I had the Lobster Spinach Queso, it was very flavorful. Was looking for more of a crunch to the chips, but otherwise very flavorful. I had the Chilean Sea Bass, w/ seasonal ancient grains and vegetables. The Chilean Sea Bass was also very flavorful, different than what I'm use to but delicious nonetheless. I believe the seasonal ancient grains and vegetables would have been better paired with some type of gravy or sauce. I also had (the best part of my meal) the 5 Layer Lemon Cake, with the blueberry topping...soooo good! The ambiance was light and celebratory! Kudos again to India! Shoutout also to her manager Chris!

In fact none of it is. My date's steak although wrapped in bacon, was extremely salty. I had the Shrimp & Grits .. and man The andouille sausage was AMAZING. Shrimp was a bit tough. But the grits? The worse plate of grits I've ever had in my life. It was utter mush, which is okay if that's how you cook it but it's supposed to be cheese grits and I didn't taste anything cheese about it. No seasoning. Grease around the edges. I literally got a little nauseous looking at it after a while because I thought of how that would upset my stomach. No offense but if you're going to claim to be this fine dining restaurant, at least put out the quality in food.. Other than that the setting and environment was pretty chill. And also cold but that's okay, it is super hot outside. We will not be returning.

For my entree I had the Ragin' Redfish topped with the crawfish cream sauce and the broccoli with a cheese Parmesan...it was so full of flavor in every bite. I also had the Black Cherry Manhattan and it was delicious! Dajah was my waitress for the afternoon and she was great! The ambiance was light for a Monday afternoon! We were seated quickly and given the option of a high top which we accepted. Our waitress arrived quickly and the patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves. The menu provides bar food with a slightly upscale twist. They also have more "fork/spoon" food options as well in addition to desserts. I got a strawberry lemonade that was okay. A little bit on the sour syrupy side. I also got the Bayou Pasta. It came out piping hot which was nice. It has a great amount of sauce on the linguine so that the pasta wasn't left dry. The shrimp were the downfall of this dish. Overall the seasoning was lacking but the shrimp was dry but not overcooked which was odd to me. Seems like they were trying to lean too much on the char of the shrimp without as much as a dash of salt or pepper.

I came to this restaurant because I was given a Texas Roadhouse prize envelope from Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery East I-85. The envelope indicated that it was to be opened only by a manager. Chris (Restaurant Manager) came over to the table to open the envelope. It turned out it was a $10 off coupon from a $50 bill which was so awesome. I'd like to note that Chris had such a positive, warm, and fun attitude that was super unforgettable. His disposition overall was a great highlight during this visit. My server was Ja'Marquis or "J-Rock." His hospitality was attentive and kind. He ensured that I had everything to enjoy my meal. I was a bit disappointed to learn that the restaurant was out of inventory for certain sides and meats (i.e. no prime rib, no steamed vegetables, and no baked potatoes). I ordered the following: * Full Slab Ribs * House Salad with no croutons, extra egg, and extra ranch * Cup of Chili without onions * Raspberry Lemonade The raspberry lemonade was refreshing. The house salad was crisp, fresh, and delicious, especially with the addition of the hard-boiled egg. The cup of chili was good, though, extremely lukewarm. The ribs had great flavor. However, 1/2 rack was warm and 1/2 rack was extremely cold to the touch and bite. With the knowledge of limited inventory for food items and the execution of my dinner meal, the dining experience was underwhelming. I was slightly dissatisfied with the ribs and chili. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff nonetheless.
