KC Truck Performance Center of Colorado Springs owned by Kevin came to my rescue. My 2017 F-250…read more4x4 broke down in Walsneburg, CO when I was towing a new travel trailer from Henderson, CO to Hondo, TX. My truck was towed to Alpine Ford in Pueblo, CO. They had my truck for 29 days and finally contacted me that my truck was fixed and ready for pickup. They told me they had test driven my truck and everything was OK. My truck has an after mark Kelderrman 4-Link Air Ride Suspension System. On my drive back from Alpine Ford to Walsenburg, CO I discovered my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension was not working and completely deactivated. I new Alpine Ford had screwed it up & I didn't what them to work on my truck again. So I look for a local Kelderman Dealer. It was my lucky day when I found KC Truck Performance Center of Colorado Springs. On Monday 5/6/2024 I contacted this Kelderman Dealer and spoke with the owner Kevin and I told him all the trouble I had with my truck & Alpine Ford. Kevin (A very professional, compassionate business person who puts people before excessive profits) told me if I brought my truck to him on Tuesday 5/7/2024 he could diagnosis the problem and get it fix quickly. I arrived at Kevin's business @ 8;00 am and in a very short time he had my Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System fixed and working as it should. It appeared that during the time Alpine Ford worked on my truck they had disconnected the power line to the Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System and never bother to reconnect it. I tried to pay Kevin for his service, but he refused to take any compensation-who in the World would do this other than Kevin. If you are looking for someone to work on your Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System or install a new Kelderman Air Ride Suspension System and/or a lift kit, you can't go wrong with Kevin doing the work. The World needs more people like Kevin!!!

So I made a mistake and purchased a hitch for my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and had Kevin install it…read more He did an outstanding job on the installation. But it hung a little lower than I had expected. I talked to Kevin and Bill about my mistake and asked if they wouldn't mind helping me out. So we got the OEM hitch for the Cherokee and Kevin took off the current hitch and installed the OEM hitch at a reduced labor rate. He didn't have to do that. I appreciated his understanding. He once again did an outstanding job. I'll be back to them soon as I want to do more mods on it. Highly recommended.

I wish I have read these reviews before I signed the contract with Tumbleweed Tiny House!!…read more I signed a contract for a 33' Alta tiny home and paid a 10% down payment of $18,800. Two weeks later, I discovered my property deed prohibits mobile homes, making it legally impossible to proceed. Despite minimal work being done (just one design meeting), no materials ordered, and no production started, they refused to refund my deposit, citing their non-refundable policy. As the unsophisticated party, I relied on their guidance, followed all their instructions, and was urged to sign the contract. Their CEO, Steve Weissmann, has ignored my emails and remains unresponsive to mediation efforts by the Colorado Attorney General's office. I am now pursuing legal action due to their unfair business practices and lack of consumer protections. Maybe Tumbleweed was once a great company, but since changing ownership, their business practices have deteriorated significantly. They even filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and were sued for unpaid loans. I strongly recommend reading Yelp reviews and doing extensive research before signing any contract with them. Many customers have reported similar refund issues and concerns about poor construction quality. So please beware! I don't want anyone else to go through what I have to go through right now!

Don't walk. Run!!! Run far, far, far away…read more I had a tiny home dream going on years, and I finally bit the bullet and hired Tumbleweed for a ground up, custom tiny home. I had no intention on sparing any expense. The team was given 6 months for the project, and the problems began only weeks into the process. After the initial design discussion and first renderings we were off to the races. And then.... While the first renderings took the team 6 weeks, the second and seemingly easier second renderings took the team 14 weeks, included NONE of the proposed changes, and when confronted about the timeline and my worries I was told my design was "too detailed" and they demanded an undiscussed "design fee" if I wanted my ideas executed. What?! Oh... And, the detailed, overly complex design included standard fair for any other tiny home company like a foldable porch, Murphy bed and a few finishes. (I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that they tried to charge me 150% all MSRP for everything from my refrigerator/freezer to the $8,500 for a Murphy bed.). I should have walked then and there, but... Long story short... I stuck around and poured more time and money into the project. That is until 7 months into the project nothing other then incomplete renderings had been done. When I got my ducks in a row and confronted management and the CEO they LITERALLY hung up the phone and followed that up with an e-mail telling me to pound sand and contact their lawyer for any contractual disputes. I, like over 100 others, now find myself in bankruptcy court hoping upon hope to get back pennies on the dollar for my deposit. Bottom line... The CEO and management are liars and thieves. As I said... RUN FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY!!!
