The lentils and rice were placed in a circle mold on the plate. With pretty pieces of salad coming out from four different places. There were pine nuts, chopped, and placed a top of the rice and lentils. I've had the pita chips here many times over the years and never had this issue before, but the last two visits have been consistent enough that it feels worth mentioning.
