New employees are getting orders wrong and you don't know this until you get home and open their order NOT yours

Oooh yea! There's something charming about a place where you go to order a couple of great tasting biscuit sandwiches they know your name and they give you that southern "twang" every time ! I love this place and as good as the (sausage/egg/cheese) biscuits (and other breakfast items) are, the customer service here is equally appealing! Me and my family are definitely regulars here, it's a great go to when you don't wanna cook and you just need a taste down home good stuff on Saturday morning. I think if I were gonna save my one critique, it's not cheap by any means. I mean for my two ultimate biscuits (2x sausage patties/1x egg/cheese on an english muffin or biscuit) and 2x hash browns, it'll be about $21 (20 and change). Not that could be because eggs are a little higher right now or something like that, I don't know, but I do appreciate their locally sourced materials, I believe the eggs, sausage and the wheat for the biscuits all come from local farmers, I don't mind paying, but yeah I wouldn't call that "cheap". I mean it's not the old Burger King prices, but it's definitely not "mass produced" food either. Keep up the great work! read more

This location is still one of the "newer"...though it's been here for years, locations in Burlington. Conveniently right off of the highway, I notice this location in particular is fairly fast regarding drive-thrus or even dining inside. Their biscuits are loaded with the best ingredients and always great service. read more

Making our way to CLT on 85 South and got off Exit 143 in Burlington , NC for breakfast! We had a gift card for Biscuitville and that's why we made the choice to stop there. So glad that we did because it was delicious. Despite the long line in drive thru, I was able to get my order rather quickly. I had the egg, bacon ,cheese Biscuit with a side of apple butter (it's back..spread the word). The Biscuit is flaky, buttery and served warm. My kid tried the cinnamon swirl and enjoyed it so much she almost didn't want to share! Service was wonderful. We were greeted and thanked for being there. You definitely felt the southern hospitality even thru the drive thru. If you are looking for a yummy southern breakfast on the go, I would recommend Biscuitville. read more

The home fries are always over cooked. At all the locations I've tried. They need to change that. Other choices are good though.

Service was excellent, staff was pleasent, atmosphere was very good, price was lower than other restaurants. I give Biscuitville a 5 star rating. read more

The villan that holds the badge for the best biscuits. All biscuits are made fresh daily through the day. You even have the option on how your egg is cooked. Fresh is the hidden ingredients at this place. A must every time I'm in town. Biscuitville! Oh yea, don't forget to get a home-made honey bun. read more

Food is always great at biscuivile but the service sometimes isn't. The Kid working the drive through on 12/16/24, was rude. our order was simple a scrambled egg and cheese biscuit with a sausage biscuit and a orange juice but when we got to the window the worker said, "I don't know how you ordered orange juice?" that would've made anyone upset in the morning and then he went on to say,"we don't have any, would you like something else?" which was nice but the first thing should've been that. It shouldn't have been "I don't know how you ordered orange juice." obviously we asked the worker outside for orange juice on our order and the worker outside said, "ok, it'll be 8.79 at the second window" so even the worker outside didn't know they were out. In conclusion felt disrespected when that statement could've been articulated better. read more

On par with Chick-Fil-A as far as customer service - really wonderful people work at their locations. Food is pretty good, too. And they're fast. Their biscuits are a little too plain in my opinion, which makes them a great slate for a sandwich, but a bland choice alone. The skinny sandwich (BEC) actually tastes better to me because it highlights what they do well - the bacon. Please for the love of God start selling iced coffee. read more

there are two drive thru lanes and folks working the line but they were still very busy on a saturday early afternoon. i guess others feel like i do about these biscuits!!!!! i love the tenderness and the gravy is scrumptious. hubby dies not recommend the caramel latte as it is straight sugar! i seriously could eat here everyday! read more

There is nothing wrong with the food, the employees, or the cleanliness of this place my only gripe is the fact for what it is and what you get it is ridiculously expensive. A simple spicy chicken biscuit is 4 bucks. It was perfect but a biscuit should never cost so much unless it is really special. The place is clean There service was welcoming and professional The food was on point. To he fair this should be 4.5 stars but, Yelp will not let us give partial star ratings. read more

We recently moved to the area and I am in love with this chain! The food is so good! I love the side options and variety and am totally hooked! Got my oil changed across the street and took advantage of the warm dining room and free WiFi! Will definitely be back at this location as the food came out fast and so good! read more

I usually come here since I live 2 minutes away. I haven't had a problem with it till today. I waited in line patiently as I know times are tough with covid right now. When I got to the window the guy was hitting on me and it made me feel really uncomfortable. I gave him no sign that I wanted those words coming from him. To top all off I got the wrong drink and now I'm eating in my car choking because I don't like the drink they gave me. read more

We saw the sign alone 85 and decided to give it a try what a great decision. Love the fresh as you watch homemade biscuits, very tasty and real reasonably priced. I don't normally review chains, but this is a local chain to NC. I was told locations are hit and miss, but this one was a hit. The biscuit melted in my mouth but had just enough substance to be tasteable over the chicken inside. I think I'd rather get my chicken fix here than Chick-Fil-A, and that statement's just based on taste, all politics aside. read more

If I wouldn't have seen the billboard on 85 with a picture of a catfish sandwich teasing me I my have missed this gem. I am very happy that I stopped. The catfish was incredible. I wish I had tried the okra over the fries. The pimento cheese and bacon have peaked my interest. Maybe next time. Update...The pimento and bacon sandwich is the bomb. My new favorite. read more

Great place. All the bathrooms are clean and the restaurant itself is very nice. It's an overall family atmosphere which provides great homemade food at good prices. The cool thing is that you can see the people making the biscuits from scratch. Loved my experience here will come back. read more
