I still beat the storm but this stop took way too long. They don't have a Mobile thru so I had to wait in one of the two regular drive thru lanes. This line didn't seem to be moving though. More staff came out and got the line moving. Those two lines merge into one lane to pick up the food. They have two lanes but one is used to leave after you get your food. I actually liked that. The one lane didn't seem to back up so the second lane wasn't used so that second lane might be better used for a second food delivery lane. I am likely a little spoiled as other Chick Fil A's have my food ready to go when I get to the window if not before and are better organized and operated with great employees. This one just seemed very disorganized and that they couldn't handle the demand. They could use some tips from better run Chick Fil A's. The employees were not friendly as they usually would be at Chick Fil A and I was surprised that I was given a dirty lid on my lemonade. At least clean it off. My food was cold too.
