An individual identified as the manager's mother, who is not an employee, was involved in a verbal altercation and used inappropriate language toward the children. When the situation should have been corrected, the acting manager instead said "those kids need to shut up," failing to de-escalate and allowing the behavior to continue. This raises significant concerns regarding supervision, professionalism, and the involvement of non-employees in customer interactions. The presence of a non-employee engaging with and verbally addressing minors is especially concerning. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the owner/operator or area supervisor for investigation and that appropriate action be taken.
