We took it to dealer & all spark plugs were blown, they fixed everything he wouldn't & to top it off, our car was vandalized on one entire side while it was sitting in his lot. No security cameras & when we told him he just laughed & said yeah it's been happening a lot lately. When I told Dan I called the Bar to file a complaint he berated me for over 10 minutes, hung up on me, called me back & berated me again right in front of my husband. We brought our car in because we wanted to drive it to Mexico & it had no airconditioning which he did not fix. This guy is way over his head & is a total CON JOB with his loud and forceful voice using it to intimidate customers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Now we have to sue his insurance company for the vandalism on our car AND get our money back. My mom was out of the country when Caliber completed the job so Caliber offered to drive the vehicle to my house in San Francisco to sign off on the repair and pay the insurance deductible. So far, everything was great and Caliber was going above and beyond to accommodate my family's needs. On Oct 18th, Caliber drove the vehicle to my house and the repair was shoddy to say the least. They replaced the bumper without blending the quarter panel or the trunk lid. The fitment of the new bumper is off and the paint match to both the quarter and the trunk are horrendous. Anthony, the manager was claiming that the vehicle could have been painted previously which is why the panels don't match. The car is a 2022 and has 3,667 miles. My mom is the original owner and it's not been painted under her ownership. I was told by Anthony that insurance never pays to blend panels that are metal against plastic. I made it very clear to Anthony that I was not satisfied with this job. He kept repeating that customer satisfaction was their number one priority but did absolutely nothing to go to bat for me to fix the issue, other than offer to blend it for me for an additional $800-1300. I understand some people are not that particular about their cars, my mom is one of those people. I've attached some photos of the car as well as the work order that was disclosed to me. If you do not care about how your car looks, this place is fine but if you want a job well done, I would look elsewhere. If it's not already clear from my review. I would absolutely not take my personal cars to Caliber.
