    Apple Butter is back!
    Leslie H.

Making our way to CLT on 85 South and got off Exit 143 in Burlington , NC for breakfast! We had a gift card for Biscuitville and that's why we made the choice to stop there. So glad that we did because it was delicious. Despite the long line in drive thru, I was able to get my order rather quickly. I had the egg, bacon ,cheese Biscuit with a side of apple butter (it's back..spread the word). The Biscuit is flaky, buttery and served warm. My kid tried the cinnamon swirl and enjoyed it so much she almost didn't want to share! Service was wonderful. We were greeted and thanked for being there. You definitely felt the southern hospitality even thru the drive thru. If you are looking for a yummy southern breakfast on the go, I would recommend Biscuitville.

The villan that holds the badge for the best biscuits. All biscuits are made fresh daily through the day. You even have the option on how your egg is cooked. Fresh is the hidden ingredients at this place. A must every time I'm in town. Biscuitville! Oh yea, don't forget to get a home-made honey bun.

We recently moved to the area and I am in love with this chain! The food is so good! I love the side options and variety and am totally hooked! Got my oil changed across the street and took advantage of the warm dining room and free WiFi! Will definitely be back at this location as the food came out fast and so good!

The home fries are always over cooked. At all the locations I've tried. They need to change that. Other choices are good though.

Most of the items were barely lukewarm. He did bring out fresh meatloaf, and the meat was warm but the glazing on top was ice cold! They really need to check the temperatures of their food, definitely not healthy to allow their food to be this cool.

I decided on the buffet and while I waited for my waitress to come back so that I could tell her, I noticed that another customer at the buffet, where she pulled the ladle out full of grits, then dipped her finger in, tasted the grits, and put the ladle back. I told the waitress discreetly, and a few minutes later the manager/owner came out of the kitchen and pulled the entire container of grits from the buffet. Never have I ever seen a customer do that, but I'm so glad I did, and I'm glad that they took immediate care of it. Now for the food. It could've been a little warmer, but it was still pretty good. I will give them another try for lunch and probably just play it safe by ordering from the menu.

The casual but polished ambiance fits perfectly into the charming, throwback small-town feel of downtown Graham.. which feels like something out of an earlier era with its historic courthouse, independent movie theater, and locally-owned boutiques and casual restaurants. The menu offers a wide variety of made-to-order savory and sweet crepes, as well as several toasts and waffle dishes. On my last visit to PRESS, I had the seasonal Blue Ridge crepe ($16.50), which was excellent -- a savory, blue-tinged shell filled with a great combination of sweet maple syrup-glazed ham and tangy granny smith apples and topped by a scrambled "hurricane-style" egg and a spicy maple mustard drizzle. YUM! The beverage menu at PRESS is equally impressive, featuring everything from made-to-order hot and cold coffees and tea-based beverages to a carefully curated cocktail list. I really enjoyed the soy maple pecan latte.

I've been to a few First Watch locations in Ohio so when it came to Burlington I decided to go once…read morethe initial crowds died down since I didn't remember the food being that memorable. I went early one Saturday morning before the rush (crowds were appearing by the time we left at 9:30a) and were quickly seated in a booth by the window with lots of natural light. The restaurant was clean and well appointed with modern rustic decor and our waitress was super attentive and friendly. I did a bit of research before ordering to only order the most popular dishes in hope of making some memories this time around. I ordered the morning meditation juice which was a perfect mix of their fresh squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, beet juice, turmeric, ginger and agave nectar. Perfect way to start my morning in the sunlight. For my main breakfast entree I got the lemon ricotta pancakes which came with 2 HUGE pancakes the size of the plate. Even though the lemon curd appeared to be a dollop, it was enough for the whole dish since the lemon was very prominent to the point syrup was not needed. The berries were fresh and the pancakes were cooked to perfection (soft with lightly crispy edges). I also enjoyed a hot cup of table side coffee with my drink. I drink it black so I found the plain coffee to have a nice flavor and wasn't bitter at all. Now the million dollar bacon ehhhh.... I heard someone ask if they were thick, not at all. I found the honey to overpower the other seasonings so it was just basic bacon with honey in my opinion. Not worth the almost $7 price tag or the million in the name. If I am in the mood for a solidly good fresh breakfast in a nice atmosphere I'll be sure to stop by, but I wouldn't wait longer than 15 minutes for it.
