fabulous!) and takes care of you in person no horrific remote call center! I personally like being able to drive up to my space, that is a plus for me as well, but they do have both inside and outside spaces. And the inside ones are very well lit and very safe. My camper doesn't have a shower so I use the facilities and they are always clean and orderly. They handled the pandemic so far very well and didn't even run out of TP! The spots are spacious and the tenants that are there for long periods of time are all very nice other then 1 or 2. I have 5 cameras on the trailer and I have never had crime issues or any issues with the management like one other guest did. Gets crowded on the weekends but never loud or disorderly. Barbra is very nice at the desk and always greets you with a smiling face. I will stay here again!

The place had a empty-feel to it and I guess the restaurant was not open. Had a brief run in with some fire ants biting our feet. I wish this place was in a better part of town. Coming in we felt like this was probably not the right side of town and once we saw that the grounds were gated our fears were confirmed. There was no funny business in the park, but we definitely locked up our bikes and didnt leave anything out. We will probably check out a different spot on the way home.

No dog park, but we did walk the park. Didn't feel safe walking my small dogs in park as there was many large dogs behind small fences, one dog almost jumped over fence. Nice store, a little of everything.

This trip we had an additional vehicle towing a second off-road vehicle (we were given a 1/2 price to park next to our rig). MOST IMPORTANTLY-a HUGE shoutout to JESSE! The next morning of our stay, we had conducted, what we call a "Pre-Flight Check List", on our rigs before leaving and discovered an important nut on the hitch was missing that was crucial and couldn't leave without one. The threaded bolt was an old type and we were trying to find a hardware store. However, we called the office and asked if maintenance might have what we needed. They sent JESSE! He rolled in and said he'd check his supplies. He used to off-road and knew what we needed. Shortly after, HE CAME BACK WITH IT! He saved us valuable time (of not having to disconnect our trailer and finding a hardware store. WE SO APPRECIATE JESSE and the outstanding service and attitude of staff to go out of their way to make us feel welcome!

Keep your small animals indoors at night. Other than that this place is maintained by a crew of awesome guys and this place is a little piece of Santa Clarita history. It kind of stinks having to pay for electricity here but whatever. Also if you have T-Mobile your cellular service is not going to do well here. I've heard Verizon works well. The Spots are really to close-narrow and too close to each other, there is not enough room for your trailer and vehicle and it not long enough for your tow vehicle and trailer. There are 3 spots for tow vehicles and another 2 handicap available spots. The problem is there are 13 camp sites? Do the math? All good until next morning when ranger shows up with puffed chest and wants paperwork...and has nothing on his end. Not sure why we filled out our paperwork online. We showed ours, but found him to be rude and not helpful. He quoted rules not on website and was just a bully to all in the almost full area. The spots are nice, the location worked for us as it was near Moorpark College that I was working at. But won't stay again.
